Lots of homeless type shady people hanging around the parking lot area mostly at night. Pool water was green. The room itself was satisfactory. Desk staff seemed understaffed as several times during my stay I couldn’t find anyone because they were doing something elsewhere on the property. When I did have contact with them they were friendly and helpful

The front desk staff was charming. The property has great parking and lighting and easy room access. Our pets were welcome and we weren’t financially penalized for them. As always, we love the wisdom of pet friendly rooms NOT having carpet. Bravo! We can see the efforts into upgrades and they look good! Overall, we were tired from our journey and felt clean and safe and warm and welcome at this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wifi didn't work, television didn't work, with cabling and wiring hanging out of the walls and outlet, pool and spa were closed. Front desk attitude was basically a sorry we're working on it and offered no fix or offer of compensation or discount.

The toilet paper had grey water stains on it when I first walked in. I had to change it. I had the specials needs room which I did not request. There is no place to for personal toiletries in the shower so I had to put them on the counter outside of the shower. Ice machine was at another motel. At breakfast certain foods were not available such as syrup for waffles and coffee machine was broken.

This property is dirty, room was clean, they accommodate 28 day stays for locals that actually live there. People are selling drugs from the rooms. The room was supposed to have a fireplace, there was no fireplace, they listing said there was a pool, the pool can not be used as it was algae filled and green, the hot tub had no water in it. Completely false advertising. This hotel is not 3 stars. My wallet fell out of me bag in the elevator , and one of the tenants that lives at this property came in as I was leaving and stole all My money from the wallet. The best part of the room was the whirlpool hot tub, and the dennys across the way as their continental breakfasts was sub par, they did let me a check out late, as I had to work at 8 am and needed to come back to pick up my husband and our stuff.

Room was alright, bathroom walls were stained and shower water did not go down the drain and pooled outside of the shower area. Pool was dirty with floating shorts and trash, requested they have someone clean it, no one ever did so we had to do it ourselves. Hot tub had no water.

Our room had roaches!!! I reported to the front desk but the clerk from the night shift was rude and said she couldn't move me to a different room since I had been there for a few hours. She also mentioned that I couldn't get a refund because I had to go through my third party to request a refund, then she looked away. I do not recommend this place, this has been the worst experience I ever had.

We found cockroachs running around in our room. Only ONE SMALL trash can that didn't hold hardly any trash.....by the time i got to the breakfast, there were no cups and no coffee, i was there at 7:30am...guess I should've gotten there at 6:00am

The room was dirty and smelly. The bed had a blood stain on the mattress. There were only two towels and when I asked for hand towels and washcloths all they had was 1 hand towel. The AC unit did not work. It was cold with no heat. The one positive comment I can make is that the attendant was nice and tried her best to help us but when she did not have the resources there was little she do.

The bathtub had black mold on the grout, the toilet seat was broken and the floors were dirty. Also, the 2nd room I reserved for my mom wasn't ready until 9pm and it smelled terribly of cigarettes. The internet was not working in either of the rooms and when I told the manager, she told me it didn't reach all of the rooms. I feel like I spent more time in the office than I did in my room.

It was excellent for the price. The front desk girl was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was just next to the freeway and in a bit of a sketchy area with a gas station in the same parking lot so I felt a little uncomfortable there. There were sketchy people, seemingly homeless, hanging around behind the gas station in the parking lot nearby when we pulled in. The phone in my room was not plugged in and the front desk girl said they didn't finish updating the phones in our half of the building yet. So I suppose that means they have fixed that now, but it was definitely a little creepy that the phone didn't work in our room while we were there. There was also two TVs in our room, one in the living room area and one in the bedroom, but we only had one set of remotes. Overall, it was definitely a low-end hotel, but it was cheap and NO bed bugs, so I would stay there again if I need a cheap stay in the area. It seems like they were actively making improvements to the hotel so regardless of the location, I think they are trying to make it better. The tub/shower was definitely nice and big.

Our key cards continuously didn’t work. We had to have them reset at least 4 times. No pillows on one bed and they told us to sleep without them until I suggested they take some from an unused room. Not enough towels and they wouldn’t give us clean towels unless we traded the dirty ones. AC wasn’t working either.

