I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!

Nice clean hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide choice. Unfortunately the spa area was out of action for some reason. Disappointing really as it seemed like a nice place to get pampered if you wanted to.

Really nice hotel, fantastic room with a plunge pools- great facilities. Really good quality breakfast - close to the beach and bar street. There was a hotel being built across the street, a little noisy, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
