Hotel Aurelia Milano Centrale

Tienes lo que pagas, por el precio tienes una cama "comoda" y un baño muy pequeño y bastante usado pero muy limpio. Las habitaciones tienen un color marron que da sensación a sucio pero estaba todo muy limpio. Se nota que es un hotel muy viejo y es para pasar las horas de dormir y ya. Lo peor, que a las 7-8 te despiertas si o si porque las habitaciones son de pladur del malo y la cama está pegada al pasillo por donde pasa la gente, así que a no ser que estés en la última habitación, cuando pase gente hablando te despertarán. La llegada fue cómoda hay muchos bares/restaurantes, transportes y supermercados cerca. Esta bien localizado sin duda. La comunicación con el personal fue dificil aunque son muy amables, solo hablan italiano, al final te acabas apañando pero con ingles y español es dificil. Lo lleva una familia y suelen estar en recepción todo el dia 24hrs. El desayuno no lo probamos pero por lo que pudimos ver, zumos de brick y café de cafetera preparada por ellos, tienen 4-5 mesas de 2 en medio del pasillo para tomartelo. En resumen, en milan todo es muy caro y este hotel tiene buen precio para lo que ofrece viendo la competencia.

Atendimento primoroso. A cozinha compartilhada dispõe de microondas, café e chá disponíveis gratuitamente. Ideal para quem vai ter deslocamentos via estação de trem.

Péssimo atendimento. Tive uma discussão com o recepcionista porque cobraram uma taxa inexistente em qualquer lugar do mundo. O normal e cobrar a taxa de turismo por pessoa por dia, mas no caso, cobraram 20 euros por pessoa sobre checkin. Reservei um quarto com duas camas de casal e quando cheguei no quarto era apenas uma cama. Estávamos cansados e em vez de nos colocarem no quarto reservado, colocaram uma cama de armar no quarto, diminuindo o espaço que já era pequeno. O café da manhã e pago a parte e não há elevadores. O atendimento em geral é péssimo. Há mulheres que entram e saem do hotel a todo instante. Não recomendo. Existem hotéis melhores próximos da estação central.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all super kind, friendly, and helpful. They let us use the refrigerator and provided us a electrical adapter to use for our phones etc.

No air conditioning and we tried to sleep with the window open. The road was so loud we could not sleep. The Aldo had a strong vinger smell that also made it hard to sleep. We left our room around 7:00am and the front door gentleman was sound asleep,

beaucoup de moustiques la nuit, je ne peux pas dormir. l'hôtel est proche du métro, d'un McD 24h/24 et d'un supermarché. le personnel est sympa. le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas.

Well-located hotel and clean room; the bathroom door handle nearly came off in my hand but I'll forgive this for the great shower. Easy walk into Milan and to the metro / train station. Friendly staff at the desk, and would happily stay here again

Prima hotel, je krijgt wat je ervoor betaald. Het was schoon en van alle basis dingen was voorzien.

Un hotel :3 tes estrelllas que casi es más de 2, que no está céntrico solo a unos 15 minutos andado de la estación central . La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear . El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y que pidan 180€ sin desayuno por una noche un auténtico timo

Location was good. Room was small and a little shabby, one of the towels was dirty but was replaced when we asked. There was A/C but it cost us extra 3e/day, that wasn’t mentioned when we booked the room. We also had to specificly ask for it when the room got really hot. It would have been nice to know right away when we checked in.

L'hotel non è male nel complesso, ma rispetto alle foto le stanze sono piccole, molto spoglie. Manca il bidet e c'era solo un unico asciugamano per tutto. manco un tappetino per la doccia. Check-in e check-out veloce e personale gentile e disponibile... poi però entri in camera e sparisce la magia.

Air conditioner in the room was not working in 40 degrees heat. Shower head broken and stapled to the wall, almost impossible to shower, had to touch the wall with your head to get water, really bad.

Muy buena atención de la recepción, solo extraño que te cobren adicional por poder utilizar el aire acondicionado (4 euros x día)

Location was close to metro station. AirCon requires extra payment which is misleading as the amenities it is listed and the right at the bottom it says with additional fees. Asked for toilet rolls which took a while. It is average place with 2 stars.

Location was convinient. We visit during summer in Milan , did not know we’d be charged for AC daily on top of daily rate. Would recommend if only staying couple days

First trip to Milan, came for a conference and holiday. Best thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff and the location near to local transport and Milano Centrale.

We had booked the room , and payed in advance.But there was a 24 hours strike in Italy, so we could not go by train from Rome to Milan . I asked to change the reservation to the next day , but they just ignored my request . So we played for nothing.

We stayed here for several days before going to Como. The day before I went I talked to their receptionist Mario , who said no problems for storing luggages overnight . Next morning there is another Egyptian receptionist William , as I started storing my luggages there for 1 night. He said not possible . Not until I beg him he reluctantly agreed rudely and in despise. I then came back after Como trip. Mario explained William did not know that I will come back to stay here after Como.( but there are all prebooking and prepaid record in place already.) I continued to stay here, and as I met William I told him we will go to Venice for several days and come back to stay here next Monday, asking him to check my booking . He checked, and said ok for us to store luggage here . The next morning as I checked out and stored luggage William said not possible. He said can’t keep it for so long and asked me to take away my luggage or come back in the afternoon and talked to Mario myself. I said my train will start in an hour. Desperately, I said I got to go to catch the train and leave my luggage here, asking him please ask Mario later, William said if I left the luggage here and went away, (word to word) “ I would just treat and it as RUBBISH and throw it outside the street the moment I leave” Fully humiliated , I almost knelt down to beg him. As time drafted on for another 20 min he reluctantly called Mario , who agreed immediately my request. What a painful experience !

Friendly, helpful, 24 hour available staff. Helped us get a cab to station. Neighborhood felt a bit like a real city at night, but nothing too bad.

I visited Milano about 10 times, and the this is the best hotel position of all Inside the city center of Milano from the main street Buenos Aires Corso full with shopping stores and a lot of restaurants, and just few minutes from The Central Station Great accommodation
