Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch super, wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit einem Uber erreichen. Sehr schön war auch der tolle Rooftop-Pool.

We stayed at Riviera Rayhaan for a week and we loved our stay! From the moment we entered the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful reception and the friendliness of staff. We opted in for breakfast and the options were very good with Arabic breakfast, English breakfast and general breakfast items such as yogurts and pastries. We also tried food from room service and we were impressed! The rooftop swimming pool is well maintained and has a member of staff available at all times. There’s also a gym and spa too. The hotel is walking distance to the metro station (around 5 minutes) and is in a quiet area.

Our first meeting with Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana was with Ms. SouKaina. It is often said that precious things come in small packages, and when we think of diamonds and jewelry, we most often think of them - the hotel clearly has a small jewel with a big heart for extremely good customer service - and that is Ms. SouKaina, who unsolicitedly gave us important and practical information upon arrival and always with a big smile answered everything we wondered about during our 15-day stay. Every place in the hotel was neat, clean and tidy and the whole hotel actually always smelled good. The breakfast was quite varied. Big thanks to Ailyn who explained everything about the breakfast - and more, she is far beyond expectations polite and service-minded, and among other things, made sure that those who needed to know about my gluten-free food got the information, and I felt 100% safe when Ailyn sorted it out. Thanks to Mary, who always smiled and served us coffee and other things we had ordered during breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel deserves a good mention. The hotel is generally very clean and tidy. Good mattresses, duvets and pillows made our night's sleep a dream. The roof terrace with a large swimming pool was absolutely wonderful. Nema was always smiling in the breakfast room, but equally smiling and incredibly service-minded in the Aroma Lobby Lounge and the nearby outdoor terrace where she arranged parasols and catering for us. It is generally not safe to be a pedestrian

Staff was very helpful. They upgraded me to a junior suite on their own. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the spread was decent. The pool area was very nice. I mostly relaxed by the pool on my vacation.

Wow! Otroligt vänlig och serviceinriktad personal som var ytterst måna om att vår vistelse både i Doha och på hotellet. Rummet var stort, välplanerat, tyst och bekvämt med mörkläggningsgardiner. Trevligt poolområde med snälla badvakter, välplanerat gym! Bokade en kroppsbehandling till min fru på spaet. Hon var helt lyrisk och en av dom bästa behandlingarna hon har fått, tusen tack Annie 🙏👌 🌟 Hotellet ligger 5-10 min promenad till Metro, nära supermarket. Vi kommer tillbaka🌟

They have bed bugs. We checked in, went to bed, and after an hour, my husband was covered with bug bites. I took pictures of the mattress and bedding and gave them to the front desk. They then changed our room. My husband doesn’t sleep with clothing on, so his entire back is swollen.

Not the best part of town in terms of location. Very safe no doubt but not a built up area, area needs work Hotel itself fairly clean. Room service did the main bits but dusting etc was lacklustre. Dust built up as the stay progressed. Amenities fine, gym small Room service very slow, 30 mins for a coffee most mornings. And the food wasn’t great on the couple occasions I ordered. Staff largely friendly apart from one member of staff who tried to convince me the mini fridge is working fine because it’s only designed to keep drinks at room temparature?? Would stay here again if the price was significantly cheaper than I paid

My stay was fantastic. A beautiful hotel. The ambience was relaxing and pleasant. The hotel smells lovely and is extremely clean. I felt at peace. My room was excellent. Nice and spacious. Newly renovated. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aromas. I have nothing negative to say about my room or the staff. I stayed for more than 3 weeks and it felt like home. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing. I appreciated their kindness, knowledge and respect. The room was just okay. No toiletries like shower cap or toothpaste. Bathroom was smelling urine from the men’s side even after multiple flushes. Our visit was excellent but this 2nd time was not up to par. Excellent customer service at the frontline

I booked my room here because I wanted to see the interiors in person and the care and detail from the lobby to the various lounges to the restaurants and all the common areas in between were amazing… I work in residential interior design so I can appreciate the various details from lighting to tile work to accessories and furnishings and this hotel really is striking and beautiful… Property is extremely well maintained and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Found my room tastefully done, with plenty of power ports and elegant and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Doha…

We didn’t actually get to stay at this hotel. We explained to them weeks before arriving that due to the terms of our visa to Qatar, we won't be permitted to stay at the hotel. We asked for consideration we wanted a full refund, we would have been grateful for a partial refund. They declined all these. They offered to reschedule the dates but gave us 48 hours to decide - we need a visa to enter Qatar, we can't just randomly decide on new travel dates. We got to Qatar, visited the hotel, explained the situation, explained that we would have loved to stay there, asked for something, even a voucher so we don't lose all our money. They declined yet again. It's very sad and painful that consideration and understanding doesn’t seem to be something this hotel offers.

