I stayed here with my hubby and 3 friends. We booked the suite and have 2 rooms. They were very nice and the property was lovely. If I can convince more of my friends and family to stay I would love to rent the whole house one day/weekend. Future goals. Getting an uber home from the near by brewery was hard at 11pm. They had a lovely porch that we sat on before going out for the night. We have a few drinks while we watched a storm roll in. They have a fire pit and hot tub we didn’t use. It’s an old house but they make it work. Breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you ladies. Can’t wait to see the ducks next time we came and buttercup was a very seeet dog!

We were made to feel at home here and truly enjoyed our brief stay! The owner gave us just enough personal attention and assistance when needed to get to a tournament down the road. The breakfast was amazing!! And the hot tub was a plus! Highly recommend

Beautiful B&B from late 1800s. Charming rooms. Country suite had queen and a twin bed. Primrose room had a very high King size bed! Sooo comfy!! Both rooms had clawfoot tubs and was nicely decorated. Porch has swing overlooking the Susquehanna River. So peaceful! Rachel and her 2 daughters were very nice. Breakfast was pancakes round 1 and then eggs, bacon and potatoes round 2. Nice coffee bar in dining room. Loved this b&b - about 30 minutes from Lititz. Easy location to get too also!!

The place and staff were nice, and the immediate tall tree area around was pretty and well-kept, but it’s along a busy road so much-needed relaxing in the wrap-around porch didn’t work and I got a double bed when my reservation was for two. It worked out as my partner didn’t come but could have been an issue. Lots of bike riding available in the area and a decent brew pub near by for dinner nearish the river.

Beautiful grounds overlooking a lake. Nice wraparound porch to relax. I was upgraded as a large group came in so the innkeeper put me in a quiet room with private bath. Breakfast was superb! Recommend if you need a place to relax in Marietta area!

We got to the property we booked and were told that it was completely booked. We drove following the innkeeper about a mile and one half to a sister property. We couldn't get in the front door so had to access the property through a backyard that was overgrown with tall weeds and plants and walk up 2 flights of stairs. The house was an old Colonial that needed work and was not as clean as it should be. We had not been notified ahead of time of the change.

The homemade breakfast was delicious, the ease of booking was easy, the owners were so friendly and helpful but the cleanliness was not go great. Under the beds and behind the beds were filthy as well as many cobwebs.

It was mostly good, the share bathroom doesn’t have a lock. The coffee takes to long to make individual cups. Breakfast was good and abundant, the bed comfy. And is close to trails.

I was very happy with my stay. The owner provided an upgrade room but it was by the main kitchen. Unfortunately I needed alittle more privacy since I was celebrating my anniversary and people were walking back and forth till 10 pm. I was not given an option. The property is gorgeous.

My husband and I had an overnight stay at the Susquehanna Manor Inn in April 2024. Our room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The Inn has much history with beautiful woodwork throughout the house including the grand staircase. Our host, Rachel was insightful with the home's history and the area. The best part of our stay was the delicious breakfast served in the formal dining room. It was truly scrumptious! Thanks, C&B

When we go back to Hershey, we will stay here again. Their hospitality was incredible. They were kind, patient, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the B&B itself was beautiful. On a personal note, they treated my two little boys with the same respect they treated me, and this makes all of the difference.

Our stay was fabulous! Home is beautiful and was decorated for the holidays. Customer service was perfect, we were cheerfully greeted upon our arrival and treated like royalty during our stay! Breakfast was fabulous fresh baked with love! I would highly recommend you stay here during your visit to Pennsylvania! We look forward to our return!

We stayed here over the weekend of June 20th for our 6-month wedding anniversary. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. A gorgeous home, wonderful atmosphere, and mostly, Rachel and her family were so warm and inviting, and provided a wealth of information about the property because my husband and I are old house geeks. Delicious breakfast. And Buttercup was the perfect 4-legged hostess. We fell in love with the little town of Marietta, PA. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed here over the weekend of June 20th for our 6-month wedding anniversary. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. A gorgeous home, wonderful atmosphere, and mostly, Rachel and her family were so warm and inviting, and provided a wealth of information about the property because my husband and I are old house geeks. Delicious breakfast. And Buttercup was the perfect 4-legged hostess. We fell in love with the little town of Marietta, PA. We will definitely be returning!

The place and staff were nice, and the immediate tall tree area around was pretty and well-kept, but it’s along a busy road so much-needed relaxing in the wrap-around porch didn’t work and I got a double bed when my reservation was for two. It worked out as my partner didn’t come but could have been an issue. Lots of bike riding available in the area and a decent brew pub near by for dinner nearish the river.

My husband and I had an overnight stay at the Susquehanna Manor Inn in April 2024. Our room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The Inn has much history with beautiful woodwork throughout the house including the grand staircase. Our host, Rachel was insightful with the home's history and the area. The best part of our stay was the delicious breakfast served in the formal dining room. It was truly scrumptious! Thanks, C&B

Beautiful grounds overlooking a lake. Nice wraparound porch to relax. I was upgraded as a large group came in so the innkeeper put me in a quiet room with private bath. Breakfast was superb! Recommend if you need a place to relax in Marietta area!

When we go back to Hershey, we will stay here again. Their hospitality was incredible. They were kind, patient, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the B&B itself was beautiful. On a personal note, they treated my two little boys with the same respect they treated me, and this makes all of the difference.

Very accommodating to my unique logistical needs at the time. Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Delicious, well-prepared classic American breakfast.

We were made to feel at home here and truly enjoyed our brief stay! The owner gave us just enough personal attention and assistance when needed to get to a tournament down the road. The breakfast was amazing!! And the hot tub was a plus! Highly recommend

Beautiful B&B from late 1800s. Charming rooms. Country suite had queen and a twin bed. Primrose room had a very high King size bed! Sooo comfy!! Both rooms had clawfoot tubs and was nicely decorated. Porch has swing overlooking the Susquehanna River. So peaceful! Rachel and her 2 daughters were very nice. Breakfast was pancakes round 1 and then eggs, bacon and potatoes round 2. Nice coffee bar in dining room. Loved this b&b - about 30 minutes from Lititz. Easy location to get too also!!

Highly recommend this place! Not only quaint and cozy, but Rachel and her staff made us feel quite welcome. The room and bathroom were pristine. It was too hot to use the hot tub, but will go back in the fall to take advantage of it. Breakfast was an 11 out of 10. Best French toast I've ever had! Super friendly too...stood and chatted in the kitchen while breakfast was being prepared. Kitchen was amazing...I would cook more if I had that kitchen. Again, I say Highly recommend!! See you in the Fall!

The house was well thought out and in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it was not well maintained, needed upgrades, and was dirty. There were stains on rugs in the bathroom that needed washing and when I searched for a plug under the bed it was so dusty I didn't want to reach under to plug my phone in. An extension chord would have been nice. There were some 'muffins' to eat downstairs but I took a bite and they were hard and tasteless. There was only one sugary coffee creamer, no half and half or milk. The breakfast was at 8;30, too late for me. The girl that checked me in was friendly but not overly. I did not want to give a bad review because I feared they may be struggling and am sorry to do so.

This exceeded expectations. The entire family running this property was simply delightdul. They were friendly, engaging, accommodating, and kind. The room was comfortable and the entire interior was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained and peaceful.
