This is a very quiet - and quite basic - hotel on what is effectively a private beach. While the isolation makes it quiet the lack of facilities are an issue - there is no bar and the restaurant is not conducive to Lingering over dinner. The rooms are very basic, the beds are uncomfortable and the doors didn’t lock - a door issue not a lock problem. I have also marked them down for eco friendliness as I pointed out to the receptionist there are no bins on the beach and there is a lot of plastic floating in the sea - I pulled out as much as I could but had no where to put it. To sum up if you don’t mind basic and want a few days peace and quiet I would highly recommend- if not I would book somewhere else

Mooi strand. Vriendelijk restaurant personeel. Leuke half day trip. - Geen winkels. Duur voor wat je krijgt (eten en drinken duur). Enkel betaalde boot om naar de pier te komen. Veel muggen. Geen terraskussens, ook niet na navraag.

Rummet motsvarande inte våra förväntningar. Vi bokade Villa med havsutsikt, fick en villa med dålig utsikt till havet och den enda villan som hade ett träd genom terrassen så vår terrass var mycket mindre än de andra. Väldigt backigt att gå upp till villorna som ligger längre upp. Otrolig strand dock och omgivningen gör sig underbar ett par dagar. Stort plus för att de har snorklar o kanoter till fri uthyrning, dock dåligt med info om detta innan man åker dit. Rekommenderar att boka deras beachfront house, de ligger helt magiskt

LOVED it. If you are looking for a quiet place to just relax on the beach-this is your hotel. Staff greeted us with orange juice and they handled all our baggage from the moment we got off the boat. They also have free boat rides for day of arrival and departure. My husband and I didn't want to be by all the touristy parts so this was perfect. It felt isolated and quiet and I absolutely loved having private beach as my front yard. You can go kayaking, hiking (although this hike was definitely an UPHILL challenge which they do warn you about and it needs to be updated), and my favorite activity-snorkeling. There is a plethora of fish in the water and so many colors and sizes. It was a magical experience to swim with them every day. Room was cleaned everyday and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was included and they were very generous with serving sizes. I loved how we were able to do all the touristy things on this island without having to be around so many people. Will absolutely be back!

Det er det hyggeligste lille sted, hvor servicen er helt enorm god. Der er intet i området, hvilket giver mulighed for ro og hygge, men de tilbyder shuttle båd ind til byen flere gange om dagen, hvis det ønskes. Men det er helt klart et hotel, som er et besøg værd, hvis man elsker ro og hygge.

Wunderschöne Bucht mit traumhaftem Wasser! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand, aber man kommt nur mit dem Boot dorthin, sodass man abends keine Möglichkeit hat, woanders essen zu gehen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist daher die einzige Option – leider war das Frühstück enttäuschend, und nach dem Abendessen hatten wir eine schlimme Nacht mit Magen-Darm-Problemen. Die Unterkünfte sind schön, mit tollem Meerblick, aber man sollte auf einige Tiere vorbereitet sein: Kakerlaken, Geckos und andere Dschungelbewohner sind hier normal. Außerdem hatten wir eine Zecke im Bett. Der Wasserdruck war sehr gering, und die wasser Temperatur ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen. Positiv war die Unterstützung des Personals, das Koffer zu den höher gelegenen Villen mithilfe eines Golf Carts brachte. Allerdings war die Kommunikation auf Englisch schwierig, und es gab keine freundliche Verabschiedung. Pluspunkte gibt es für die gute WhatsApp-Kommunikation und den Welcome Drink sowie die absolute Ruhe und fantastische Lage am Strand mit kristallklaren Wasser. Very private and secluded. Perfect for honeymooners. Only 1 restaurant choice but the food is good. Plates are about $7-10 usd. Drinks are $7. Not a place for solo travelers or people looking to party.

Unterkunft total abgelegen. Kann nur mit dem Wassertaxi erreicht werden. Dieses fährt nur 2 mal am Tag in beide Richtungen. Man sitzt eigentlich im Hotel fest. Super Ausblick von der Anlage auf das Meer. Angebotenen Ausflüge waren super schön. Die gebuchte Villa hat nicht unsere Erwartungen getroffen. Das Bad war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Bad, die in der Nacht dann in unser Zimmer kam und unsere Nacht somit beendet war. Würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Really quirky place with Bamboo type bungalows built on the side of a hill. We stayed in a ‘bamboo bungalow’ right on the beach. A couple of metres and we were on the sand. Basically equipped, bed, table, fridge, bathroom, free WiFi and a/c. If not mentioned wasn’t there! Good breakfast and food very good in the restaurant. There was a small mini market not too expensive. Kayaks for hire and the odd boat trip. Transfer was via long tail boat from ton sai pier. That was the only downside, once you are there you’re there! You can get a ticket fie the shuttle and spend some time in ton sai village. Great staff, great views and the waves lull you to sleep.

