Would definitely stay here again during a roadtrip. Clean room and good breakfast.

I stayed here with family on trip and had a generally okay experience, though there were a few things worth noting. The building is currently undergoing renovation, and the noise from the hallways was fairly noticeable. Our toilet was running when we arrived, which wasn’t ideal. The location is convenient, especially being close to the interstate, and the check‑in staff member was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast, however, ended at 9 a.m., and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. Overall, this hotel works fine if you just need a quick place to crash for the night, but based on past stays, I’d recommend the Holiday Inn across the street for a more comfortable experience.

No customer service. We booked therough hotels.com for our guys for a week and they gave them keeys they stayed two nights and went to work and came back doors were locked they went to front desk and asked access and they said you didnt pay, I called hotel.com and spent 4 hours and hotel.com resolved it. after two weeks againthe same issue and I moved my guys out of that hotel. 0 customer service I had contacted hotel.com and hotel.com assistant called them and front desk never pick up phone I called our guy who was in hotel and said please go to let front desk know so she can pick up phone hotel.com wnated to resolve the issu she still didnt pick up phone and I had no choice move guys out to another hotel.

Nice large room with large refrigerator and microwave, on site bar and restaurant also has great food.

3 night stay. No surprises. Comfy bed & pillows. Conveniently close to I-90.
