Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive

Great hotel, food was amazing, helpful staff, great facilitirs. The only down side is the fact that there Are too many Children who use adult facilities, they disurb your space by jumping off the Mall where signs clearly state no jumping but everyone turns a blind eye in their efforts to secure guests. Not only is it dangerous but your space is invaded by this constant running and jumbing, making it sometime impossible to use the stairs to enter the water from the Mall which is full of sundeck lounges (beautiful Location) designed to offer comfort and enjoyment. Life gusrds spend their time being seen but Not imposing the signage gor prohibited behaviour. The Resort offers fabulous activities and facilities for children, however it is the parents who simply allow their under age children to test their adventurers side without any regard for other guests. It is a hotel in Kemer on the more expensive side, so when you pay top dollar for your enjoyment you expect that your expectations will be included.

I stay in this place two years ago ,we make decision to come back again this past week this place is a perfect, beautiful five star hotel. delicious food beach and pool area is fantastic. So many activities for adults and children too. Kemer Marina is 5minutes walk booked this place. You not gonna make mistake.beko NY

A fully integrated resort. The resort is luxurious and very beautiful. The best thing about the resort is the variety of ideal meals from all kinds of foods. The staff and everyone are at your service.

Hervorzuheben die professionelle Olga und der lustige Tyson! Die Abendveranstaltungen waren professionell und wirklich unterhaltsam. The Drifters, Michael Jackson Show, Mr. Akra und diverse Tanzshows. Danke auch an das Team im KidsClub. Super Kinderbetreuung mit vielen Aktivitäten. Täglich wechselten die Themen wie Piraten, Indianer, Helloween usw.! Es wurden Pizzen gebacken, T-Shirt bemalt, gebastelt und getanzt. Persönlicher Dank an Fatih & Melissa. Unsere Tochter ist sehr gerne hingegangen und es wurde rührend um sie gekümmert. Die Mini Disco war leider sehr eintönig und jeden Tag das Gleiche, da hätte man sich noch mehr einfallen lassen können. Nach der Mini Disco ging es dann sogar noch bis 23 Uhr in den Kids Club, da gab es Kinderschminken, Luftballonsknoten usw.! Die Eltern konnten dann noch die Shows in Ruhe geniessen. Ganz toller Service.i

Beautiful all inclusive hotel. We really liked the hotel side, not huge, not small, everything was easy and accesible by foot. The Spa was really nice and the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the one by the pool. All the staff was extremely kind and spoke English (which is not the case in other hotels in the area). The rooms were nice but the ey could use a little updating. I would say the big plus was the common areas, the Spa, the outside pools/bars, and the main restaurant.

We realised this at 1030pm and had to get engineers out to fix it. Even after it was fixed the room was too hot to sleep in as the air conditioning wasnt strong enough. 3) the other room had a strong smell of ciggarettes. Despite making complaint we werent offered resolution. 4) dining service was good except one night at Mexican we waited nearly 40 mins between childrens meals and adults meals - children didnt want to wait and screamed as tired meaning we had to leave restaurant. You dont expect this sort of stuff from a 5 star hotel where you spend a lot of money.. Be weary of local shops - one place we accidentally left a bag and returned 5 mins later dishonest staff stolen & wouldnt eturn On a positve note the kids loved the kids club

The hotel is very clean, employees are very respectful and caring. We ate good food and received good service during our 3-day holiday. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mehmet Kara, who works at the reception. We were very pleased that he was always smiling even though he was very busy. We would like to thank everyone who works in such a beautiful organization.

Unser Aufenhalt in Akra Kemer war einfach fantastisch, das Zimmer war riesig,sauber, modern und mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer.Das Personal alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Essen war lecker und die Auswahl groß. Die gesamte Anlage sehr schön grün! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

An unexpected delightful stay. I am not normally choosing this type of accommodation but I found the two days relaxing, comfortable and I would visit again.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! Akra Kemer is unlike any place we have stayed. Nothing was amiss. We can't say enough positive things about the quality of the Akra staff! Almost every encounter was positive and you could tell they were there to give us the best possible experience. They were very friendly, hospitable, professional, and well-deserving of any tips they received. I sincerely hope they are paid well! Thank you, Akra Kemer staff! Every day provided a trip highlight that one might only experience once at other places: The staff, the spa services, the a la carte restaurants, the dining, the comfort of the room, and the entertainment. The value for our money was incredible! Akra Kemer goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable and memorable stay. For example, they have Turkish, seafood, Italian, and Asian a la carte restaurants (advanced booking required) with five-course meals and unlimited drinks included. This experience at a restaurant with similar quality and service could easily be 75-100 USD per person. But they provide it free to the guests! We had an upper-floor room with a sea view that exceeded our expectations! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They even gave us a welcome gift of fruit and wine! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony to enjoy the spectacular views. The room was very quiet and truly relaxing. The photographer, Ozi, was funny! He took outstanding photos that made us look young again to have memories of our fabulous

Good was great but customer service was not at its best. Please take care of your own race. Service to the Turkish people was awful.

Personeller çok ilgiliydi özellikle yemek katındaki Denizhan Bey bebeğimizin ve bizim her türlü ihtiyacımıza sabırla yanıt verdi. Özellikle alacarte restoranlar çok başarılıydı. Fotoğrafçı arkadaşlar da çok yardımcıydı. Teşekkür ederiz güzel günler dileriz tüm çalışanlara.

We had prepaid for three adults, but unfortunately one of our friends couldn’t join us due to health issues. While we didn’t expect a refund, we hoped the hotel would offer a small gesture such as a room upgrade. However, the request was denied with the explanation that the property was 98% full — something that didn’t seem true, as the hotel appeared to be only about half occupied during our stay. We had stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed to see that the quality of the food has noticeably declined since then. On top of that, we were unable to get a reservation at any of the à la carte restaurants, as we were told our stay was too short — another frustrating experience. Sadly, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service made it clear that guest satisfaction and loyalty are not a priority here. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

Öncelikle ekip olarak çok yardımcılar. Otelin olanakları yeterli, plajı çok güzel. Her şey dahil konsept olmasına rağmen bütün ürünlerin kalitesi çok yüksek ve lezzetli. Alalart restoranlardan yararlanmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal, großes Buffet mit gutem Essen, gepflegte Außenanlage. Überraschend viel Programm/Entertainment für die Vorsaison. Wir hatten mehr vegetarisches/veganes Essen erwartet. Vor allem in den A la Carte Restaurants fehlt es. Man wird satt, aber viele Gerichte enthielten Fleisch wo es nicht notwendig war. Was uns auch überrascht hat war, dass der Pier am Strand nicht zugänglich war (Vorsaison). Außerdem ist der Billardtisch nur bis 21 Uhr nutzbar, was meiner Meinung nach den Sinn verfehlt. Die Umgebung des Hotels war typisch touristisch ausgelegt, es gibt aber günstige (staatlich regulierte) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, ist dass sämtliche Handtücher jeden Tag ausgewechselt werden, egal ob sie auf dem Boden liegen oder noch hängen. Das spricht nicht für Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit.

Beautiful resort, location is amazing! Negative side is the food choices (quality was ok) and front desk staff was needs to improve customer service skills! I was charged 160Euro for the second child even online it said 2 kids were included! After debating with them for an hour i paid it and moved on...but would not stay there again or recommend this place!

Otelin en güzel şeyi kaliteli ve lezzetli yemekleriydi. İçki kalitesi de güzeldi. Çalışanlar sevecen ve ilgiliydi.