Not the best part of town in terms of location. Very safe no doubt but not a built up area, area needs work Hotel itself fairly clean. Room service did the main bits but dusting etc was lacklustre. Dust built up as the stay progressed. Amenities fine, gym small Room service very slow, 30 mins for a coffee most mornings. And the food wasn’t great on the couple occasions I ordered. Staff largely friendly apart from one member of staff who tried to convince me the mini fridge is working fine because it’s only designed to keep drinks at room temparature?? Would stay here again if the price was significantly cheaper than I paid

We stayed at Riviera Rayhaan for a week and we loved our stay! From the moment we entered the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful reception and the friendliness of staff. We opted in for breakfast and the options were very good with Arabic breakfast, English breakfast and general breakfast items such as yogurts and pastries. We also tried food from room service and we were impressed! The rooftop swimming pool is well maintained and has a member of staff available at all times. There’s also a gym and spa too. The hotel is walking distance to the metro station (around 5 minutes) and is in a quiet area.

Our first meeting with Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana was with Ms. SouKaina. It is often said that precious things come in small packages, and when we think of diamonds and jewelry, we most often think of them - the hotel clearly has a small jewel with a big heart for extremely good customer service - and that is Ms. SouKaina, who unsolicitedly gave us important and practical information upon arrival and always with a big smile answered everything we wondered about during our 15-day stay. Every place in the hotel was neat, clean and tidy and the whole hotel actually always smelled good. The breakfast was quite varied. Big thanks to Ailyn who explained everything about the breakfast - and more, she is far beyond expectations polite and service-minded, and among other things, made sure that those who needed to know about my gluten-free food got the information, and I felt 100% safe when Ailyn sorted it out. Thanks to Mary, who always smiled and served us coffee and other things we had ordered during breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel deserves a good mention. The hotel is generally very clean and tidy. Good mattresses, duvets and pillows made our night's sleep a dream. The roof terrace with a large swimming pool was absolutely wonderful. Nema was always smiling in the breakfast room, but equally smiling and incredibly service-minded in the Aroma Lobby Lounge and the nearby outdoor terrace where she arranged parasols and catering for us. We loved staying at the hotel. The bed and the room was comfortable. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Special shout out to the chef who took extra steps to make sure that he could accommodate our allergies and provide a vegan menu. I would like to take a moment to appreciate two wonderful members of your team. The lady who was making omelettes for us was absolutely wonderful. She was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. She made our breakfast experience very pleasant. I would also like to give special mention to Nazrullah, who was working in the breakfast area. His service was excellent as well. He was very polite, helpful, and attentive to the guests. Both of them truly deserve appreciation and recognition for their excellent service. Their warm and friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. I would like to take a moment to appreciate two wonderful members of your team. The lady who was making omelettes for us was absolutely wonderful. She was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. She made our breakfast experience very pleasant. I would also like to give special mention to Nazrullah, who was working in the breakfast area. His service was excellent as well. He was very polite, helpful, and attentive to the guests. Both of them truly deserve appreciation and recognition for their excellent service. Their warm and friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. It was the first time staying in this hotel, and I went off the reviews that I had come across. If I am honest I wasn't very wowed by the whole experience of the hotel. The room was a good size however house keeping didn't do a great job in cleaning as no vacuum had been done to the carpets or the bathroom. The breakfast is average here and again it wasn't to the standards I would have expected. I only ate 2 days out if the 6 in the morning. The pool was good, open space and the staff there were great in accommodating towels etc. Overall it was an average stay, but I don't think I would coke back here if I stayed in Doha again.
