Orlanova Boutique Hotel

Pros: the staff was fabulous! So personable and helpful in all areas. They even went to the store for pepper and honey, which were breakfast items they were missing that we asked for. Wonderfully hot shower, comfy bed, safe doors with real keys for locks. Breakfast was good! Hot coffee and hot milk with eggs cooked to your preference. Cons: the map says this is by the beach and it is but it’s not what you expect. The beach is the harbor and there are hundreds of boats in the harbor. This is not a beach where you rent a chair or play with kids. This is a beach where you can see boats sitting. The doors to the patio are sliding wood doors and do not block ANY sound. There was partying, dogs barking and soccer matches well into the night. There is no pool or other amenities. The grounds and the building need some TLC.

This is my second time staying here. As always the staff was excellent and exceptional. Last time i was there, my only complain was that the wind made the loose patio slider doors bang around late at night. That was fixed. My only complaints this time is that the bed sheets were soiled and had holes in them and that no matter how many days you stay, you will never come back to your room to find it serviced. Bed isn't made, and trash cans still full and no fresh towels or linen. I do enjoy the location of this property though.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo, porém está deteriorado, necessitando de uma grande reforma. Funcionárias da recepção são atenciosas, mas, a que atende os hóspedes no café da manha, chamada Dara, é despreparada, desinteressada em bem atender, enfim, presta um atendimento horrível.

Personal amable y muy buena ubicación. Desayuno pobre. Falta mantención del hotel, principalmente pintura y decoración. Baño cómodo, pieza grande, pero no tiene muebles para guardar la ropa.
