Clean and new. Room was ready, clean and fresh. I asked for a new shower liner because I saw mold and it was promptly replaced. The grounds were clean. My daughter and her cousin had the pool all to themselves. Pool area was also pristine with plenty of clean towels. Great location. Breakfast was just ok but was sufficient. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great for traveling with kids (fridge, microwave, fridge in room, tub & shower).

They actually gave away our double queen bedroom, but were upgraded to a King suite. It worked out since we had kids that could sleep on the pull out. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The patio on the front was so cozy to get out of the room at night and sit around the gas fire pit!

Brand new hotel. Nice design. Great big rooms. Quite a bit of noise coming through the walls and vents. No one answers the phone or responds to texts. I was charged for items bought at the “market” which I didn’t purchase. I went to the desk to sort it out and was told that I must not remember purchasing them, in my one-day stay. Decent breakfast buffet.

So I would give this a five star review except that there was a soccer tournament over the weekend and there were preteen girls running up and down the hallway yelling and slamming doors until nearly midnight while their parents were outdoors having a party of their own. I make frequent trips and I asked at the desk if this were a regular occurrence and they said that during the summer there are a lot of similar events at a nearby sporting complex and there were limits on how much they can mitigate that. So. Nice hotel. Clean and nice amenities. Not sure I will go there again. At least no in the spring/summer.

They don’t clean your room everyday I had to change my own sheets and then to be told there’s no right size only queen size sheets after asking them for two days about the sheets and bed which they clean but somehow they left hair all over the bed, weird and disgusting I had to check out a day early and I didn’t get a refund.

The hotel overall was nice and clean. Unfortunately there was a knocking noise all during the day and night that we did not feel was other guest related due to the hours of consistency. Next time we will definitely ask for top floor and at end of hallway to try to eliminate all possible noises.

I was VERY delighted to learn about the full size refrigerator AND microwave available in my room. Wonderful sized shower and spacious bed. Please note that if you have someone in a room over you, you can hear snd feel them walking around. This is the only thing I didn't care for.

Booked a Sunday check in by mistake instead of Saturday. Called the hotel and booking site both directly within 5 minutes and was told from both parties that I was out of luck. I will never stay here or use hotels.com again and will continue to encourage others to do the same.

Booked on hotels.com, hotel double charged me, said we couldn’t check in until our credit card was run for the full cost of the room. Showed our receipt that we paid. Still charged us. It was a snow storm and our kids needed to sleep so we were stuck. Then front desk couldn’t help us in the morning and said we were recommended to sign up to be Bonvoy members and avoid hotels.com.

DO NOT book through Expedia and give them your card at check-in. You’ll get double-charged for the room. I left my number and email address when we checked out, but never got a call back. Had to call the hotel 4 times and never received a call back so called corporate to file a complaint. Still haven’t received a refund for the duplicate charge. We’ll never stay here again.

It was an ok overnight stay, nothing special. Front desk staff refused to give receipt because we booked through Expedia. Told us if we would have booked through Marriott we would’ve gotten a better deal, points, and a receipt.

When I first arrived I was impressed with the initial room assigned, however I asked for a bigger room because that’s what I reserved and I was traveling with my mother and baby. When they switched us to a bigger room I quickly noticed an unpleasant smell and a filthy pull out that my mother was supposed to sleep on. When I shared this with the front desk, the associate asked if I was willing to put a sheet on a soiled pull out and have my mom sleep on it. After going back and forth with this man, I finally was placed in another room that was bigger and accommodated my family. I have to say I am disappointed since we plan on visiting this area often. Needless to say they will not be getting my money again especially after one of the front staff told our friends we were traveling with that we were difficult. Asking for a clean room for 3 nights especially when traveling with a baby is not being difficult!

This new property is clean and on point. The staff is excellent and so kind, helpful, and courteous. They are the best I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were so efficient. I would have given 5 stars, but they need to iron out a few new building issues, such as the shower head was pointing where the water leaked out of the shower. And the shampoo bottles came off the wall. But this was reported and guaranteed to be fixed ASAP. I will return here.

Clean and new. Room was ready, clean and fresh. I asked for a new shower liner because I saw mold and it was promptly replaced. The grounds were clean. My daughter and her cousin had the pool all to themselves. Pool area was also pristine with plenty of clean towels. Great location. Breakfast was just ok but was sufficient. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great for traveling with kids (fridge, microwave, fridge in room, tub & shower).

In town for a funeral with family. Stayed 4 days. We were comfortable, breakfast was good, and we slept well. Little kitchen was nice with large fridge. Location was perfect in mason, close to Dayton and Cincinnati.

Brand new hotel. Nice design. Great big rooms. Quite a bit of noise coming through the walls and vents. No one answers the phone or responds to texts. I was charged for items bought at the “market” which I didn’t purchase. I went to the desk to sort it out and was told that I must not remember purchasing them, in my one-day stay. Decent breakfast buffet.

Everything was great! We loved how clean and how big the room was. Only negative was the women working the breakfast. She was yelling in a very mean way at kids working the waffle maker, rather than helping them.

We loved how close it was to Kings Island. It was a great room with a kitchen. Great breakfast. Our only complaint was the room wasn’t as clean as we would like (just random hairs or dirt not a big deal). We would stay again.

Disappointed we had to move rooms because the people above us were so loud the walls were shaking. They made us move as we complained instead of party making all the noise. No hot water couple times in evening. Otherwise nice facility. Decent breakfast.
