This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in the heart of Hoi An. It is so pretty and a short walk from the centre. We got a free upgrade to a villa when we arrived and it was beautiful, immaculate and spacious. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, free bike hire and a convenient tour booking desk. There are 2 large pools at the hotel with sun beds. The staff can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond. I accidentally left a bag and my AirPods in the room after leaving for HCM and the hotel posted them to me for free which was a lifesaver! I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I visited Hoi An again. Stay at this hotel!

The Silkotel was a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to everything but quiet and peaceful. There are bikes onsite to take out riding and 2 beautiful pool areas. The breakfast were sumptuous and a great variety for the many travellers. We had 2 interconnecting rooms, which was great. Overall I highly recommend staying at the Silkotel. The staff also are very friendly and helpful.

Nhân viên Lễ Tân rất chuyên nghiệp và luôn sốt sắng giúp đỡ khi có cần. Ăn sáng buffet rất phong phú và ngon miệng. Khách sạn có xe miễn phí chở ra bãi biển An Bàng. Chúng tôi phải đến phi trường vào sáng sớm, khách sạn đã chuẩn bị cho mỗi người 2 hộp ăn sáng rất đầy đủ và ngon miệng.

I really did like this property! They were constantly on top of the cleaning, the rooms were very cozy and spacious, noise was minimal, location was fantastic. Breakfast was also top notch. The one bit of feedback i would provide (and did) to the property was that the odor of mildew/mold in the 2 rooms we had and the presence of black mold around the bathroom fan were problematic. I know Vietnam is so very humid and the buildings aren’t great for circulation but breathing in mold and mildew can be harmful, and the odor is really unpleasant. We tried to air it out but we couldn’t get a handle on it.

Great hotel just steps away from the old quarter of Hoi An! We were welcomed in a friendly and professional way. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had a great view of the swimming pool and adjacent rooms. The staff was efficient and helpful. The bed was so big and comfortable and we were able to get plenty of deep sleep. The breakfast buffet was modest and limited, but sufficient for a good nutrition. They had bicycles to use which was a nice way for exploring the town.

Overall, our stay here was ok. The location is great and only a short walk to the old town. I booked a balcony room but didn’t really get that - it was more of a door that opened up but not really outside. I could have asked to change rooms but felt it wasn’t worth it. The room was spacious but bedding could definitely be improved. The cleaning of our room only happened once during our 4 night stay. We would go out each morning and return about 2pm to the room which hadn’t been serviced. They seemed to come later in the day which wasn’t great for us. Breakfast was average. On our first day we arrived at about 8am (breakfast ends at 9:30am) and many items were empty and didn’t look like they were being restocked. Other hotels in Vietnam had a lot more variety including fresh squeezed juices (not bottled). Also very busy at times with lots of tour groups. The service of the hotel was good. We had an issue with a very loud frog who kept us awake with its croaking. They got onto it, sorted it out and then the next day asked us if we wanted to change rooms. We only had one more night left so didn’t bother. Alice on reception was excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The property is situated in a fantastic location. The rooms were very nice for the price. They did feel very humid and muggy and smelt like mildew at times. But no fault of hotel as Hoi Ann is rainy season now and it did not stop raining the entire 4 days we were there. The buffet breakfast provided daily as part of the room rate was fantastic. It has basically everything, even pho soup. Coffee was good too. The staff were amazing and always ready to assist. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at Silkotel are very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the old town. Breakfast is good but fairly limited. The rooms were noisy with sounds from neighbouring rooms beside and above heard clearly

Really lovely hotel located conveniently close to Ancient Town. Buffet breakfast was a feast! As it was our anniversary, they really went above and beyond and surprised us with a little anniversary cake and flower petals on our bed. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Pros: A staff, very clean and sanitary, excellent air conditioning, close to everything, superior tv channels offered from around the globe, decent breakfast options, but catered slightly towards other Asian tastes (let’s get some eggs added), and did I mention the staff? Cons: a little less sound insulation from the hallway. This is pretty common for all hotels in Southeast Asia under a hundred bucks a night. This place cost me around 40 per night, so it’s something I expected. I recently got back from an eight week vacation/holiday, and I stayed at roughly ten different locations. This was by far the best hotel involved. I had a checkout for noon, and my flight was at midnight. The front desk took great care of my luggage, securing it so that I could enjoy Hoi An for my last day. They even offered to let me shower in an open room, and mind you this was after I checked out. Needless to say the staff went above and beyond from my perspective as an ardent traveler. Will be coming back.

Joli hôtel avec un personnel très gentil, cependant l'hôtel est assez bruyant et les chambres pas très bien insonorisées(réveil à la perceuse dès 8h du matin, presque tous les jours ! Et les enfants qu'on laissent hurler dans la piscine!) Ce qui as motivé mon envie de changer d'hôtel !

