The pictures don't do it justice; it was a wonderful experience. Very high quality Chalet with a spa like bathroom. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Peachtree City area.

making it clear, balanced, and constructive: Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) Check-in was a little tricky at first — it took a bit of figuring out how to get the key box open — but once inside, the space was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and water, and the large tub was wonderful. Towels and bathroom toiletries were provided and were excellent quality, which added a nice touch of comfort. Unfortunately, what I had hoped would be a peaceful retreat turned out not to be. After a late check-in (due to cross-country travel and a two-hour time difference), we were very rudely awakened at 10 AM by an extremely loud leaf blower — it honestly sounded more like a chainsaw. The landscaper was blowing debris right up against our cottage, making it impossible to rest or relax. For a place that emphasizes tranquility, this was very disruptive. I’m not sure why such loud equipment would be used when guests are staying — simply raking would have been much more considerate. The host did apologize afterward, but only offered a small token gift card, which didn’t quite match the level of disruption. Additionally, the price to book was higher through the third party, and I wasn’t able to book directly on their site since they don’t accept Mastercard (which I use for travel rewards). Aside from that issue, the property itself is lovely with beautiful walking paths — though guests should keep an eye out for fast-moving golf cart

My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car. I brought all my other stuff into the cottage and checked out the bed before lugging in this giant bedroll of mine. I ended up leaving it in the backseat....all weekend and slept great! I highly recommend the Cottages at Laurel Brooke to anyone traveling to PTC or the surrounding area. It is safer, comfier, more spacious and more private and quiet than any hotel room, and just about the same price!