Det bedste her var lokationen. Flot strand, lækker udsigt fra bungalow. Det var mega lækkert. Dertil var det dejligt at man kunne låne håndklæder til stranden. Der var dog ikke nok liggestole, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Dertil var personalet ikke særlig god til engelsk. Receptionen snakkede fint engelsk, men eksempelvis blev der misforstået på restauranten, så vi fik noget forkert end hvad vi bestilte. Dertil bestilte vi forret og hovedret. Hovedretten var en karry, som var klar, og kom før vores forretter. Så det var lidt underligt at spise hovedret før forretterne. Derudover kom forretterne heller ikke samtidigt. De blev bare leveret, når de var klar. Lidt synd at det ikke kommer i rækkefølge.

It’s a nice little isolated hotel located outside the main part of Phi Phi Island. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the area has a very tropical vibe with lots of plants, trees and the ocean right in front of you. I spent three nights there in September 2024. There’s not much to do when the rain hits the island and you’re kind of cut off ‘cause you can’t get anywhere. The house I lived in was ok but there was a lot of bugs in side. Ants, mosquitoes and flies found there way in between the bamboo walls. Even though the door’s were shut you could hear everything from the outside - boats, other people walking around and the sometimes heavy winds that came across the island. The bed was terrible hard and I had some trouble sleeping.

Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Les bungalows côté plage sont ravissants. Possibilité de faire du snorkeling (à marée haute car, à marée basse, pas assez de fond avec les oursins) Il y a des méduses, mais AUCUNE CRAINTE, elles ne sont pas du tout urticantes (vous pouvez les prendre en main sans problème) Les points négatifs : intérieur des bungalows très sombres, impossible de lire dans le lit sans lampe frontale. Lit dur. Beaucoup de moustiques.

What a beautiful are to escape from the busy side of koh lipe! Very friendly staff, beautiful bungalows, lots of nature around to observe, clean beach and bungalows! I was a little disappointed at the lack of menu items as there is only 1 restaurant to eat at.. there were too many options for wester cusine when I much prefer local thai dishes. The bathrooms could use some towel hooks. Otherwise I was very happy here.

It’s a nice little isolated hotel located outside the main part of Phi Phi Island. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the area has a very tropical vibe with lots of plants, trees and the ocean right in front of you. I spent three nights there in September 2024. There’s not much to do when the rain hits the island and you’re kind of cut off ‘cause you can’t get anywhere. The house I lived in was ok but there was a lot of bugs in side. Ants, mosquitoes and flies found there way in between the bamboo walls. Even though the door’s were shut you could hear everything from the outside - boats, other people walking around and the sometimes heavy winds that came across the island. The bed was terrible hard and I had some trouble sleeping.

This is a very quiet - and quite basic - hotel on what is effectively a private beach. While the isolation makes it quiet the lack of facilities are an issue - there is no bar and the restaurant is not conducive to Lingering over dinner. The rooms are very basic, the beds are uncomfortable and the doors didn’t lock - a door issue not a lock problem. I have also marked them down for eco friendliness as I pointed out to the receptionist there are no bins on the beach and there is a lot of plastic floating in the sea - I pulled out as much as I could but had no where to put it. To sum up if you don’t mind basic and want a few days peace and quiet I would highly recommend- if not I would book somewhere else

Rummet motsvarande inte våra förväntningar. Vi bokade Villa med havsutsikt, fick en villa med dålig utsikt till havet och den enda villan som hade ett träd genom terrassen så vår terrass var mycket mindre än de andra. Väldigt backigt att gå upp till villorna som ligger längre upp. Otrolig strand dock och omgivningen gör sig underbar ett par dagar. Stort plus för att de har snorklar o kanoter till fri uthyrning, dock dåligt med info om detta innan man åker dit. Rekommenderar att boka deras beachfront house, de ligger helt magiskt

15/10 experience. This isn’t a boujie hotel by any means but aims to give you that true island experience. And they delivered. The dinners were to die for, so goooodd… the breakfast could have better options. But I get it - remote island infrastructure is limited. The bathroom is not fancy at all, has a geyser to heat water and a little toilet, but we loved it, gave it that authentic feel to living unplugged and disconnected.