Overall, our stay here was ok. The location is great and only a short walk to the old town. I booked a balcony room but didn’t really get that - it was more of a door that opened up but not really outside. I could have asked to change rooms but felt it wasn’t worth it. The property is situated in a fantastic location. The rooms were very nice for the price. They did feel very humid and muggy and smelt like mildew at times. But no fault of hotel as Hoi Ann is rainy season now and it did not stop raining the entire 4 days we were there. The buffet breakfast provided daily as part of the room rate was fantastic. It has basically everything, even pho soup. Coffee was good too. The staff were amazing and always ready to assist. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

great hotel close to Old town. Lovely, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Pool was ok but not much room for sun loungers & lost the sun early. Bathroom could do with upgrade as has shower over bath, who takes a bath on holiday! Overall would recommend as great place to stay in Hoi An

Pros: A staff, very clean and sanitary, excellent air conditioning, close to everything, superior tv channels offered from around the globe, decent breakfast options, but catered slightly towards other Asian tastes (let’s get some eggs added), and did I mention the staff? Cons: a little less sound insulation from the hallway. This is pretty common for all hotels in Southeast Asia under a hundred bucks a night. This place cost me around 40 per night, so it’s something I expected. I recently got back from an eight week vacation/holiday, and I stayed at roughly ten different locations. This was by far the best hotel involved. I had a checkout for noon, and my flight was at midnight. The front desk took great care of my luggage, securing it so that I could enjoy Hoi An for my last day. They even offered to let me shower in an open room, and mind you this was after I checked out. Needless to say the staff went above and beyond from my perspective as an ardent traveler. Will be coming back.

Excellent location near to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Hotel is big, clean with attentive staff. They provide free bicycles where you can just use to explore the town. We celebrated our daughter's bday. The hotel staff made special effort to give us a fruit basket.

Not recommended if you want to enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay. We asked for a quiet room and got the room next to the elevators. The staff obviously didnt care. Once you arrive they try to sell you slightly overpriced tours. Breakfast was in regards to the price good. The Hotel was very loud, there a lot of groups that keep you up at night. One minimum requirement is to have a nightstand, power and light switch next to the bed one both sides that wasnt given. Unfortunately we couldnt enjoy our stay.

Really lovely hotel located conveniently close to Ancient Town. Buffet breakfast was a feast! As it was our anniversary, they really went above and beyond and surprised us with a little anniversary cake and flower petals on our bed. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautiful. It is very close to the Hoi An ancient town and a great place to stay if you like to walk and explore the area. Breakfast buffet has limited options but the quality of the Asian dishes were great. Definitely recommend eating the Vietnamese dishes. The only thing we didn’t like was that the tours booked through the hotel were a lot more expensive than if you just book them through Klook. We made the mistake of booking several of our day tours through the hotel for convenience sake. However, do check with the staff, on the last day, they offer to price match whatever we found online but you need to pull up the quotes on the phone for confirmation.

Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had a great view of the swimming pool and adjacent rooms. The staff was efficient and helpful. The bed was so big and comfortable and we were able to get plenty of deep sleep. The breakfast buffet was modest and limited, but sufficient for a good nutrition. The Silkotel was a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to everything but quiet and peaceful. There are bikes onsite to take out riding and 2 beautiful pool areas. The breakfast were sumptuous and a great variety for the many travellers. We had 2 interconnecting rooms, which was great. Overall I highly recommend staying at the Silkotel. The staff also are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was beautiful. It is very close to the Hoi An ancient town and a great place to stay if you like to walk and explore the area. Breakfast buffet has limited options but the quality of the Asian dishes were great. Definitely recommend eating the Vietnamese dishes. The only thing we didn’t like was that the tours booked through the hotel were a lot more expensive than if you just book them through Klook. We made the mistake of booking several of our day tours through the hotel for convenience sake. However, do check with the staff, on the last day, they offer to price match whatever we found online but you need to pull up the quotes on the phone for confirmation.

This hotel is in a very good area. Because of Chinese New Year it was so busy. The staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble. . We only had dinner once in hotel and we were disappointed. The breakfast was okay

The stag was kind and friendly. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my room. The air conditioning was great it blew like the Arctic circle. It was wonderful. The area was very walkable and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Let’s start with the positives the hotel is clean and in a very good location for exploring Hoi An, the door staff were very friendly and welcoming The first night we arrived at 9.30pm to what sounded like 2 dogs barking this went on until 4am when I finally must have slept When we spoke to a member of staff at breakfast she told us the noise is actually bull frogs and the hotel are aware of them she must have reported our poor nights sleep to reception as we received a call from them offering to move us but it would be a smaller room which was no good for us as 3!adults Next night same problem but this time it sounded like they was only one frog again this went on all night then we were woke at 7am to the noise of kids shouting and screaming in the pool the night before we did see a member of staff retrieving a dead frog from the pool, needless to say I won’t be staying at the Silkotel if I ever return to Hoi An

This location in Hoi An is absolutely wonderful within walking distance to the UNESCO heritage listed Old Town and everything that Hoi An is famous for. The facilities are excellent breakfast and the staff are first class the one seem to look at though would be the cleaning of the furniture in the rooms or the replacement of the furniture that is quite stained and old. It is always a pleasure to come back here as I have stayed several times. Allow a good amount of time for breakfast as the choice is outstanding.

a wonderful stay at Silkotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome especially Alice, Tina, and Lyn, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is great with two big pools that were perfect for relaxing. They had a good happy hr to have drinks by the pool before heading out for the night. The breakfast buffet was great many options to choose from each morning.The omelette was one of the best weve had the bed was comfortable, spacious room and air conditioning was amazing! Highly recommend Silkotel, we would absolutely come back!
