To best enjoy this hotel, ignore its 5-star-hotel indication. Essentially it is a well maintained serviced apartment. Get the expectation right, it is an enjoyable hotel with serene surrounding and chill layout.

Surrounding and the pool were very nice. The property need to be maintained better. The area around should be cleaned.

Indeed a haven to rest, relax, connect with family and friends. Morning walks around the lakes, swimming in the luxurious infinity pool and the warm jacuzzi to relax .. a great way to chill ! The hotel apartment we stayed in gave us opportunity to connect with family. Will be a great place for company, church or religious retreats.. in a restful and clean environment

Die Lage der Unterkunft an einem kleinen See mit Felsformationen im Hintergrund ist einmalig. Die Mehrzahl der Angestellten ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders möchten wir uns beim Frühstückspersonal und bei Michael für die stets nette Umsorgung bedanken. Das war es aber dann auch schon ! Sofort nach der Buchung erhielten wir eine Nachricht das die im Apartment enthaltene Küche erst ab Buchungen > 7 Tage verwendet werden darf. Die Klimaanlagen im Zimmer mussten erst repariert werden. Und das Beste kommt wie immer zum Schluss, wir mußten zwei Rechnungen bezahlen (mit Tax ca. 40 € bzw. 200 RM) für die es keine Quittungen gab und wir auch noch in diese Zeit unterwegs waren. Es ist beim Geld also Vorsicht geboten !
