Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our week long stay here. The best part of the house is its location - a 10min walk to Lovers Point, a few minutes to nearby coffee shop (Captain & Stoker), restaurants on Lighthouse Avenue and nearby grocery stores (1.2mi drive to TJs and Safeway). Also, for a 3 bedroom house, the common space is a little tight/cosy - living room is probably comfortable for 3 people at most. Also the backyard is cute but not completely private - adjacent neighbors on the 2nd floor can see into the backyard/house - because of this, I would recommend the house get a patio umbrella. This will not only provide shade but also some privacy. Last, there's several ChargePoint charging stations within a few mins walk (in the Fandango parking lot), including two fast chargers, which is super convenient if you need to charge your EV overnight or for a quick fast charge!All in all cute little place that is well maintained and in a very central location!

My husband and I live out of state and wanted a weekend in Pacific Grove where we could spend time with our son and his new girlfriend. This house gave us plenty of room to relax and hang out together. It was walking distance to our favorite restaurants, and we even walked to Fisherman's Wharf! Loved the backyard where we all just sat and enjoyed the beautiful sunny day! Would have liked a bigger L shaped couch and a comfy chair in the living room but we all managed to find a spot to call our own when gathering there.

We had a great stay over New Year’s Eve. We walked to the downtown area where there were several restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. We walked to the aquarium along the beach which was beautiful, a bit windy that day but we were bundled up. The home is well supplied with all cooking supplies and had extra blankets and good WiFi and we appreciated the organized kitchen and communication. We had several meals around the large dining room table that had a bench on one side so could seat up to seven (although we had 5). The complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers was a nice touch! A great home away from home.

Beds were comfy, linens were high quality, and all amenities were thought of. The only suggestions I have are as follows: The upstairs rooms need mirrors (since all bathrooms are downstairs, a mirror upstairs would be super helpful), also, a coat rack or some hooks near the front door would be great (for coats, dog leash, purses, etc). Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in Pacific Grove at Seagull's Nest. Walking distance to the Aquarium, Lover's Point, bike path, farmer's market, and downtown restaurants. Little market also close by. We traveled with son, DIL, and toddler. It was great to have a dining area and kitchen traveling with a toddler as we ended up doing a lot of take out and eating at home. Living area was fine for 4 adults; would be tight with 6. Beds were comfortable and house was overall, well appointed. We would stay again.

Very cute home in a great location. We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, even the aquarium! Well maintained and clean. Property manager checked in by text and phone several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful!

Cute property in a great location. Nicely updated while maintaining original charm. Minor issues with hot water in one of the showers. Super clean, had everything we needed. Information about staying at the property, including specific instructions, were clear & to-the-point. We were 4 adult occupants to the 6 or 7 max limit; 3 adults sharing one of the 2 tiny bathrooms for a week was a bit...challenging. I couldn't recommend it for 6 or 7 adults who are accustomed to more space but we did enjoy our stay there.

The home is well supplied with all cooking supplies and had extra blankets and good WiFi and we appreciated the organized kitchen and communication. We had several meals around the large dining room table that had a bench on one side so could seat up to seven (although we had 5). The complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers was a nice touch! A great home away from home.
We had a great stay over New Year’s Eve. We walked to the downtown area where there were several restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. We walked to the aquarium along the beach which was beautiful, a bit windy that day but we were bundled up. Cute property in a great location. Nicely updated while maintaining original charm. Minor issues with hot water in one of the showers. Super clean, had everything we needed. Information about staying at the property, including specific instructions, were clear & to-the-point. We were 4 adult occupants to the 6 or 7 max limit; 3 adults sharing one of the 2 tiny bathrooms for a week was a bit...challenging. I couldn't recommend it for 6 or 7 adults who are accustomed to more space but we did enjoy our stay there.

We enjoyed our stay in Pacific Grove at Seagull's Nest. Walking distance to the Aquarium, Lover's Point, bike path, farmer's market, and downtown restaurants. Little market also close by. We traveled with son, DIL, and toddler. It was great to have a dining area and kitchen traveling with a toddler as we ended up doing a lot of take out and eating at home. Living area was fine for 4 adults; would be tight with 6. Beds were comfortable and house was overall, well appointed. We would stay again.

The best part of the house is its location - a 10min walk to Lovers Point, a few minutes to nearby coffee shop (Captain & Stoker), restaurants on Lighthouse Avenue and nearby grocery stores (1.2mi drive to TJs and Safeway). Also, for a 3 bedroom house, the common space is a little tight/cosy - living room is probably comfortable for 3 people at most. Also the backyard is cute but not completely private - adjacent neighbors on the 2nd floor can see into the backyard/house - because of this, I would recommend the house get a patio umbrella. This will not only provide shade but also some privacy. Last, there's several ChargePoint charging stations within a few mins walk (in the Fandango parking lot), including two fast chargers, which is super convenient if you need to charge your EV overnight or for a quick fast charge!All in all cute little place that is well maintained and in a very central location!

Beautiful property, excellent location in close proximity to downtown Pacific Grove, local stores and the aquarium. My only callouts are that the entrance is via stairs, the living / TV room isn’t comfortably set-up for more than two people, say if watching a movie with kids. Both bathrooms are downstairs. Aside from these mostly minor items, the owner has really made for a great place to stay (comfortable beds, linens, towels, coffee makers, Blackstone griddle) and thoughtfully provided wine and cheese at welcome. We would visit again in the future.

It was a really nice location and mostly fit the description. There was also a nice touch of cheese, crackers, & wine at check in. For reference, there’s written instructions posted next to a key box by the door. For checkout, they send you to document that references the house rule book (never found it) and a Google Doc that you’re supposed to fill out, but can’t because it’s locked and only available digitally. The checkout process on the list was fairly standard, but it felt like they wanted some documentation as proof and no way to provide it. Anyway, nice house, great town, great location.
