We had an amazing experience and extended our stay by an extra week. Room was beautiful,light and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed,a great shower and bath. The air conditioning worked very well and was spotless,as was the room throughout. Breakfast was exceptional,great variety,clean,fresh. Pool was again very clean and hygienic,cleaned daily and a great size. Bars served great cocktails both non alcoholic/alcoholic and happy hour 12-9pm was great value. The team were exceptional throughout all area’s with many with 10 years or more experience at the hotel. Special thanks to the amazing Sutthinan (cake),who was so friendly,efficient and supportive. Apple,housekeeper for our room standard daily,Pao and Heng who provided exceptional friendly service at the beach bar and a big thank you to Cabbage on the egg station at breakfast for making amazing egg Benedict’s. The whole team are very friendly and helpful.

Cela reste un très bel hôtel avec de beaux volumes et une esthétique soignée. Dans les points positifs la grande piscine, le petit déjeuner vraiment copieux avec un excellent choix de pains et même du fromage (c’est rare en Thaïlande) le personnel sympa et attentif. Dans les points moyens l’hôtel vieillit et se dégrade quelques peu, nous avions pris une chambre dans l’annexe que nous trouvons plus tranquille mais dans cette chambre la climatisation est bruyante il manquait une table de nuit et dans la salle de bains les mitigeurs sont en mauvais état et sur l’évier le mousseur avait disparu …C’est dommage un hôtel qui se revendique de « luxe » doit vraiment être très attentif et ses défauts. Voila vaut quand même le détour nous reviendrons et n’espérant une amélioration.

Kamer goed, familiekamer, bedden te klein voor z’n tweeën weinig kastruimte .. Airconditioning enorm luidruchtig en we zaten op de bovenste etage met ws een aggregaat oid op het dak. Ook het koelkastje maakt enorm lawaai.. kortom oordoppen nodig
