The Waterwalk worked perfectly for our family trip. With seven adults, we needed plenty of space along with a kitchen and two bathrooms. We booked 2 suites with 2 beds/2baths each and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! It was nice that both laundry and dishwashing detergents were supplied. We would recommend the Waterwalk.

Great stay. Random vacation spot with my wife and checking in and out here was so easy. Staff super friendly on two things I asked for, and coffee machine here is a huge bonus with about 15 different types of cappacino, latte, coffee, and hot chocolate for free 24/7. Full kitchen, did our laundry for free before we went home. Really, hard to beat.

Great stay. Random vacation spot with my wife and checking in and out here was so easy. Staff super friendly on two things I asked for, and coffee machine here is a huge bonus with about 15 different types of cappacino, latte, coffee, and hot chocolate for free 24/7. Full kitchen, did our laundry for free before we went home. Really, hard to beat.

We booked our hotel stay at the last moment, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was attentive and welcoming. Our room appeared clean, though there were a few "lived-in" details. The couch had a small coffee stain, and the floor had an odd texture that we couldn’t quite place. Despite these minor issues, we were very impressed with the room overall—it was comfortable and inviting. One thing we noted was the need for an extra pillow and blanket. While we didn’t ask for them, we’re confident the staff would have provided them promptly if we had. Lastly, the coffee selection was outstanding—absolutely delightful and a great start to our mornings.

While the stay was nice, it was not very quiet. The neighbors directly above me were very loud at all times of the evening. Sounded like they were wrestling. The place was not clean, except the bathrooms. I went and bought my own bleach wipes to wipe down table and chairs. The stains on the couch were so bad, we didnt even sit on it. And there aas a very horroble smell in the hallway. When i called down to ask about the fitness center, the lady was very short with me. She said its in the other building. Gave me no floor number, which way to go when i walked in. Just lacking customer service.

it was up to par for me, i only had one issue and that was the coffee machine wasn’t working. other than that it was a great stay. my receptionist was awesome and she was very very helpful.

The room was pretty dirty. I found syringes in the room by the laundry and showed them to the service person out front. The dishes were all dirty, and the sink was dirty. It was a terrible experience. I usually stay at this hotel, but this time I’m around. Thanks. It’s pretty dirty. The couches were dirty, which I recorded on TikTok and in pictures.

FILTHY! Something that could have been so good, but it was so bad instead. The rooms at this property were extremely dirty. After asking to be moved to a different room, the second room was just as dirty and had unbearably strong smell (pet urine?). Additionally; - the floor had debris and pet hair throughout the unit. - the bottom of all furniture throughout the unit and kitchen appliances looked as though they were sprayed with some type of "cleaner", but never wiped clean. - the kitchen backsplash was filthy (covered in food/grime). - handles on all kitchen appliances were smeared from what looked like prior peoples\' stays. - silicone hot pads had food stuck all throughout. Very unfortunate, as the staff was nice and the unit layouts were good, but the lack of property cleanliness was the worst we\'ve ever experienced. Definitely would not return, but hopefully they will address this at some point in the future...and if not, it\'s a shame.

Reception staff were super kind. I loved the layout of the room. The hotel was very quiet. The only downside was my room was NOT clean. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh, but the floors, counters, fridge/freezer, shower curtain, toaster….were disgusting. I would have requested a new room if I had been staying more than one night. If the room had been clean, I would have given this hotel 5 stars all around.

Overall our room was not well cleaned or well kept. Many stains on furniture, walls, and the floor in bathroom was dirty (with ants.). The hotel was a great price and the room was a great set up aside from the cleanliness of the room.

The front desk staff were wonderful. This is a great option for families. It allows us all to be together but have some privacy and comfort. My only concern is the cleanliness. The washing machine smelled and had tons of hair. The was also hair in the tub and clumps of hair in the bathroom floor.

Trash was nwver taken out in eother room Dog treats and food under foot rest in living room Dish washer was ran but dishes still very dirty Bed very unconfirtabke and smells like dirty person Shower drain was lose and also clogged. Unclogged it myself. F- Towls stained and smelt like they were sitting in a basement for a year re washed before use No instrutions on remote. 1 remote for both tvs. Alarm was set from someone else and went off in the early morning. Great price. Will not return for next 3 months of trips

The property is in a convenient yet quiet location just off 169. Unfortunately the room itself was dirty and smelly. It smelled like bacon and body odor. There was still trash in the garbage cans from the previous guest, and there was dirty laundry in the dryer. The kitchen had not been cleaned. One of the bedroom windows was still open a little (possibly to air out the smell in the room)? I would not stay there again. BUT the front desk person when we checked in was very friendly. So there’s that.

The room was not cleaned very well - crumbs on the cupboard, sticky door handles, stovetop had burnt-on food. Salt and pepper shakers contained neither salt nor pepper. There were only two spoons in the drawer Teflon pan was old and scratched. Garbage can at the entrance to the lobby was full to overflowing.

