This is a great hotel with easy access (right off I-70) to EGE and Vail. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel has an indoor pool and indoor hot tub and both were clear and clean. It was quiet and I had a great room on the 3rd floor that was close to the elevator but not right next to it. Breakfast was included as a nice benefit and send off.

This property is in need of maintenance. The elevator was broken. While a few of the bath towels were white, others were tinged gray/brown and they were stacked on top of each other. While this hotel is nonsmoking, windows in corridors were open which left the smell of smoke coming in from smokers outside.

One of my kids got stuck in the elevator. The phone in the elevator never got answered. Luckily he got his cell phone to work and he called me. I called 911 and the fire dept rolled to let him out. Management didn't even come to talk to me or apologize. It was a crazy morning and there was no accountability there at all. We were there for a mountain bike race we ended up missing because of this hour delay!

The window well in the room was pretty dirty and the property outside had weeds growing and appeared to be closed down upon arrival, but it was open and while the building and elevator seemed old, ( the elevator ding sounded like a dying duck), the pool and hot tub were very warm and nice. It was an enjoyable stay.

The pool and hot tub were empty because of a broken pipe. We were traveling with two of our grandkids, ages 5 and 8, and they were really looking forward to swimming, so needless to say they were very disappointed. This hotel needs a lot of work. The furniture was all chipped and worn, the mattress was worn out, the shower had mold, and the sheets had what felt like sand in them like they’d been slept in before. For a $171.00 you expect a lot nicer place. I won’t be staying at Wyndham hotels again.

The included breakfast, consisting of both hot and cold items, was nice. Other than that, the hotel felt more like a Motel 6 than a Wyndham affiliated property. The room was small and oddly laid out, the sheets and towels felt cheap, the room was missing the telephone, and the toilet seat was missing one of its bolts, resulting in a bit of slipping and sliding at inopportune times. The driveway and parking lot had lots of potholes, and the side entrance door did not shut so in reality there was no security there although the area itself seemed safe.

Cheap place to stay. Rooms are ok but not fantastic. Breakfast buffet is low effort, not worth having, we just went to starbucks at City Market down the road. Indoor pool and spa is nice but it wasnt fully operational. Would stay again but its definitely not deluxe accommodations.

I had no issues with the stay. As someone who workouts on a regular basis the gym was lackluster. I was hoping for at least a variety of dumbbells but there were none at all.

For the price we paid to stay this was super disappointing place. Mold on the ceiling, dirty room, dirty towels had stains and makeup from someone else. Everything is run down and need an overhaul. The free breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a family. They gave our room to someone else and another family walked into our room at 2am. Needless to say I would not stay here again.

Needs a lot of TLC. Breakfast was cold all 3 mornings. 1 morning there was hardly any food only 1 hour in. Sheets looked dirty, but the worst was the bathroom. Mold growing in multiple places. I took pictures. My adult son could hardly breath every morning and we noticed the mold the last morning. I would not recommend this location and was very disappointed. I have stayed at Wingate’s before and very let down especially for the price.

We checked into the room and immediately wanted to leave. There was a dirty sock in the corner of the room, a used bar of soap in the shower and hair on the floor as well as in the shower. For over $200 per night, I would hope for better.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. Pubic hair is in the bed pubic hairs in the towels in the bathroom. Pictures will also be added with review. Choose somewhere else that’s been 200+ dollars a night not worth your time or money. Breakfast area very small offerings are very limited.

The linens and the pillowcases had stains on them. Some weird black stuff on the walls of the bathroom. A mismatched recliner in the room that i wouldnt dare sit on. Overall filthy and gross. I will never stay at ANY Wingate again.

The hotel had good water pressure, it has not been updated and every light in the room is a bright white light…. Looks like grandmas old furniture in the room. The grout around the shower was dirty and mildewed…it’s a functional hotel but seemed very run down.

For $163, we got a room that had nothing on the walls, no sofa or chair, a cheap folding chair in front of a 1960's vintage banged up wooden desk. Damaged refrigerator, extremely loud AC unit with filthy filters, slow moving bathtub drain, no alarm clock, broken glass in parking lot, some parking lots lights not working. Pool and hottub had green surface. Breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly. Would not stay there again.

I was very discouraged that the WiFi was terrible. It would boot me off every 2-3 minutes and then it would take multiple attempts to login again. Something is terribly wrong.I spoke with staff about it and they showed little care. This happened the evening I checked in and the next morning as well.

Extremely noisy. Bed was comfortable/ soft firm. Shower head was practically on the ceiling but had good pressure. No offensive smell in room. Coffee in lobby, breakfast was basic.

While the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not very healthy. I would have preferred more fruits and vegetables, multi-grain bread, and plain yogurt along with a selection of seeds and nuts. The staff was very friendly.

For $171 per night I expected more. The toilet had no back lid. The blinds don't close so it was very bright. The fridge freezer part was overgrown with ice so the door didn't close properly. Very thin walls and we could hear neighbors a lot and the people above us walking all night. This should be a $49 per night hotel.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but the hotel overachieved. The bed was pretty comfortable and the AC worked well. Water pressure was great. Internet was fast. Breakfast was fair. Considering the cost of other hotels in the Eagle area, this was a bargain.