Really quirky place with Bamboo type bungalows built on the side of a hill. We stayed in a ‘bamboo bungalow’ right on the beach. A couple of metres and we were on the sand. Basically equipped, bed, table, fridge, bathroom, free WiFi and a/c. If not mentioned wasn’t there! Good breakfast and food very good in the restaurant. There was a small mini market not too expensive. Kayaks for hire and the odd boat trip. Transfer was via long tail boat from ton sai pier. That was the only downside, once you are there you’re there! You can get a ticket fie the shuttle and spend some time in ton sai village. Great staff, great views and the waves lull you to sleep.

The beach has a lot of rocks, nothing else to do or see in the area. The room is too small, the bed was terrible, no space to put our suitcases. The staff were very nice, food was ok, great coffee. We left after 16 hours of arrival because it was raining and there was nothing to do.

LOVED it. If you are looking for a quiet place to just relax on the beach-this is your hotel. Staff greeted us with orange juice and they handled all our baggage from the moment we got off the boat. They also have free boat rides for day of arrival and departure. My husband and I didn't want to be by all the touristy parts so this was perfect. It felt isolated and quiet and I absolutely loved having private beach as my front yard. You can go kayaking, hiking (although this hike was definitely an UPHILL challenge which they do warn you about and it needs to be updated), and my favorite activity-snorkeling. There is a plethora of fish in the water and so many colors and sizes. It was a magical experience to swim with them every day. Room was cleaned everyday and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was included and they were very generous with serving sizes. I loved how we were able to do all the touristy things on this island without having to be around so many people. Will absolutely be back!

Det bedste her var lokationen. Flot strand, lækker udsigt fra bungalow. Det var mega lækkert. Dertil var det dejligt at man kunne låne håndklæder til stranden. Der var dog ikke nok liggestole, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Dertil var personalet ikke særlig god til engelsk. Receptionen snakkede fint engelsk, men eksempelvis blev der misforstået på restauranten, så vi fik noget forkert end hvad vi bestilte. Dertil bestilte vi forret og hovedret. A little bit of paradise. Wonderful staff and great accommodation and food. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Choose the ferry to travel from Phuket, not the speedboat, the journey on the speedboat to Tonsai Pier was very rough and one passenger fell out of his seat and hurt his back due to the buffetting.

Fantastisk sted, veldig rolig. Nydelig personalet som tar inn/ut check, trygge båtvante gutter som frakter deg med long-trai til/fra overnattingsstedet. Så også apekatter to ganger. Solen forsvinner litt tidlig fra stranden.

Beautiful , quiet stay. Very good menu at the restaurant with high quality standard. Staff excellent and friendly. Try the hike up to viewpoint 3. It’s a bush track and you’ll need to be a little fit. Not the best swimming beach, but you can have a dip. Looks good for snorkeling.

I have also marked them down for eco friendliness as I pointed out to the receptionist there are no bins on the beach and there is a lot of plastic floating in the sea - I pulled out as much as I could but had no where to put it. LOVED it. If you are looking for a quiet place to just relax on the beach-this is your hotel. Staff greeted us with orange juice and they handled all our baggage from the moment we got off the boat. They also have free boat rides for day of arrival and departure. My husband and I didn't want to be by all the touristy parts so this was perfect. It felt isolated and quiet and I absolutely loved having private beach as my front yard. You can go kayaking, hiking (although this hike was definitely an UPHILL challenge which they do warn you about and it needs to be updated), and my favorite activity-snorkeling. There is a plethora of fish in the water and so many colors and sizes. It was a magical experience to swim with them every day. Room was cleaned everyday and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was included and they were very generous with serving sizes. I loved how we were able to do all the touristy things on this island without having to be around so many people. Will absolutely be back!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great views from cliffside villa. Beaches are not busy bc it’s only accessible by boat. Dinner was good. Snorkeling right out front of the property.

Unterkunft total abgelegen. Kann nur mit dem Wassertaxi erreicht werden. Dieses fährt nur 2 mal am Tag in beide Richtungen. Man sitzt eigentlich im Hotel fest. Super Ausblick von der Anlage auf das Meer. Angebotenen Ausflüge waren super schön. Die gebuchte Villa hat nicht unsere Erwartungen getroffen. Das Bad war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Bad, die in der Nacht dann in unser Zimmer kam und unsere Nacht somit beendet war. Würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Choose the ferry to travel from Phuket, not the speedboat, the journey on the speedboat to Tonsai Pier was very rough and one passenger fell out of his seat and hurt his back due to the buffetting.

Fantastisk sted, veldig rolig. Nydelig personalet som tar inn/ut check, trygge båtvante gutter som frakter deg med long-trai til/fra overnattingsstedet. Så også apekatter to ganger. Solen forsvinner litt tidlig fra stranden.

