Excellent rooms . Very comfortable and clean. And very hospitable staff

Room was very dirty under the bed it was not cleaned, bathroom was stinking Most amenenities like towels coffee sachets were not provided we have to ask for it Staff at the reception are sleeping or what i have already checked out and after 3 hrs they r calling me again to check out..iManager they dont know tge policy of expedia inspite of paying the amount to expedia I have been sent an email from tge hotel to pay again in their bank.. When i called the hotel saying why I have been sent an email to pay again the manager was shouting and was very rude asking me to contact expedia and take my money back from expedia When i said no..the manager was like we have nothing to do with expedia and i have been sent a fraud email from expedia.. Other staff was very good Only the manager He didnt ha e maners to talk to tgeir guest

Hotel is clean. Staff are service oriented. Helpful. I had two issues. One was WiFi, it was not functional in the seating area of the room on the 5th floor. Second issue was that the locker was not bolted down. Made me feel insecure using the locker

Requested 2 beds in room they gave us king beds. One light stays on whole night. Dogs barking whole night, disturbing sleep. No towels in room. Hotel room needs mantainance. Front desk not customer friendly. Not worth for money!
