A estadia foi de 2 noites

Stayed here for 2 nights (room 221) and it was good stay but service needs improvements. Room was on 4th floor and at the far end on the floor but this was ok. There was hot water supply issue for rainfall shower and also hand shower. This was informed to front desk on next day morning and they ensured this will be fix up. Also there are flies in the room which was crazy. On return in the evening I have asked Front desk team if issue is resolved but they have no idea. I was told that they will check with their Engineer and respond. But there was no response and hot water issue was not resolved. Gym was not operational due to ongoing spa facilities renovation which was not informed in advance or not mentioned while booking the hotel. Roof top restaurant was great, service and taste was also good. Mr. Sumit was quick enough to respond during breakfast time. Check in process was also slow and time consuming. I don't expect five star treatment but at least efforts should be made to respond queries. Overall stay was satisfactory but I believe Front desk team was not quick enough to respond queries.

This the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff showed us 5 different alternative rooms until we found one with out bed bugs or signs of blood on the mattress. The carpets are foul in the hallways, covered with stains of old food. The headboard was even covered in god knows what’s kind of stains. So not be fooled by the images or fake reviews. This place needs a health inspection and should be stripped of its current Star rating.

The room was dirty. The bathroom sink and the toilet had not been cleaned properly and it was a disgusting view. The bedsheets were dirty with stains. They should not have been presented to customers in that shape. I was in this hotel only for 6 hours waiting for a very late flight and did not bother to request a different room as I was very tired but I would not have spent the night there.

Good property around eastern Delhi NCR region. Staff is friendly, restaurant is excellent and well served by the staff. This was my 2nd stay and elevators, rooms access is pathetic due to extremely bad key system. It must be either fully replaced or fixed by the vendor. I reported issues with the higher management in the hotel. Hope they listen and take care of the key issues.
