Villa espaçosa e bonita para 8 pessoas, perto de tabernas e mini-mercados, ideal para famílias

Kostas ist ein sehr freundlicher und flexibler Gastgeber, das Haus war gemütlich und der Garten schön angelegt. Alles war wie auf den Fotos gezeigt.

Villa Iris was a very pleasant discovery. We spent 2 fantastic weeks with our families, relaxing in a peaceful setting. The locazion is cozy, tastefully furnished and fully equipped as descrived in the presentation. It was impeccable clean. the It is located in a very quite area. Hihglights are the outdoor spaces, the garden and the pool. Mr. Kostas, our host, was always available for any need. We higly raccoment this location.

Great stay for our group of 6 friends on a girls trip in the village of Prines. Costas the owner was so helpful providing us information and helping to arrange a transfer. Pool, deck and outdoor areas are fantastic with beach umbrellas and sun chairs. The water filter and fresh fruit were a very welcome gesture. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine and AC in all the bedrooms (even the little room downstairs).There are 3 bathrooms and a washing machine too. Single beds are harder than the larger ones- kids wouldn't mind these. There is also a cot if anyone travels with a baby/toddler.We walked into town to the mini market and tavernas, there is also a petrol station and butcher in walking distance. We had a hire car so it was an easy 20 minute drive into Rethymno. We also drove to beaches and sunset locations. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying sunset drinks on the top balcony. Thanks to Costas for being so accommodating to ensure we had a relaxing stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks in the house and everything was perfect. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The garden and the pool was very nice and we really enjoyed the barbecue. The host was very helpful and nice. So we can really recommend the villa.

Die Villa bietet im unteren und oberen Geschoss zwei sehr große Terassen. Unten hat man viel Platz an dem man sich aufhalten kann und selbst bei einem Regenschauer das Grillen nicht unterbrechen muss. Oben kann man sich unter einem Baldachin auf Liegen legen und genüsslich das Meer beobachten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung wirken sehr neu und es wird alle vier Tage sauber gemacht (Haus+Pool). Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine und die Küche ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich ausgestattet (nur Markengeräte; Kühlschrank ist riesig und sehr kalt) bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (es könnte ein-zwei schärfere Messer geben und eine Schere, jedoch sind wir hier selbst ausgerüstet angereist.) Die Klimaanlagen können sehr leise und zuverlässig betrieben werden. Es gibt Häuser mit größeren und tieferen Pools, für uns aber völlig ok. Seltener Moped-Lärm von der Hauptstraße ist nicht zu hören, wenn man die Fenster schließt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt Nahe der Hauptstraße kurz hinter Prines. In Prines gibt es 3-4 Tavernen, die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, zwei kleinere Superkärkte, eine Tankstelle und überall freundliche Leute. Auf dem kurzen Weg bis zur Nationalstraße findet man zahlreiche weitere Tavernen, einen Bäcker sowie noch 3 Supermärkte und wenn man es über die Kreuzung an der N80 schafft, landet man bei einem weiteren sehr großen Supermarkt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und diskret und fragt alle paar Tage nach, ob etwas fehlt oder Probleme aufgetreten sind.
