I could move into the next day so I spent one night and then moved all my stuff to buildings down to the next hotel, I did explain to The owner that the condition of the room was really not acceptable and he should employ a cleaner. I tried to contact Hotels.com to complain that just got put on hold from an AI answering machine and could not get through to a human to make a physical complaint and ask for a reimbursement as I was not going to stay in such a disgusting hotel. I’ve got no reply from Hotels.com show this will be the last time that I use that company I will now travel by Airbnb who answer the phone when you contact them I’m English. I am in Sri Lanka for one month and I was going to stay for one week in four hotels and then I’m moving on
