O quarto é limpo e organizado. As camas eram relativamente confortáveis. Sentimos falta de um fogão simples, haja visto que é um flat, mas a estadia no geral foi boa. Nao aceita animais de estimação. A academia proposta estava em reforma e nos foi avisado apenas ao necessitar o uso, foi a única parte realmente negativa.

O espaço em si, é muito bom, bem espaçaso, com tudo que você precisa. Mas tem um cheiro forte no quarto, não sei se é morfo, ou a madeira dos armários. Mas tirando isso, otimas instalações, conforme nas fotos. Excelente localização

O apartamento tem ótima localização e é espaçoso com camas confortáveis e banheiro e chuveiros muito bons. Único porém é que o apartamento (é talvez o prédio) tem um cheiro de mofo muito forte (que ao ligar o ar minimiza um pouco). Por conta do mal cheiro, não recomendo