Positives: The front desk staff were wonderful. The room decor was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room tv's are pretty big. The bathroom was really nice. Good temperature and water pressure from the shower/tub combo. Our tub had jacuzzi jets, which was really nice. And the mirror has a fogless portion which is really convenient. The hotel itself is next to a gas station and is across the street from a Starbucks. Negatives: I would not call the room "super-clean," but not "dirty" either. There were bits of fluff and stuff on the floor and bed, and the floors could probably use to be mopped. The wifi was unreliable, and some of the tv channels do not get consistent reception. The area itself is a little noisy at night. Overall: My significant other and I were pleased with our stay, especially for the price. We would definitely stay again. 8/10

The staff was pleasant and professional, but the room left alot to be desired. The bed was not very comfortable, but we were tired enough to not care. Our TV only worked occasionally. The pucture came on for a few minutes at a time. But the real disaster was the shower! The water leaked out of the wheel chair accessible shower and eventually out of the bathroom! The staff looked at the problem and made note of the horrible construction.

Bathrooms still have rust in the tubs, and are very small. If you need to stay in the area cheaply, it's generally a good deal, but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night or two.

1. There are junk cars parked in the parking near the entrance. 2. The hotel building looks like a poorly maintained apartment row. 3. The check in attendant was not friendly 4. The bathroom flooded just after midnight, and we decided to leave the hotel (although the attendant at night offered us another room)

1st floor rooms are renovated so highly encourage to ask for 1st floor... however the hotel surroundings are not soo good (homeless people all around).. when u qre inside ur room ur good.. avoid going out after 9 Pros - Staff is excellent Breakfast is basic Rooms are clean and renovated at 1st floor Ample of parking Cons - Bad area near hotel Walls are thin - common hotel issue Basic breakfast - no eggs , no meat, no veggie option (only coffe, juice machine, bread butter and waffle)

It was excellent for the price. The front desk girl was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was just next to the freeway and in a bit of a sketchy area with a gas station in the same parking lot so I felt a little uncomfortable there. The phone in my room was not plugged in and the front desk girl said they didn't finish updating the phones in our half of the building yet. So I suppose that means they have fixed that now, but it was definitely a little creepy that the phone didn't work in our room while we were there. There was also two TVs in our room, one in the living room area and one in the bedroom, but we only had one set of remotes. I didn't stay in this hotel i arrived at the hotel 9AM before checking in and i was very tired after driving for 18hr the told me i have to wait 1pm & i said it's fine because i have my family's with me i told them i have to see how rooms look like the said know..and the told me there going to cancel my booking i said its fine i just need my refund back.up to now i didn't see my refund yet. I'm giving them 2 more days if i didn't get my refund I'm gonna take action...

DO NOT STAY HERE. Instead of just telling us they didn’t have early check in, they had us waiting around in the sweltering heat. We got “hotel-fished”! This is MOTEL 6 painted a different color with a larger price tag! The room was DIRTY, towels had HAIR on them. FLIES were buzzing around in our room…I killed one but he had 2 brothers…smh. The bathroom floor FLOODED every time we took a shower. Our entire stay was HORRIBLE. Please just pay the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. It’s not worth your peace of mind.

It is a motel, and you get what you pay for. That particular trip I arrived at 9:30 pm, and was checked into the wrong room from the key I was given and the room I was led to, so that come 11pm, two guys are trying to get into my room with the help of the front desk. Very frightening, let alone inconvenient. I had to show my ID and work it out when I should have been sleeping for a long business day.

This time a lot of things were not working right. The sink in the bathroom had no hot water. The bathroom flooded after I took a shower. The phone didn’t work. The girl that checked me out was not very nice. She was to busy on her personal phone. But the times I stayed before were nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Sheri😊

Lots of homeless type shady people hanging around the parking lot area mostly at night. Pool water was green. The room itself was satisfactory. Desk staff seemed understaffed as several times during my stay I couldn’t find anyone because they were doing something elsewhere on the property. When I did have contact with them they were friendly and helpful

I did not stay there, I paid through expedia, it was a late booking and non refundable. I got there and didnt even want to get out of the car. Not the best neighborhood, I went somewhere else. I was alone but even if I had been with my husband, I wouldn't have stayed. I never saw the room, it may have been fine but the people wandering around outside was unsettling. It was very run down outside and in the office. Bad experience.

