Pas vraiment un 5 étoiles, plutôt un 4. Manque 1 piscine extérieure chauffée pour un 5 étoiles. Pas de toilettes à proximité de la piscine intérieure... Obligé de remonter 2 étages et de traverser le hall 🤔 pour accéder aux toilettes. Il faut aussi traverser le hall en maillot de bain, seul accès pour aller à cette piscine. Le bar de la piscine ferme trop tôt, alors que le soleil se couche tard... Personnel agréable, aimable, assez souriant et toujours à l'écoute. Repas plus que correct, une mention pour le repas marocain, chouette découverte.

This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

Loved all the swimming pools and loungers around them; we often felt like the one we used was our own private pool as no one else was using it. Both rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the local beaches was great and the sunsets beautiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully in the lobby area in the evenings and our A La carte meal in the Moroccan restaurant. Now the few niggly things: there was inconsistency with how the tables were laid out with cutlery. Often no spoons and we’d end up taking the small, plastic coffee stirrers. There wasn’t a proper system in place for the tennis court. The other thing about the court was that it was really small and it didn’t have proper drainage. Therefore when we’d had a day of rain, there were still puddles of water everywhere on it the following day. However, we were very grateful for the staff who were sent to try and clear it. Smoking was permitted in the main bar area which was very unpleasant ; also the outside eating area had no designated area for smokers.

This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I have just spent two weeks at this hotel. It is spotlesslessly clean, and the staff are wonderful - engaging, polite and happy to do anything for you. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach so there is a constant coastal breeze which helps to take the edge off the heat. There are 3 restaurants - 1 a la carte specialising in Moroccan food, an Italian and International buffet style. There is plenty of food to suit all tastes but it what was really pleasing was it never felt over full and food is replenished constantly. Lots of fish and seafood, including sushi and oysters too ! The spa facilities were lovely and the back massage and reflexology treatments were bliss. There are plenty of sunbeds and sofas, several pools and jacuzzi's so definitely no over crowding. The lobby bakery is lovely for a mid morning coffee and cake stop. Our only criticism is this hotel is billed as ultra all inclusive but international drinks came with an additional price tag - although we were offered a 10% discount ! Given the money spent on the booking, we wouldn't expect to pay anything more. Also, the need for plastic wristbands ??? Again, not expected of an ultra all inclusive hotel. Would we return - absolutely !

The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views and well-maintained surroundings. However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. Despite being advertised as heated, the indoor pool was not warm at all, and the outdoor pools were also too cold to use — which was a real letdown, especially considering the resort’s “Ultra” package description. It was also unclear what made this an Ultra All-Inclusive experience compared to a regular all-inclusive stay. We were surprised to find that certain alcoholic drinks still required additional payment, which didn’t align with what was advertised. Hotel settings, staff friendliness and cleanliness is very good. Direct access to beach. Pool settings good, but water too cold. Food decent enough with 3 restaurants. Free alcohol quality is very poor so ultra inclusive is mis-selling in my view.

Lovely hotel right in the seafront. But they had real problems with WiFi and electrics while we were there. The staff were all amazing but that end of Taghazout was rather run down

Large resort. Very comfortable rooms. Very close to sea with great beach and surf. Don’t expect calm seas; it’s a surf resort. Staff very helpful. Facilities very good. Not a lot else in the area at the moment, but everything catered for in hotel if you’re looking for a great place to relax and unwind. Agadir close enough to visit. Souk worth a trip.

My second visit here... Super clean! Staff are making sure everyone is happy (they are amazing - all staff). Always helpful. The hotel is 10/10. Different entertainment every single night.

After reading some other reviews we were concerned about our holiday. However anything we had read was completely unfounded. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful and reception were extremely on the ball when we did have a small issue and it was rectified immediately. The whole place appeared spotless and our room was maintained with no complaints whatsoever. The food and drinks were in abundance with lots of choice. If we were to hopefully provide constructive critisicm we would maybe suggest to update towels and bathrobes - whilst perfectly adequate they are well used and becoming a little too worn out just to maintain the “look” of the hotel. Also maybe open up a little more outdoor seating for the restaurants and whilst we ate outside all the time which was our choice and was great, it did look a little crowded inside, or maybe swop Alfredo and al a carte restaurant over ? The animation team seems to be busy but we did not participate - our choice. The sunbeds were plentiful and the leather sofas made great chill out seating - fantastic idea. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay away