Good: Clean hotel and very spacious. The rooms were fully stocked with towels for our 3 night stay and it was nice to have a kitchen. Staff were friendly. Bad: Requested a receipt for my stay and have yet to receive one. We had loud people above us that were up all night.

This may be our new favorite place to stay in the Minneapolis area. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the amenities in the room were fantastic! We traveled with our son and niece, so we needed more than a standard room. Finding this location was a true delight…we booked the 3-bed, 2-bath with a full kitchen and laundry. We look forward to another stay!

This may be our new favorite place to stay in the Minneapolis area. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the amenities in the room were fantastic! We traveled with our son and niece, so we needed more than a standard room. Finding this location was a true delight…we booked the 3-bed, 2-bath with a full kitchen and laundry. Check in took forever but the woman who checked us in was super friendly and explained she was having computer problems so no big deal. The property location is tucked away in a business park yet still close to restaurants and shopping. The suite was fine except for the bathroom. The shower/tub hadn’t been cleaned and it was obvious. Not sure I’d stay there again

Lobby smelled slightly of weed and I had to summon the desk clerk by phone after waiting awhile. A sign said they were helping guests and would return soon when in reality they were in the office with the door closed.

Everything was super clean and very pretty. Excellent experience other than the guy walking into our room at 9 am. We were there for one night and checkout was at 11. I was half asleep, in the restroom, naked, with the door open. Did NOT expect someone to knock then walk in. Woke my husband up. They should really coordinate the cleaning staff with the front desk to know who has checked out already. Other than that akward wake up, it was a good time.

Very quiet and comfortable room. The manager was extremely helpful; other front desk staff was so-so. Great place to stay with our pup although he did get charged at in the lobby by a reactive dog whose owner dropped the leash. That was unfortunate. All things considered, we would consider staying here again for our next MN visit. Overall the experience met our needs just didn’t exceed them.

We had amazing customer service from the start. The room was clean and amazing. We even had great customer service leaving. They have a really great solid team working there. Had a pleasant stay and its the perfect location between albertville outlets and mall of america/ twin cities outlet. Thank you for making these Canadians feel at home with your friendly hospitality!

This is not a walkable property, but it is a quiet, wonderful place to drive back to after a night out! We absolutely loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the staff was kind and our room had 2 full rooms each with its own bathroom. We would stay again!

Check in took forever but the woman who checked us in was super friendly and explained she was having computer problems so no big deal. The property location is tucked away in a business park yet still close to restaurants and shopping. The suite was fine except for the bathroom. The shower/tub hadn’t been cleaned and it was obvious. Not sure I’d stay there again

Very nice grilling area. This would be a excellent choice for somebody who perhaps lost their home to a fire while it’s being rebuilt. It’s also an excellent choice for somebody who just needs a night. The location worked out particularly well for my needs and was easy access from the highway. I do believe this will be my first look at where I’m going to stay in this location because I really loved it

The Waterwalk worked perfectly for our family trip. With seven adults, we needed plenty of space along with a kitchen and two bathrooms. We booked 2 suites with 2 beds/2baths each and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! It was nice that both laundry and dishwashing detergents were supplied. We would recommend the Waterwalk.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Priced similar to a hotel but so much more room. It was very quiet, easy to get to and the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here again upon visits to Minneapolis.

Great stay. Random vacation spot with my wife and checking in and out here was so easy. Staff super friendly on two things I asked for, and coffee machine here is a huge bonus with about 15 different types of cappacino, latte, coffee, and hot chocolate for free 24/7. Full kitchen, did our laundry for free before we went home. Really, hard to beat.

The property and room were very clean. Only issue was the incidental charge. I have stayed at many hotels, and most incidental fees were no more than $50. They charged $100 & $200, which is excessive to me; especially when I am already spending hundreds of dollars to stay. Randy and Lindsey were both very helpful.

Nice enough exterior and check in was smooth but our room furniture is worn and dirty. The upholstery is torn and stained. There was also a large wad of hair on the kitchen floor. We are only here for one night thankfully.

Clean room, friendly non-invasive staff, easy to access and quiet property. Laundry in room and full kitchen was a great bonus and completely made up for lack of restaurant on site. It was so nice to buy groceries instead of eating out every night during an extended business trip to the area. I’ve already booked my next stay at this hotel

Clean, well-maintained. Recommend especially for long term. Kitchenettes are well-planned, have 4 appliances plus coffee maker. Living room and bedroom have TV. Bathrooms are roomy, with washer and dryer supplied. The lobby has seating sufficient for a small group, as well as a dining area. The space between 2 buildings has grilling and picnic tables with benches. It is very close to Hwy 169, with easy access. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Rates are reasonable. It has become our favorite place to stay in the Cities.
