Luxury Modern Luquillo Beach Villa

Amazing house. Very responsive owner. The property feels incredibly secure due to the gated community and guards. Had a group of friends from all over the country meet up here and we had an amazing time. The grill area is beautiful and the house in general is set up perfectly for groups. Would gladly stay here again if we are back in PR.

Everything was just wonderful from the check in process to the stay to the checkout process. We have a family of 6, so room to spread out for sleeping, as well as room to all be together for meals and family games and movies was important. This home had it all! It was clean, beautiful, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood and surrounding areas as well. Just minutes from the beach, the rainforest, food, and shopping, this truly was the best location for our family to vacation. Thank you so much!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This location is minutes away from El Yunque and various pristine beaches. It is near Fajardo for biolumescent bay tours and Ceido if you want to catch the ferry to Culebra or Vieques for the day. It is a reasonable distance from San Juan so it was convenient to return to that area that we flew in to for excursions later in our trip. The house was extremely well stocked with anything we needed. Grocery stores were close by, but the house had all of the necessary pots, pans and appliances to cook for our family during our stay. It is open, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very communicative and responded in a timely manner when we had any questions. The neighborhood was safe. The hot tub and deck area were relaxing places to enjoy the breeze and beautiful weather while watching the Puerto Rican parrots fly about the perimeter. It was an idyllic stay!

The bedrooms all connected to the outside porch with a hot tub. Downstairs had two gathering areas with a pool table, many sofas, and large dining table. We had a problem with the AC in the master and no place to hang clothes there. But the AC was fixed as well as getting access to the community pool. The yard was large and had an nice outside eating area.