L'hôtel est magnifique, d'une propreté incroyable, les chambres confortables bien agencé, les 6 piscines et le jardin de 8 hectares est divin lumières jets d'eau transat canapé....la restauration se fait sur deux restaurants buffets avec a chaque repas une assiette fait par un chef , le restaurant traditionnel zaha est a essayer absolument les saveurs vous régalent les papilles..le personnel est aux petits soins du monsieur du ménage , a celui qui s'occupe des serviettes, les serveurs ...Amine sa gentillesse et son sourire, l'accès direct a l'océan. Le village n'est pas tryloin , agadir a 25 MNS Tout est parfait, on reviendra c'est certain

I booked two rooms for our family holiday. One deluxe garden view and one swim up pool room with Ocean view. Unfortunately, we had issues with the rooms from the first day. The swim up pool is not a pool where you can swim. It is 40 cm if that and you can only cool your feet in it. Therefore the price difference is unjustified and the advertising of this room is deceiving to the public and needs to be amended. Rooms need updating and air conditioning does not always work. We had to call someone out to fix it three times for my son room and once for our room. Cleanliness is not great and should be improved. Although the cleaner for our room was super helpful and tried her best to make it please for our stay. The hotel overall is quite dirty, including the toilets in the main reception area, restaurants tables and floors outside of restaurants. Food is good but not always consistent. Some meals options are better than others. The Moroccan restaurant is great but you are limited to once a week only. The Italian restaurant is not Italian, I should know as I am Italian. The pools areas are good but again cleanliness and service needs improving. Towels also could be nicer. There is no private access to the beach which for me personally is a real let down. Be mindful of excursions as they are not through the hotel and there is no insurance! We met guests who got injured with quad bikes and the hotel was not taking any responsibility. You have to pay cash so there is no evidence.

Our only criticism is this hotel is billed as ultra all inclusive but international drinks came with an additional price tag - although we were offered a 10% discount ! Given the money spent on the booking, we wouldn't expect to pay anything more. Also, the need for plastic wristbands ??? Again, not expected of an ultra all inclusive hotel. Would we return - absolutely !
This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I have just spent two weeks at this hotel. It is spotlesslessly clean, and the staff are wonderful - engaging, polite and happy to do anything for you. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach so there is a constant coastal breeze which helps to take the edge off the heat. There are 3 restaurants - 1 a la carte specialising in Moroccan food, an Italian and International buffet style. There is plenty of food to suit all tastes but it what was really pleasing was it never felt over full and food is replenished constantly. Lots of fish and seafood, including sushi and oysters too ! The spa facilities were lovely and the back massage and reflexology treatments were bliss. There are plenty of sunbeds and sofas, several pools and jacuzzi's so definitely no over crowding. We were amazed at how good this hotel was.Layout was beautiful and gorgeous when lit up at night.Food was great with good quality and choice.The hotel is well kept and spotlessly clean.But what really makes this hotel is the most amazing,friendly and helpful team of staff.

Very tired hotel that they have literally just started to improve. Lack of cutlery, glasses, plates etc, have to relay your own table most nights, if you are not there at opening time. Swim up pool rooms are 40cm paddling pools and filthy. Bars have constant long queues and regularly run out of products. Bar staff substitute things e.g no white rum so use vodka and cocktails often taste similar for this reason. 95% of drinks are local and very poor quality. Bedroom cleaning often missed completely, but left as a dangerous skating rink, when they do do it, with patio doors left open after a serious accident. Drinks supplies (both mini bar and coffee) rarely replaced and towels missed. Entertainment virtually non existent during the day despite long listings displayed, very mediocre at night. Sometimes childish even. Poor labelling of food, occasionally even incorrect. Would not stay here again.

We returned to Pickalbatros White Beach after a peaceful stay last year, drawn again by promises of “true serenity and privacy” and the chance to “unwind in our array of pools.” Sadly, this time was very different—same resort, much louder setting. Mornings are calm and enjoyable. But by mid-afternoon, the volume rises to 75–80 decibels (yes, I measured), with high-energy music, booming announcements, and poolside activities. In the evening, after a brief lull, sound levels reach up to 100 dB and continue until midnight. Even in our room, with the doors closed, the bass was hard to escape. If you're in your 20s or 30s and enjoy cocktails, dancing, and club-style music, you’ll probably love it. But if you’re looking for a quiet escape, it’s a challenge. The rooms, food, and staff remain excellent, and Guest Relations was sympathetic to my concerns early in the two-week stay, but nothing changed. It feels like there’s a gap between the hotel’s branding and what guests actually experience. White Beach is still beautiful, but it needs to decide: is it a tranquil retreat or a party resort?

This resort is amazing. It’s so very clean. Staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is ok, my family has a few fussy eaters who stuck to the Italian restaurant most nights. Cocktails are plentiful and they will make whatever you want at the bar if you ask, although they did give us heart burn after too many!! Only downside was our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We reported it at least 3 times but it was never fixed. My sons room next door was like an ice box. Luckily it wasn’t super hot at night so the ceiling fan did the job. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful!

