They didn't really have laundry facilities on-site. It was at a nearby place and closed fairly early. Room had an electric fireplace that we couldn't figure out how to operate. Wife said sheets smelled funny. Over-all was ok for the price

Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Parking directly in front of room. And there was complimentary bottle water in the room which was nice.

there is no bathroom countertop, no place to hang towers. There is no elevator. Window curtain brakes open, can't stay closed. Towers are thick and soft though. There was no water on second day around 6PM. Fortunately, they fix it in about 3 hrs.

One of the reasons for us booking this motel, was the fact that it boasted a swimming pool. However, upon arrival it turned out that the swimming pool was out of order - for about 6 months! Least the motel could do, is to mention that fact on the Hotels.com booking site…

Doesn’t look a bit like the photos. Pool and hot tub were drained. No lighted hotel sign or property so hard to find after dark. Lobby closes with no staff after 7:30 and there’s no explanation anywhere of how you’ll get your keys. We drove up and saw an envelope taped to the door with our name. No shampoo, conditioner or other niceties. In fact only one bar of soap to split between sink outside the bathroom and the tub/shower inside. 1 roll of toilet paper with no backup. Lighting/outlets were wonky. Needless to say, we didn’t complete our 3 night reservation (thank you to Expedia for getting our money back).

The carpet need to be shampooed. The tile floor in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. The curtain rod almost fell down and was hanging by the middle bracket. On the plus side, the cafe was excellent in all ways.

The best part of this property is the restaurant on site. Great food and service. The room itself was disappointing. Filthy carpet, run down furnishings, holes in the wall near the sink and very old fixtures. For nearly $200 for one night, it was way over priced. It was also disappointing that the pool wasn't heated.

Parking OK. Motel built in 1970s and hasn't been remodeled since then. Very noisy air conditioner and black out shade didn't black out. Was light enough in room that I could read. Good shower. Located ~4 miles from entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.

This was a nice place to stay that was close to the park (Bryce Canyon). Had a restaurant on site that was good and reasonable price. Shower was a little on the small side and the coffee machine made coffee that was too weak. Overall a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon.

WiFi is non existent in this, if you’re working remote, they do not have the capacity to do anything! Only reason I book this was having internet access, but was disappointed that I got better service with limited cell service.

The room was updated and clean. However, it was very small, thin walls with a loud tv at 2:00 a.m. next door with no desk clerk on duty to help the situation, very noisy window a/c, and a very inconvenient and isolated 5 miles from town. Definitely not worth the price!

Property is very outdated. Entry door very hard to close. Shower claustrophobic with the shower head way too low. The beds and area around the beds were clean but there were stains on the chairs. Basically, whatever else, the enormous problem with this place is that they give you NO way to contact staff after reception desk closes. No phone number provided in letter and key for guest. No phone number posted at the door to reception. If you never need to contact staff after the reception desk closes, you'll be fine. But if you do need to contact them, or if there is an emergency, you will have no way to contact them. I emailed them, asking them to provide future guests with a phone number for emergencies and asked for a response. Never heard back. The room was nice enough but I would not go back to such a poorly run place if you paid me.

Nice rooms, beds, and pillows. Outside is a little rune down, but rooms are nice. They have a small frig and microwave. Lobby is only open 9am-7:30pm so have to get ice during that time.

It is a perfectly reasonable “Super 8” level property. Because it is off season, they are not staffed. Check in was my name on an envelope with a key in it. It was ok.

We had a great stay at Bryce Canyon Pines! We especially appreciated Alex at the front desk. He was so helpful! He helped us find a hotel room for the next night, after we checked out, closer to home. That worked out great Alex and we were so grateful for your help!

I checked in early and was told the room wasn’t ready until 4- no big deal. We drove to Bryce and hiked a little, had dinner and returned at 7 pm. The office is locked- no one is around. An envelope with my full name and room number is written in bold, taped to door. Was SO glad I wasn’t traveling alone- so inappropriate. We get to our room- it’s clean and simple. TV worked so we watched some NHL hockey. Went to take a shower- NO HOT water. At All. Thought maybe the tank ran out and in the morning all would be fine. NOPE. It was well water cold. When we checked out I told the male receptionist there was no hot water and he had the audacity to ask me “ Are you sure”? *when I was picking my envelope off the door- a lady pulled up and asked how she could make reservations- we were all like you can’t! There is no one here!

This is a quaint property close to the park. Definitely needs updating, but I was still okay with all of that. The restaurant is good. But there was no hot water in our room! I will not stay again because of this. It is not worth taking cold showers

Booked here because reviews were decent and had a “Very good” hotel rating. Checking was fine but front office closed at 630, which made it impossible to get ice at 9pm or ask questions if we had them. When we got to our room which was supposed to be a Deluxe Room, it was not. Nothing like picture advertised. It was clean enough but it was like stepping into a college dorm room with tiny old bathroom and sink in room. Needs major update if advertising Deluxe Room.

Convenient location to Bryce Canyon NP. We wanted a quiet location and found it here! Away from the crowd and congestion just outside the park, Bryce Canyon Pines is fanily, pet, and budget friendly. We had our meals at the on site restaurant. The food was plentiful, good, and reasonably priced. There's a pool and lawns for kids to play. The staff and owners are helpful, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, the room was very clean!

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Quiet although near to road. Convenient Parking. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with good quality sheets. Beautiful setting away from the masses in canyon village. The pine trees are amazing. Why fight the crowds? If you want to visit the park it’s 5 minutes away.

I have stayed here three times in the past few years and it is always a nice experience and good value for money. It's out of town so it is quieter and the restaurant is nice for breakfast. It's also not very far from the park or the Red Canyon area.

Our room was clean and comfortable although we did have issues with getting hot water consistently. It was disappointing to leatn the restaurant was closed when we checked in as this convenience was one of the reasons we booked this property.

Room as clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Waited 35+ minutes for dinner and they did not open for breakfast due to being short staffed. Recommend staying there but plan to dine elsewhere.

Nice comfortable hotel. The restaurant was awesome! Their open faced turkey sandwich was excellent comfort food but their deep friend green beans are to die for! Would totally go back again for them. Service was awesome. Conveniently located to Bryce Canyon. Quiet, nice location. Would stay again.

Motel desk, staff was not very knowledgeable of the area or anything really. Pleasant, but not helpful. Restaurant had a wait list for breakfast and dinner every day.

Bed was comfortable. Cottage interior was old. Mold in the shower. Could see to the outside around edge of the wall HVAC unit. Location close to Bryce Canyon is excellent. A quiet, remote area.

Nice place to stay right outside of Bryce Canyon National Park. Had restaurant also. Coffee in the morning but nothing else. A little outdated and in need of updating but was fine. Pretty setting where you could see the stars at night.

The room was clean but dated looking. In addition, the toilet seat was loose and the remote for the television did nothing other than to control the volume. The onsite restaurant was convenient, but we probably wouldn’t consider a return visit.
