The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay!

Zimmer gut - nur stockfinster weil im Keller und laut. Abwasserrohre der oberen Wohnungen gegen an der Decke entlang und sind Schall technisch nicht isoliert. Zu teuer für einen Keller.

Finding the location was a little tricky. I used Google Maps to get to the location but there were no signs. I texted Antonio and he came right out and opened the gate. The rooms are about 30yards from the gate. Has a hostel-like shared living room and fridge. We had our own room and bathroom which was very clean. Walls are a little thin and we could hear the folks upstairs walking and talking. Hotel is a two minute walk to the subway and very convenient. Overall great value and we enjoyed our stay!

So convenient to the train station. You can expect it to be a bit noisy being central to the city. We arrived on a early train so had a great check-in experience : )

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to public transport and major tourist attractions. The staff is welcoming and helpful. However, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved, as noise at night was sometimes noticeable. Despite this, the value for money remains good. Many thanks to Antonio for his warm welcome and kindness
