Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Das Gemeinschaftsbad müsste dringend saniert werden. Die Klimaanlage in den Teepees ist viel zu laut, sobald sie ausgeschaltet ist, wird es darin aber viel zu stickig, da es wirklich sehr klein ist. Für eine Person ist es in Ordnung, für 2 Personen mit Gepäck etc. viel zu klein. Wir hatten nach einer Nacht genug vom Teepee mit Gemeinschaftsbad und haben nach einem Upgrade gefragt, allerdings zu einem Preis, bei dem wir auch komplett neu buchen konnten.

They have no in-house Restaurant, Drinks or Ice. the restaurant on property is third party managed. I asked for a bucket of Ice and not available. at least an Ice Machine would be great . The beach club is not controlled by the hotel, but again by the third party restaurant. the bathroom tub needs to go- looked old and dirty - not sure why they still have tubs - showers

Fiquei numa teepe. O preço é chamativo, mas é impossível ficar mais que 2 noites. Não há espaço nem para uma mala, a cama ocupa o espaço todo. Nem um cabide atrás da porta tem. Numa zona cheia de mosquitos não se percebe como é que não têm uma rede mosquiteira, até porque a porta tem frechas por onde eles entram. A teepe tem duas janelas, sem cortina, às 7 da manhã a claridade é imensa, impossível de dormir. Mas também com o calor que as 8h está dentro da teepe também já seria impossível (não tem sombra suficiente, pelo menos a n⁰ 6 e a 5). A piscina não esteve em funcionamento nos dois dias em que lá estive, estava em limpeza. O hotel em si, parece-me excelente, se não forem para as teepes. Actividas gratuitas. Boa localização. Acesso à praia, que é o mais importante, nesta zona de tulum.