The window in the ground floor bedroom was made of plexiglass that bowed out- you could put your hand through, there as also no window lock. The area was surround by houseless individuals with dogs that had to be muzzled. We checked out and were told they would refund and that we had to contact Orbitz. I’m still waiting - the first attempt from Orbitz, they were told they did not know what I was talking about. This property should not be on Orbitz.

Positives: The front desk staff were wonderful. The room decor was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room tv's are pretty big. The bathroom was really nice. Good temperature and water pressure from the shower/tub combo. Our tub had jacuzzi jets, which was really nice. And the mirror has a fogless portion which is really convenient. The hotel itself is next to a gas station and is across the street from a Starbucks. Negatives: I would not call the room "super-clean," but not "dirty" either. There were bits of fluff and stuff on the floor and bed, and the floors could probably use to be mopped. The wifi was unreliable, and some of the tv channels do not get consistent reception. The area itself is a little noisy at night. Overall: My significant other and I were pleased with our stay, especially for the price. We would definitely stay again. 8/10

The neighborhood is very sketchy with strange people wandering around. Granted the hotel office staff called the police to sort out the vagrants. The rooms seemed updated and clean but the hotel exterior was very dirty and dated. The other clients were also sketchy. I would definitely not stay there again.

Food in crevices of bed frame, smell of smoke or other smell in room, torn curtain in front, very loud- needed earplugs to sleep, can hear freeway and people upstairs walking and people in parking lot, playing loud music in the morning before 8am :( Not worth the price.

The heat in the room did not work and the blanket on the bed was too light. The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Plus my wife felt that the bathroom had a smell of sewage. The ‘free’ breakfast was lacking-Old fruit, just some bread and a small amount of cereal. Both of the coffee machines were broken. Be aware the the photo of the room looks much better than the actual room that we had.

The toilet paper had grey water stains on it when I first walked in. I had to change it. I had the specials needs room which I did not request. There is no place to for personal toiletries in the shower so I had to put them on the counter outside of the shower. Ice machine was at another motel. At breakfast certain foods were not available such as syrup for waffles and coffee machine was broken.

This property is dirty, room was clean, they accommodate 28 day stays for locals that actually live there. People are selling drugs from the rooms. The room was supposed to have a fireplace, there was no fireplace, they listing said there was a pool, the pool can not be used as it was algae filled and green, the hot tub had no water in it. Completely false advertising. This hotel is not 3 stars. My wallet fell out of me bag in the elevator , and one of the tenants that lives at this property came in as I was leaving and stole all My money from the wallet. The best part of the room was the whirlpool hot tub, and the dennys across the way as their continental breakfasts was sub par, they did let me a check out late, as I had to work at 8 am and needed to come back to pick up my husband and our stuff.

We found cockroachs running around in our room. Only ONE SMALL trash can that didn't hold hardly any trash.....by the time i got to the breakfast, there were no cups and no coffee, i was there at 7:30am...guess I should've gotten there at 6:00am

Veronica the housekeeper manger was one of the best, and was available when we need service. As for the front desk people not so friendly at all. Oh and another person who be acting like the security guy for the breakfast. Made me feel so uncomfortable! Other than that we liked the place, convenient with a lot of places. Will definitely be going back.

I checked into the hotel after 3pm. I was given a room with a king size bed. Upon checking out the room, I found clothes tags on the floor and a red thong hanging from the picture frame. Went to the front office to exchange rooms. Was exchanged toa room 2 doors down. This room was ALSO dirty with beer bottles still in the trash can and bed dirty. Got changed to the 3rd room which was a lil cleaner then the others but for some reason was missing the couch. But hey! Based on the cleanliness of the other rooms, I cant imagine whats on the couch! And let's not forget to mention how the power went out one day when i decided to eat breakfast. Surpar offerings. One of the lowest hotels I've ever stayed at. Would not recommend.
