Pearl of Trawangan

El servicio de la entrada deja mucho que desear. Nada que decir con respecto a la gente de la piscina y del restorán, un 10/10. La piscina está pensada para 1/3 gente del hotel y las tumbonas tienen cojines antiguos y muy sucios. El baño está conectado con todos los de alado, entonces se escucha a los vecinos en el baño constantemente. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación se demoraba más de 4-5 horas. El desayuno es a la carta pero es muy bueno. El restorán para almorzar y comer también.

Todo muy bien me gustó el hotel

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Entorno idílico, muy bien ubicado, personal súper atento, las instalaciones geniales y buena comida.

Nice hotel and great location, far enough away from the late night noise. Our room was very small for 2 people. Breakfast was amazing! WiFi wasn’t good and the pool water was too warm for the hot days. Restaurant staff were lovely and I’d definitely go back despite these few small things.

A nice hotel overall with some lovely features, but a few areas that could definitely be improved. The pool area is beautiful, with a really picturesque waterfall that makes it a great place to relax. However, do be careful as there are quite a few chipped areas around the pool where you could easily cut yourself. The poolside bar also felt a bit underwhelming—it looked quite empty and lacked atmosphere, so it could definitely do with being jazzed up a bit. One downside was the towels provided at the pool. They were quite small and only covered about half of the lounger, and when we asked for extra towels, we were told no, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a highlight. It was included in our stay and started with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and granola brought to the table, followed by a great selection of options like pancakes, salmon, avocado on toast, and eggs. The rooms were nice with pretty standard amenities, although the lighting wasn’t great for getting ready. One thing to note is that the bathrooms are outdoors, so if you’re not a fan of sharing your space with the occasional cockroach, ant, or lizard, this might not be the hotel for you. One suggestion would be for the hotel to offer bikes complimentary to guests. It feels a bit odd having to pay to use hotel bikes when you’re already staying there—it made it feel more like a rental shop than a hotel in that respect.