Loved all the swimming pools and loungers around them; we often felt like the one we used was our own private pool as no one else was using it. Both rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the local beaches was great and the sunsets beautiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed sitting peacefully in the lobby area in the evenings and our A La carte meal in the Moroccan restaurant. Now the few niggly things: there was inconsistency with how the tables were laid out with cutlery. Often no spoons and we’d end up taking the small, plastic coffee stirrers. There wasn’t a proper system in place for the tennis court. The other thing about the court was that it was really small and it didn’t have proper drainage. Therefore when we’d had a day of rain, there were still puddles of water everywhere on it the following day. However, we were very grateful for the staff who were sent to try and clear it. Smoking was permitted in the main bar area which was very unpleasant ; also the outside eating area had no designated area for smokers.

I booked two rooms for our family holiday. One deluxe garden view and one swim up pool room with Ocean view. Unfortunately, we had issues with the rooms from the first day. The swim up pool is not a pool where you can swim. It is 40 cm if that and you can only cool your feet in it. Therefore the price difference is unjustified and the advertising of this room is deceiving to the public and needs to be amended. Rooms need updating and air conditioning does not always work. We had to call someone out to fix it three times for my son room and once for our room. Cleanliness is not great and should be improved. Although the cleaner for our room was super helpful and tried her best to make it please for our stay. The hotel overall is quite dirty, including the toilets in the main reception area, restaurants tables and floors outside of restaurants. Food is good but not always consistent. Some meals options are better than others. The Moroccan restaurant is great but you are limited to once a week only. The Italian restaurant is not Italian, I should know as I am Italian. The pools areas are good but again cleanliness and service needs improving. Towels also could be nicer. There is no private access to the beach which for me personally is a real let down. Be mindful of excursions as they are not through the hotel and there is no insurance! We met guests who got injured with quad bikes and the hotel was not taking any responsibility. You have to pay cash so there is no evidence.

Sehr schöne und saubere Einrichtung an der Rezeption würde ich in türkischer Sprache begrüßt und verabschiedet von einem Herren an der Rezeption. Amine hat mein Zimmer immer tadellos aufgeräumt, obwohl ich immer ein Chaos im Zimmer hinterlassen habe sehr freundliche Dame. Das, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, dass die Pools nicht tief sind. Ich habe ein Swim up Zimmer gehabt mit Pool an der Terrasse, das leider nur 45 cm tief war.

Considering this hotel was full, the lack of congestion around the resort makes it feel really special. The grounds are enormous so that no one is in each others way. We only stayed one night but had a really relaxing time. The staff were all super friendly and really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very modern and well appointed.

Large resort. Very comfortable rooms. Very close to sea with great beach and surf. Don’t expect calm seas; it’s a surf resort. Staff very helpful. Facilities very good. Not a lot else in the area at the moment, but everything catered for in hotel if you’re looking for a great place to relax and unwind. Agadir close enough to visit. Souk worth a trip.

The hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful housekeeping and staff. However, the individuals responsible for organising activities come across as a little peculiar. They only engage with guests if they are tipped, and they seem to overly pursue female guests for their social media and WhatsApp contacts. I hope they can maintain professionalism and focus on their responsibilities.

After reading some other reviews we were concerned about our holiday. However anything we had read was completely unfounded. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful and reception were extremely on the ball when we did have a small issue and it was rectified immediately. The whole place appeared spotless and our room was maintained with no complaints whatsoever. The food and drinks were in abundance with lots of choice. If we were to hopefully provide constructive critisicm we would maybe suggest to update towels and bathrobes - whilst perfectly adequate they are well used and becoming a little too worn out just to maintain the “look” of the hotel. Also maybe open up a little more outdoor seating for the restaurants and whilst we ate outside all the time which was our choice and was great, it did look a little crowded inside, or maybe swop Alfredo and al a carte restaurant over ? The animation team seems to be busy but we did not participate - our choice. The sunbeds were plentiful and the leather sofas made great chill out seating - fantastic idea. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay away

The hotel was great. The staff and housekeeping were very helpful. However, the employees in charge of activities were a bit odd. They only interact with guests if they receive a tip, and they seem to ask female guests for their social media and WhatsApp contacts in order to meet up with them at night. This behavior is unprofessional and needs to change.