Wunderschöne Bucht mit traumhaftem Wasser! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand, aber man kommt nur mit dem Boot dorthin, sodass man abends keine Möglichkeit hat, woanders essen zu gehen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist daher die einzige Option – leider war das Frühstück enttäuschend, und nach dem Abendessen hatten wir eine schlimme Nacht mit Magen-Darm-Problemen. Die Unterkünfte sind schön, mit tollem Meerblick, aber man sollte auf einige Tiere vorbereitet sein: Kakerlaken, Geckos und andere Dschungelbewohner sind hier normal. Außerdem hatten wir eine Zecke im Bett. Der Wasserdruck war sehr gering, und die wasser Temperatur ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen. Positiv war die Unterstützung des Personals, das Koffer zu den höher gelegenen Villen mithilfe eines Golf Carts brachte. Allerdings war die Kommunikation auf Englisch schwierig, und es gab keine freundliche Verabschiedung. Pluspunkte gibt es für die gute WhatsApp-Kommunikation und den Welcome Drink sowie die absolute Ruhe und fantastische Lage am Strand mit kristallklaren Wasser. 15/10 experience. This isn’t a boujie hotel by any means but aims to give you that true island experience. And they delivered. The dinners were to die for, so goooodd… the breakfast could have better options. But I get it - remote island infrastructure is limited. The bathroom is not fancy at all, has a geyser to heat water and a little toilet, but we loved it, gave it that authentic feel to living unplugged and disconnected.

What a beautiful are to escape from the busy side of koh lipe! Very friendly staff, beautiful bungalows, lots of nature around to observe, clean beach and bungalows! I was a little disappointed at the lack of menu items as there is only 1 restaurant to eat at.. there were too many options for wester cusine when I much prefer local thai dishes. The bathrooms could use some towel hooks. Otherwise I was very happy here.

Really quirky place with Bamboo type bungalows built on the side of a hill. We stayed in a ‘bamboo bungalow’ right on the beach. A couple of metres and we were on the sand. Basically equipped, bed, table, fridge, bathroom, free WiFi and a/c. If not mentioned wasn’t there! Good breakfast and food very good in the restaurant. There was a small mini market not too expensive. Kayaks for hire and the odd boat trip. Transfer was via long tail boat from ton sai pier. That was the only downside, once you are there you’re there! You can get a ticket fie the shuttle and spend some time in ton sai village. Great staff, great views and the waves lull you to sleep.

Det bedste her var lokationen. Flot strand, lækker udsigt fra bungalow. Det var mega lækkert. Dertil var det dejligt at man kunne låne håndklæder til stranden. Der var dog ikke nok liggestole, hvilket var lidt ærgerligt. Dertil var personalet ikke særlig god til engelsk. Receptionen snakkede fint engelsk, men eksempelvis blev der misforstået på restauranten, så vi fik noget forkert end hvad vi bestilte. Dertil bestilte vi forret og hovedret. Hovedretten var en karry, som var klar, og kom før vores forretter. Så det var lidt underligt at spise hovedret før forretterne. Derudover kom forretterne heller ikke samtidigt. De blev bare leveret, når de var klar. Lidt synd at det ikke kommer i rækkefølge.

We had a wonderful time at The Cove, our room was comfy, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the private beach and the use of the free snorkels. The food was good and we liked that breakfast was included. Only thing I’d mention is other than the beach activities the only way to explore more is by hike into town which we loved and had the opportunity to see a lovely view point ! Otherwise you have to pay about 300 baht per person per way to get to town. We had a lovely time and would recommend for a few nights

Værelset var rent og havde en meget smuk udsigt, langt væk fra larm fra “midtbyen” på phi phi. Vi var dog nødt til at skifte værelse grundet nogle kradse lyde inde fra væggene, hvilket holdte os vågen om natten, men jeg tror bare vi var har været uheldige. Personalet var heldigvis behjælpelig og vi fik hurtigt et nyt værelse. Puderne var en smule hårde og airconditionen virkede, men der var stadig meget varmt inde på værelset. Nemt med en boat taxa til og fra hotellet , dog lidt pricey, men det er hvad det koster normalt. Båd taxaen ved check out var gratis, hvilket var dejligt. Der er ikke det store at lave om aftenen på resortet, samt der visse mangler fx som pool bordet som ikke virkede og der manglede bolde. Morgenmaden er OK, men det samme hver dag og ikke super meget at vælge i mellem. Maden på resortet er også OK, men de er bedst til at lave de thailandske retter hvilket er helt fair. Meget sødt personale. :)
