We stay here regularly on our frequent trips between Texas and California. It is a newer property that is located just off I-10. It is quiet,the beds are comfortable and it is pet friendly. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend for an overnight stay.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Very nice room, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The showers have full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The pool was rainy nice. Only thing missing was the jacuzzi 😉 Breakfast was fresh and good! Also nice to a place that accepts pets!

Regular kind of place but we were disappointed by a green pool (which t lo be fair could have been because of recent rain). The pancake machine was also broken. Wear and tear on the room was very apparent. It was overall pretty clean and the beds are comfortable.

The property isn't well maintained and feels like no body even cares. The shower is dirty, you can see molds everywhere, my coworker's room even has a cockroach crawling on the wall. Bed bugs reported seeing... Don't get yourself tricked, this is not a La Quinta, its worse than a motel.

There was no carpet anywhere so the rooms are like echo Chambers. The couple next to me stayed at party until 2 AM. The ignorant cleaners who cleaned the room didn’t reset the alarm clocks and my alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning and I just left at 4 o’clock. I just drove off

Overall I liked there. Clean room, quick check-in process, and a printer available in the lobby for free using. I believe my room was a business room, as the adjoining door to the next room was locked. Unfortunately, there was significant noise coming from the adjacent room, both at midnight and early in the morning, which made it sound like the noise was inside my own room.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but didn’t like the vinyl floors and the bathroom was small and no ventilation so it was hot and the lighting was terrible. The shower light you could land a 747 but the light above the sink was too dim. Had to put my makeup on in the kitchen where the lighting was better. The room was just meh all the way around but we just needed a place to sleep for 1 night. Also if you’re not a fan of fast food your dining options in the area are slim to none

If you need an overnight stay on a long travel day on I-10, this place is suitable. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors close doors, walk above you, and shower, but otherwise the beds are extremely comfortable. One thing i really didnt appreciate was that the front desk was often empty.

It was understaffed and the staff that was there were lacking training or didn’t care. They could not provide answers to my questions and didn’t answer the 4 calls I made from the room. Additionally, there was no instructions for WiFi. Worst of all, there wasn’t any hot water at 6am. Ran the shower for 15 minutes and the water was tepid. It was a very disappointing stay.

The night clerk was awesome! I arrived at 12:00 am. The door was still unlocked and I was very grateful for this. She directed me to the restroom, as I requested. She checked me in and was very pleasant. She allowed me to keep my vehicle parked close to the front door while I brought in my luggage, etc. When I went to park the car, I lost one of my keys. Without hesitation, the night clerk programmed two more keys and removed the coding of the key I lost. She was very focused on customer service and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you! 😊

The staff is just the worst. Them are just really unprofessional and disrespectful. Also they use my credit card two times without my permission (one day after I leave). When I call to ask why them are using my card she just leave me on hold. Now I have three charges from that place plus the original of my only and one reservation. I don’t recommend this place.

Nice new hotel! Receptionist was not welcoming or even friendly! On her phone a lot! Bathroom sink did not drain and they had no one to fix it, they already knew there was problems in that room!! There fix was move us to another room. My husband fixed it on his own!! Morning receptionist on her phone too!!

The hotel itself is new and very nice. It’s well kept and the service people at the front desk are kind and helpful. The food is fine for traveling and it’s very conveniently located. The area around the hotels, however, is desolate, rundown, and potentially unsafe. The hotel is on the opposite side of the freeway from most of the dining and stores.

No restaurants close. As a woman traveling solo it is not easy to go out and return to the hotel when I have to go quite a distance to have dinner.

Property was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. The bad is that the power kept going out, but only at the hotel. Went down to breakfast and other than the scrambled eggs and sausage slices, everything else was empty. There was no waffle batter, hardly any bread for toast, the machine that dispenses juice wasn’t working. All the other food pots were empty.

Threadbare sheets, window unit that barely cooled, alarm clock went off at 6, old, ratty bathroom. At breakfast 7:30 on Saturday and most of the hot food was empty. Had to wait a while for them to freshen. Nobody actively cleaning tables and floors during breakfast. I was shocked because the hotel looked nice from outside. Very disappointing.

The room was very clean and tidy. I had a great night's sleep. However, when I went to have breakfast I was sorry to find very poor choices. And what food I did try was too salty and too cold. The gravy over the biscuits was just a can of mushroom soup with a few pieces of sausage in it. It wasn't gravy. (Though the biscuits were good) With such a beautiful hotel, surely you could supply a better breakfast.

Very friendly and responsive staff, beautiful lobby & breakfast area. Clean and modern room. Very good breakfast, various selections, considering the affordable price for the rooms. Adequate free parking, shady on opposite sides of hotel depending on time of day.

Melissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I walked into the property to check in and I was met with a warm smile and greeting from Melissa. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. She explained the hotel amenities and was able to explain everything about Fort Stockton. After I checked in we unfortunately had car problems which would have cost us precious travel time, but Melissa was able to ensure us that our vehicle would be taken care of. Our vehicle was fixed in no time and we were able to jump back in the road the very next morning. Melissa went above and beyond from the very moment entered the beautiful and clean lobby to the next day as we left the beautiful hotel full from a well balanced breakfast. If you are still reading this then please stay here, ask for Melissa!!!!!

Front desk was helpful in directing me to local businesses. It seemed like she knew them. Room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a large shower and plenty of vanity Room.
