No fresh fruit. Loud within walls but not too late. Pool wasnt open. No hot tub use. We did have a decent stay.

No elevator but since it’s a 2 story building, I don’t mind. Staff very friendly and awesome. Went to spend Thanksgiving with my husband since he works on a rig there so it was a different scenery. Hotel a bit old but not bad for the price. Breakfast was a plus and would stay again.

Both the pool and hot tub did not work.

Would have liked an elevator. Interior update, such as carpet etc. Staff friendly. Breakfast area neat and clean. Nice food selection. Mattress was bumpy needs replacement. Affected nights rest.

It’s an ok place. Towel bar was pulled out of wall, toilet ran all the time. Good breakfast each day. Check in was ok. Desk person didn’t tell us what time breakfast was or that the pool was out of order. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked. No elevator so if carrying your luggage up a flight stairs will be hard, request a main floor room. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Easy to get to. Wished the hot tub was operational.

Run down and beat-up. Dirty with pealing paint and stained carpet.

Dirty carpet, walls in poor condition, drapes faded, missing hooks, generally unkempt looking room.

My room wasnt even fully clean. Really unfortunate i went with the best bang for my buck. I ended up renting a different hotel on top of this purchace just becquwe it was so dirty I didnt want to stay there anymore. The rooms smelt bad. I found clothes in my room, garbage, even weed left behind in the room. Not to mention I was staying with children. I wont be back.

Staff are great. The bed sheets were old and worn with pilling and holes. They ran out of breakfast food blaming a work crew who were staying there. There is dog poop ALL around the building. While this falls on pet owners not cleaning up after their pets, the hotel should enforce this and hire someone to clean it up.

First room had water damage and was moldy. Second one was a step up but had feces still on the toilet seat that never got cleaned. Wanted to use hot tub but that was brown and disgusting.

My room stunk like stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was grimy looking and has snags. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat was chipped and peeling all over it.

Advertised pool. It was not working wasnt told at check in. Room so dirty. Candy under bed, spoon stuck to top of headboard. Tv stand chewed up and wood all around(rodent chew) no light bulb in bathroom asked for 1 never got it. I put my hand on window sill left imprint from dust. Carpet stained my socks red. So gross.

Staff acted as if we were a nuisance any time we needed anything. They also double booked our room and an unsuspecting person walked into our room with all of our things in it. The key cards for the doors did not work. Reprogrammed at least 5 times during our 2 day stay. Our bathroom door handle was falling off and there were missing pieces of carpet around the room. The hot tub is tiny, jets don't work, and is very unsafe to get in and out of. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Wish we would have spent a little more and went anywhere else.

It's a place to sleep, nothing fancy, the included breakfast is good, although the manager, an old lady with glasses, watches the quantity and each thing one takes from the kitchen, and yells at the guests, very poor service from her, the rest of the hotel staff are all very good, only she is very grumpy. Es un lugar para dormir, nada de lujos, el desayuno incluido es bueno, aunque la gerente, una señora vieja y de lentes, vigila la cantidad y cada cosa que uno agarra de la cocina, y grita a los huéspedes, muy mala atención por parte de ella, el resto del personal del hotel muy buenos todos, solo ella es muy malhumorada.

The dressers in room looked like they came from a very bad garage sale. Broken and torn up. The bathroom door looked like an animal had been inside of it and scratch the crap out of it. It didn’t even close correctly.. The hallway smell like somebody was smoking pot in it all the time. The staff was very nice and courteous.

I booked the suite and got moved to a single queen room but still charged for the suite.

This room was horrible . The lock on the door was broken and I had multiple people walk in thinking it was their room. The service staff came up and said he needed me to come to front desk to confirm I was the right person in the room . There was a screw sticking out of the wall, the bed seemed to slant sideways and the ac/heater kept kicking on and off and wouldn’t keep a consistent temperature . I’m extremely disappointed and I had to stay there for 2 nights .

Noisy

Tv didnt work right. No plug in the tub. Lights not great. Breakfast pretty good. Needed water. Bed rock hard and sagged. Time to freshen up!

This hotel needs new pics. We paid for a suite with a couch that’s why we got this hotel to find our room with no couch but a bed instead. Their rooms have no couches. Room was dingy had a smell definitely needs to be updated won’t stay again. Lots of people hanging around outside. The employee Weston was very helpful though he did find us a recliner for our stay.

this property is currently being updated, as such there was some minor things; ie the internet in some areas was very weak as a couple of the wfi boosters hadn't been reinstalled after repairs and painting. This also effected the new 55" internet TV that was in my room. All in all the updates are making for a decent low end motel. Room was clean and the staff kept the breakfast items full. I would definately recommend and will return.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They make you want to come back.