The room was very small. Not much place to open suitcases. Bathroom was tiny with bath towels that were like sandpaper. The fan didn't seem to work as the room became a steam room as soon as you turned on the shower and took about 30 minutes to clear. A room was being remodeled 2 doors down. Noisy and construction items blocking the hallway. At one point one of the construction workers was not wearing a shirt. Really?!?!? I don't want to see that.

No desk service. What? I walk into the incredibly dirty lobby after walking in the non-electric doors. (How do you do that with bags in your hands?!) Walk over the towel placed on the floor in the doorway. (Is that towel going to be used in my room eventually?) There are like 30 people in the foyer waiting in line to talk to a person in a screen - ?! I left.

Absolutely disgusting room. Looked and felt dirty. TV didn’t work. Smoke detector battery port hanging open with no battery. Old blankets on bed that were not even the right size for the bed so two were overlapped to fit. Party going on above us but no staff on duty after 9pm, only a screen to talk to which couldn’t solve anything. Phone in room did not work, even to call them front desk. After multiple complaints, we finally got moved to an upstairs room when the Manager returned to the Hotel after being called finally. New room was a different world. Clean and updated. This hotel appears to be booking old, outdated, filthy rooms to hotels.com customers. Do not stay here. These folks need to up there game or get out.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. He helped me figure out the ride to the airport. He even offered to get me there if the ride services couldn’t accommodate.

Conveniently located off highway. Close to market, liquor store and fuel. Good on off. If you’re looking for somewhere to go out for dinner - hop in the car and drive to Eagle or Avon or Edwards.

This is a great hotel with easy access (right off I-70) to EGE and Vail. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel has an indoor pool and indoor hot tub and both were clear and clean. It was quiet and I had a great room on the 3rd floor that was close to the elevator but not right next to it. Breakfast was included as a nice benefit and send off.

What a change from another hotel in the valley. Friendly easy access has a pool and bfast included. Good solution for overnight stop. Ask for quiet room because it’s close to I-70

The room was clean. There was a big spot of rust on the top of the door frame in the bathroom that really made it seem run down. The juice machine wasn’t working and no waffles available for breakfast. Reheated frozen pancakes and eggs with sausage were the warm options. One frustrating thing was that every time an action occurred on my reservation (room confirmation, pre-check-in, actual check-in and checkout), I received 2 identical emails. All 8 of them were identical and fairly useless. They never showed the activity occurrence nor the price I paid and were useless.

The man at the reception sounded like he did not want to be there. When we arrived in the room , the fridge was open with a towel on the floor in front of its door, and the freezer full of melting ice dripping in the towel. When we went back down to ask for another room, no apology was made. I'm the new room , the towels were threadbare. Breakfast had no fruit, not even bananas. I had to as for milk as there was only a tiny bit left in the gallon when we arrived. No original oatmeal, just the flavored packets.

This hotel is outdated, paint is peeling. The staff was friendly, but they don’t have the area staffed all the time, there is an extremely loud kiosk that people check into even in the middle of the night. The walls are thin and you can hear every single sound all night long, partiers, coming in in the middle of the night making tons of noise while they walk down the hall and nobody seems to care. Will never stay here again.

While the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not very healthy. I would have preferred more fruits and vegetables, multi-grain bread, and plain yogurt along with a selection of seeds and nuts. The staff was very friendly.

The checkin was swift, the room was acceptable and included a microwave and fridge, a TV but with a minimum amount of channels. Breakfast was good, with cereals, selection of breads, a hot buffet with pancakes, scrambled egg and sausages. There was also a breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg patty and round sausage. Coffees and fruit juices. There was also a pool and a working hot tub The receptionists were amiable and efficient

Cheap place to stay. Rooms are ok but not fantastic. Breakfast buffet is low effort, not worth having, we just went to starbucks at City Market down the road. Indoor pool and spa is nice but it wasnt fully operational. Would stay again but its definitely not deluxe accommodations.

The hotel is in complete disarray. Paint is peeling, walls are cracked, there was a huge leak in the ceiling on the first floor near the elevator. The ceiling tiles were gone and water was just pouring into a mop bucket but it was splashing out and making the floor wet. The hot tub was out of order and it looked like it had been for a long time because the water was filthy and the tiles were stained. Of course, they didn’t mention that on the website or give a credit for it, even though a hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. There is an exercise room—a regular hotel room at the end of the hall (just past the leaking ceiling) that they put some exercise equipment in. It smells awful and is dark and creepy. The breakfast has some awful coffee, a few stale breads, and eggs and sausage. The towels smell bad and the rooms are VERY small. The only thing good is the location is convenient, however, Eagle is small so almost everything is convenient.

Cheapest hotel in Eagle for the nights we had to stay. So, a get what you pay for situation. Hot tub not functioning, pool did not look to be in great condition visually. Overall, generally run down rooms, hallways, etc.

Very very dated! The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom drain was broken, the tiles were cracked, the molding around the mirror was peeling. There was a strange hair in the shower. It had a dirty overstuffed chair that sat at a tilt.
