Tenuta Cà dei Mandorli - Villa di lusso con piscina e vista sui vigneti

La casa è grande, pulita, e più bella delle foto. Il panorama e la zona provvedono bellezza, buon cibo, buon vino e tranquillità. I host hanno risposto velocemente ad ogni domanda e ogni piccola problema. Assolutamente consigliato!

Meraviglioso weekend con 18 amici. Tenuta meravigliosa ed enorme in mezzo al verde. Camere e spazi comuni molto ampi, area esterna fantastica con possibilità di stare all’aperto anche in caso di cattivo tempo. Piscina con vista sui vigneti. Host molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Assolutamente consigliato

This place has the potential to be great, but if anything goes wrong it will be a pain to deal with and it will be stressful. False advertising! Good things The villa is huge. The surrounding vineyards are gorgeous. At first glance, everything looks great. The bad - It is advertised as a 14 bedroom, but you will not get the entire space. They will tell you they have made enough beds for the group and not open the rest of the villa. When you ask for 4 days, they will open the space, but not clean the large collection of bugs or put sheets on the beds and tell you they did a favor. If something breaks, they will not fix it until you have bugged for days. The stove went out day one, while the chef they provided was cooking. It clicked so loudly we couldn't use the bottom floor without being driven insane. We were told it wasn't broken. Day 3 they disabled the clicking. We now had to hand light it with a lighter nearly burning our hands each time. Showers leaked a lot and collected inches of water within a few moments due to not draining, shower heads were broken, there were ants every day in the house, yellow jackets around the pool area make it impossible to sit by, missing light bulbs, texts were ignored, no customer service and much more. If they set up an activity for you they will make a giant sum of money. They charged us 90euro/person for dinner. We learned the chef charged 55euro. They will not help you unless they are making money.

Lovely place in stunning landscape, perfect for our group. Expect minor issues with the house, however nothing crucial and pretty much in line with what you pay for. Check in and check out was super easy, communication was great throughout the entire time. Can recommend!
