The bed and breakfast was lovely with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. The sliding barn doors added to the appeal. It was calm, relaxing, and clean. They had a washer and dryer available for use for free which was perfect. The breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal) had something for everyone. My daughter fell in love with the homeade Apple Cider Syrup. It is a definite must have. I especially liked the warmth and feeling like I was family. It was truly special to see deer right outside at the end of the driveway just grazing. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in a place that makes you feel like family then this is it.

Everyone was very welcoming! Breakfast was simple and delicious! Check in was very easy-we were given a code for the door and instructions where to park. A few more hooks or a rack with hangers would be helpful. Everything else was gold star!!

We had a quick stay and everything was great. The coffee bar was well stocked, easy access to laundry and clean rooms. It was a very cozy and quaint stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The host sent our room code early via email along with offering a coffee bar and yogurt in the front room. There is laundry available for guests during certain hours. Breakfast is made fresh for you in the morning. Bacon, eggs, and pancakes with homemade syrup. The dining room table was nice for using a computer, writing cards, etc. We will definitely stay again if we're near Bryce.

About 15 min from Bryce Family run place for decades. Stayed one night Pros: Clean, safe, pleasant owner and staff Homemade breakfast Cons: The shower temp bounced back and forth between lukewarm and scalding hot. Room was a little stuffy. Could use a quiet ceiling fan bc floor plug-in unit was loud. Decent attempt to give the place a rustic aesthetic and charm, but still felt a bit like a psych institute at night…would strongly recommend warmer lighting and paint color choice besides stark, bright white (rooms and hallways) Same with curtains (side note: rod is falling off, and hardware is bending) Light dimming switch would’ve been nice in the room (again, too bright white). The was ~2-3in gap at the bottom of the unit’s door, letting in a lot of light (and sound of neighbor talking until midnight). We barely slept through the night, unfortunately. Eggs and bacon were decent. Pancakes were too dry and apple cider syrup is basically chunky apple cider. I appreciated the effort, though. If I had no other options, I’d stay here again for one night….But maybe bnb’s are just not for me…

delightful b and b. we stayed at the cottage and it had everything we needed, including our own washer/dryer. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed meeting the proprietor. highly recommend this b and b when visiting the area.

Happy Trails was just what we needed after a long day on the road — quiet, clean, comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was freshly prepared and served up with a smile by Gabe, who is chef and property manager. If we find our travels taking us to Tropic again, we will definitely stay at Happy Trails.

This bed-and-breakfast was centrally located to tour Bryce Canyon, and surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious. It was nice to hang around with other travelers and discuss their travels during breakfast. My cabin was very spacious and well decorated. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I would like. You had to wash your towels before you left and strip the bed. I also got a cleaning fee at the end which I was not expecting. I would recommend this essentially located and a great breakfast.

The cabin was clean a spacious but had no place to hang clothes, other than 4 hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but didn’t vary much. There cabin has no air conditioning.

Lovely, newly renovated B&B. This was a nice respite after staying in hotels that cost twice as much and were dingy and old. The location was fantastic. Close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! I would give five stars but patrons should be aware that if you stay on the first floor, the ceiling above is paper thin. We heard every foot step and it sounded as though there was a rugby game being played at times. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was just a short drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again, though it would have to be on the second floor.

I’m upset to say that although my stay at the property was nice the owners over charged me two times. I reached out more than once to settle this as to why and was not contacted back. It’s upsetting to hear a family run business would decide to take money from those who stay with them without explanation. It doesn’t seem worth the money taken to have an upset customer. I will not be staying with them again.

We had a great stay! I would give five stars but patrons should be aware that if you stay on the first floor, the ceiling above is paper thin. We heard every foot step and it sounded as though there was a rugby game being played at times. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was just a short drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again, though it would have to be on the second floor.

This is a nice place to stay in Tropic which is 20 minutes from Bryce. Tropic is a small town with limited services. The choices of restaurants and their foo were far better than we expected.

Lovely, newly renovated B&B. This was a nice respite after staying in hotels that cost twice as much and were dingy and old. The location was fantastic. Close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Super quaint bnb in a great location short distance to local restaurants and about 10-15 to Bryce. We were greeted on arrival by their local orange fuzzy friend who turned out to be quite a talker. Breakfast was awesome - came down to a fresh made casserole which was a delicious surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed and breakfast was lovely with a modern farmhouse aesthetic. The sliding barn doors added to the appeal. It was calm, relaxing, and clean. They had a washer and dryer available for use for free which was perfect. The breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal) had something for everyone. My daughter fell in love with the homeade Apple Cider Syrup. It is a definite must have. I especially liked the warmth and feeling like I was family. It was truly special to see deer right outside at the end of the driveway just grazing. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay in a place that makes you feel like family then this is it.

The cabin was clean a spacious but had no place to hang clothes, other than 4 hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but didn’t vary much. There cabin has no air conditioning.

This bed-and-breakfast was centrally located to tour Bryce Canyon, and surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious. It was nice to hang around with other travelers and discuss their travels during breakfast. My cabin was very spacious and well decorated. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I would like. You had to wash your towels before you left and strip the bed. I also got a cleaning fee at the end which I was not expecting. I would recommend this essentially located and a great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The host sent our room code early via email along with offering a coffee bar and yogurt in the front room. There is laundry available for guests during certain hours. Breakfast is made fresh for you in the morning. Bacon, eggs, and pancakes with homemade syrup. The dining room table was nice for using a computer, writing cards, etc. We will definitely stay again if we're near Bryce.

About 15 min from Bryce Family run place for decades. Stayed one night Pros: Clean, safe, pleasant owner and staff Homemade breakfast Cons: The shower temp bounced back and forth between lukewarm and scalding hot. Room was a little stuffy. Could use a quiet ceiling fan bc floor plug-in unit was loud. Decent attempt to give the place a rustic aesthetic and charm, but still felt a bit like a psych institute at night…would strongly recommend warmer lighting and paint color choice besides stark, bright white (rooms and hallways) Same with curtains (side note: rod is falling off, and hardware is bending) Light dimming switch would’ve been nice in the room (again, too bright white). The was ~2-3in gap at the bottom of the unit’s door, letting in a lot of light (and sound of neighbor talking until midnight). We barely slept through the night, unfortunately. Eggs and bacon were decent. Pancakes were too dry and apple cider syrup is basically chunky apple cider. I appreciated the effort, though. If I had no other options, I’d stay here again for one night….But maybe bnb’s are just not for me…

delightful b and b. we stayed at the cottage and it had everything we needed, including our own washer/dryer. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed meeting the proprietor. highly recommend this b and b when visiting the area.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The freshly prepared breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. After a long and tiring trip, this stay felt as comforting and healing as staying in someone’s home. We left feeling truly refreshed!

Good location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Room was fairly clean not amazing but good enough for 1 night. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. The shower was small and hard to use.

In the first place I was billed an extra $26.50 to my credit card after already prepaying for my stay with no explanation for that charge. When we got to the room, the air conditioning didn’t work in the upstairs room of the bed and breakfast, and the owner took over 30 minutes to respond and ultimately insisted the air was working but never came to the property! It was 87 degrees outside and 80 in the room where we were assigned. I have pictures of the thermostat set at 67 and the inside temperature of 80 degrees. We had to leave because the room was too hot to stay in. I have initiated a report to Expedia and am still waiting for a response, but I should not have to pay for a room that was not habitable. Beware of full prepayment to unscrupulous properties.