Overall an excellent experience, staff helpful attentive, a special mention to Anya the housekeeper who kept our room spotless. Mohammad in the Italian restaurant, Massi in the outside terrace who runs this section faultlessly and finally Mustapha in the upstairs bar. A superb selection of food in the restaurants, everybody should be able to find something to eat. Just a couple of observations, the 220 rooms sold with a garden view, really do not have one just a service road and wall, think you need to be aware of this when booking. Plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, but people still reserve them with towels!.Feel that as the resort is selling as 5* the sunbeds should have cushions as after a while they do become a bit uncomfortable.

It was the staff, they were nothing but welcoming and so friendly. The place is Muslim friendly and the entertainment was so fun. The staff from the moment of check in and check out were so amazing and kind! Thank you so much white beach hotel and I hope to return soon. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!

This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

We had an excellent time here during our stay. The hotel is just as described and pictured; it is clean, spacious and there is lots to do. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. The entertainment team worked very hard and would come over and make conversation and remember you. A shout out too to Mustapha for keeping our room clean and tidy each day. We had an excellent time here during our stay. The hotel is just as described and pictured; it is clean, spacious and there is lots to do. The staff are all extremely friendly and polite. The entertainment team worked very hard and would come over and make conversation and remember you. A shout out too to Mustapha for keeping our room clean and tidy each day. First time visiting the hotel and the country was a very short trip for us but we highly recommend its a 10/10 hotel and 10/10 service the food was also 10/10 staff was lovley outside the hotel cant say much as we didint have enought time to go out but there is a nice walking area by the beach it was wonderfull

El resort está muy bien. Las instalaciones son nuevas y están cuidadas, tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones. El personal es muy amable y atento. La comida está bien, no es nada del otro mundo, pero lo suficiente para estar a gusto toda la semana. La ubicacion es buenísima, está frente a la playa de Taghazout, con un paseo que va hasta el pueblo de Taghazout, donde se puede salir a pasear o a hacer deporte.

Highly recommend, very clean, great food and drinks. Overall service was great plus easy access to the beach, 2 minutes walk. I would recommend anything but the Italian restaurant, food here not that good. Other restaurants on the property were fantastic for all meals.

Large resort. Very comfortable rooms. Very close to sea with great beach and surf. Don’t expect calm seas; it’s a surf resort. Staff very helpful. Facilities very good. Honestly would rate this hotel a 2/10 and wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s a 5 star all inclusive and pricey but lacks basic amenities in the room. Housekeeping would randomly walk into the room without knocking. On the first day the cleaner poured a whole bucket of water in the front of the door causing me to slip and hurt myself badly, the management did nothing even though it was a health and safety hazard, just told us to wait and changed our room. The food gave me food poisoning, entertainment was mid. Only good thing was it was close to the beach. Honestly save your money and don’t book this hotel, it’s definitely not 5 star, pushing it at 4.

We had a great stay at the resort, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The entertainment and animation team were fantastic and staff were attentive. The only thing that ruined our stay was the food poisoning on the last two days!

Hotel spotless and very friendly attentive staff. Breakfast could be improved as I enjoy full English but nothing like that available.(not even fried eggs) Evening meals were very varied and the Italian buffet is a very good alternative to the main buffet. Plenty of room around the 6 pools and no shortage of sunbeds although they were very uncomfortable

This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I have just spent two weeks at this hotel. It is spotlesslessly clean, and the staff are wonderful - engaging, polite and happy to do anything for you. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach so there is a constant coastal breeze which helps to take the edge off the heat. There are 3 restaurants - 1 a la carte specialising in Moroccan food, an Italian and International buffet style. There is plenty of food to suit all tastes but it what was really pleasing was it never felt over full and food is replenished constantly. Lots of fish and seafood, including sushi and oysters too ! The spa facilities were lovely and the back massage and reflexology treatments were bliss. There are plenty of sunbeds and sofas, several pools and jacuzzi's so definitely no over crowding. The lobby bakery is lovely for a mid morning coffee and cake stop. Our only criticism is this hotel is billed as ultra all inclusive but international drinks came with an additional price tag - although we were offered a 10% discount ! Given the money spent on the booking, we wouldn't expect to pay anything more. Also, the need for plastic wristbands ??? Again, not expected of an ultra all inclusive hotel. Would we return - absolutely !

The views are spectacular and hotel is extremely clean and properly maintained. Easy and quick check in with Shaba and Yasine. All their staff are super kind and helpful. Waiters are super fun and entertaining especially during music/dance nights. Chef Hisham pleased us with his culinary expertise of moroccan dishes. Ali was very attentive and always made sure to serve his moroccan tea. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough. Rooms are big and clean, and here are plenty of sunbeds for relax. However food was very budgeted, didn’t seem fresh most of the time and I made a reservation for the à la carte which they cancelled without letting us know. The bakery is definitely not fresh and the animation team was average at best, no real entertainment at the hotel
