Oppholdet på hotellet bidro til uforglemmelige dager i Stoos. Loftsrommet var perfekt for oss, men vi utnyttet oss ikke av flere av fasilitetene på hotellet. Vi skulle gjerne planlagt med en time tennis, men det visste vi ikke at var tilgjengelig. Alt i alt, et veldig bra opphold, eneste minus er litt treg service i restauranten og at det mangler air condition på rommet.
Oppholdet på hotellet bidro til uforglemmelige dager i Stoos. Loftsrommet var perfekt for oss, men vi utnyttet oss ikke av flere av fasilitetene på hotellet. Vi skulle gjerne planlagt med en time tennis, men det visste vi ikke at var tilgjengelig. Alt i alt, et veldig bra opphold, eneste minus er litt treg service i restauranten og at det mangler air condition på rommet.

This hotel has great potential but really needs to be updated. Stoos Lodge, up the hill, puts it to shame with new, modern and inviting. It is very dark in the lobby and common areas and there are no fans provided in the rooms. The spa and pool areas are very nice!

One of happiest and most memorable holidays to date, thanks in no small part to this wonderful hotel! We felt we had one of the best rooms in the hotel (on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking towards the beautiful valley and mountains beyond), and the room provided everything we needed. The bed was particularly large and comfortable and had no end board (important for me, being 6’3”!). We took half board, and the food was of a consistently high quality. We particularly loved the salad buffet bar which was perfectly fresh every day and had such a wide range of salads to choose from. The main meal options were great too, and as a vegetarian, there was one option that changed each day. The desserts were generally great, although they did like putting savoury pea shoots on almost all of them which didn’t really work with the taste of the desserts! A very small point though … The spa was incredible and it became our daily routine to get back to the hotel around 4pm and then have ~2 hours using the whirlpool, saunas, relaxation room and the sun loungers / parasols in the outdoor relaxation garden which felt so calm and peaceful. The facilities were very well maintained, with everything except one water jet mode of the outdoor whirlpool working perfectly — we were surprised that the spa was renovated / installed in 2006, it felt much newer. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, which contributed to a very relaxed weeks stay. A little piece of paradise!

Hotellet er dejligt, personalet er yderst søde og hjælpsomme. Maden i restauranten er god, lidt dyr, men det er nok at forvente når det er i en lille bjerglandsby i Schweiz og med den gode kvalitet det var. To minusser: Køleskabet på værelset var et gammelt minibar køleskab, som ikke kunne køle særlig godt. Vandflasker med vand fra vandhanen var varmere da vi tog dem ud end da vi satte dem ind. Det helt store minus: øverste etage under taget, et mikro lille vindue, som kun kan åbnes op klem, og hedebølge (35°) er ikke en god kombi, Værelset var ulideligt varmt. Der var godt nok en velfungerende blæser, men den lindrede kun lidt.
