Staff were helpful and professional. Had a room next to the pond and waterfalls the noise was relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection of food and fresh fruits. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast has very limited options, I ordered a omelette and they said is has additional cost. we dont eat beef and porn they did not have other options for us also the juice was not good. Wifi do not work at all I count not reply emails and calls. we ordered food in the restaurant that was also terrible. The good did not have AC that is okay because it is a cold place bt they should have heaters not everyone can adjust the body temperature. They gave us a connecting room and the people next door were very noisy even in the night when we were sleeping they had too much noice and they had a kid who cried all night. we went to relex but we could not sleep propery, I called hotels.com to change our hotel but I was very disappointed by hotels.com reply.
