I reserved a ground floor room. The room had a window facing a street shop displaying goods outside. When the shop opened (07:30–08:00) and closed (23:30–24:00), there was very loud noise each time, which woke my family up. In addition, the curtain installed on the window could not block the outside light from entering the room. I had to cover the window with towels to reduce the light. Overall, the other conditions were very good, but in my opinion the ground floor room is not suitable to be used as a hotel room.

This hotel experience checks all the boxes we were looking for in our stay. From the location, clean room, breakfast & easy access to public transportation, but what stood out the most, are the staff (particularly Moises, Azat & the staff from the breakfast area) they have been very accommodating and were ready to assist on what we needed for our stay, they even helped us get our lost luggage back (from the airport) Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when we come back for another Istanbul trip.