The front desk guy was spectacular

I enjoyed interacting with the staff because of how friendly and courteous they were.

Staff was hard to find... virtually not anyone behind the desk most times. AC temp could not be changed... light above sink in bathroom did not work... toilet ran so it would refill every 5-10 minutes... no drain stop in the tub just a few things. Bed was ok. BUT to top off the stay, when checking out the person who finally showed up at the desk gave me grief because I asked for a receipt. He was pissed because we had booked thru expedia and commented that now we could see how much they were skimming from him! Disappointed to say the least.

I booked for the hot tub that was advertised and pool only to find out after check in that both were down for maintenance. The lady didn’t even tell me so we got changed and back downstairs to see it was closed

The staff was unproffesional and the room had not been cleaned.

The staff were wonderful. They made sweet tea and cookies every day. Great breakfast every morning. They Let our family play cards together in the breakfast room. The property does need to be updated. The vanity mirror outside the bathroom took over an hour for the fluorescent lights to come on.

Check in (early) was a BREEZE - the attendant was Extremely accommodating

the lady that checked us in was amazing! A crusty washcloth was found behind the night stand with you can only imagine what on it. Another issue arose when a guest was screaming in the parking lot at 5 AM because she had her tires slashed. This had woken up my children. The front desk agreed to a late check out of 12PM. The housekeeper tried to enter my room 3 separate times. One time was when my 7 year old daughter was changing. Not impressed.

Staff is friendly but the place smelled and had too many loiterers. The amount of people that hung outside made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Wouldn’t feel comfortable having my kids here. Rooms are older but good for a quick stay. Has a pool but was constantly filled with locals and loiterers who were smoking/drinking so never got a chance to swim. Laundry facilities were broken so that was disappointing. Best thing about this place was the nice staff, but they did nothing about the loitering- wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

The desk clerk was extremely nice and tried his best to accommodate our reservations and navigate issues that arose. First, one of the rooms we were checked into already had an occupant in it, so he fixed that. There were quite a few questionable people around the property including a man passed out on the bench within feet of the main entrance. When I brought this to the clerks attention he went out and woke the man up but he remained out there intoxicated and at one point was drunkenly trying to talk to my daughter, which made her and I extremely uncomfortable. Next issue was I called before making the reservation to ensure the pool was open for use and told it was then as well as upon check in. We proceeded to eat our dinner and went to head down to the pool which my daughter has been waiting for all day to be met with a note on the locked pool door that it was closed. When addressing the issue again with the extremely kind and professional desk clerk we were informed that the pool lining had gotten a rip in it and couldn’t be used. When asks if it would be fixed by our check out the next morning, he was very apologetic and said that was unknown. The hot tub was still ok for use so the also very helpful day staff let us in to soak the next morning for a few minutes, but we booked this hotel because my daughter wanted to swim. Next issue was the door didn’t latch completely which I did not become aware of until my husband came back after an event and walked in.

Negatives. Pet smell through the whole hotel. No designated rooms for no pets. Unsavoury area, felt unsafe, several loiterers. Positves. Bed was comfortable. Good pool. Breakfast ok.

The room and bathroom were clean, however the chair was ripped and looked dirty. Several of the tables had water damage. The breakfast was always hot and staff friendly. The one day maid service was offered, arranged and confirmed but never came. Convenient location especially for the hospital.

Crack heads partying all night and day and hanging out outside drinking and smoking. Not the place I wanted and won’t to take children

Staff helpful and friendly Best breakfast bar that I’ve had in years. Not a huge variety but food was kept fresh and full. Tables were kept wiped down and no trash!

I love this place, breakfast is really good but one day someone with out experience cooked and was terrible but the first day was really good. Clean, good parking and close to everything. Highly recommend

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great the first day, but the second day was terrible. I don't know what happened, but we couldn't eat it. Everything else was fine, and for the price, I can't complain.

Rooms and facility are in desperate need for an upgrade. The bathroom door is not on the bottom hinge. It is hanging and sliding on the floor. The furniture is worn and shows it has been years since upgrades. The toilet handle is barely working. The staff is different and doesn’t look professional. They look like they rolled out of bed and came to work. The coffee is just flavored water, it was terrible, cold and empty most of breakfast. The forks ran out during breakfast and the staff couldn’t stop talking to come get more out. As the old saying goes “you get what you paid for” it is true with this place. We stuck it out because it was just a place to sleep but wouldn’t do that again. Will find another place next time.
