This place hasn’t been renovated in years and it shows. The room I stayed in was not a smoking room but still reaked of multiple odors. Dead roach in the bathroom, stains on the bed, cigarette butts on the hallway floor. Elevators smelt terrible and seemed to barely work. I couldn’t even stay in the hotel that night. Still waiting on a refund for changing my reservation to just one night. They said it would be 48 hours and I have not received the reimbursement on my card.

This was a horrible experience. We checked in and went to the room. It’s had peeling paint everywhere and was absolutely disgusting. There were homeless people in the parking lot and what appeared to be drug deals going on. We checked back out immediately. The staff member offered to move our room. We declined and told her we felt unsafe here. Worst experience ever.

This place needs improvements made & to honor reservations made. Upon arrival, we were told the room we had reserved was not available. The price was different and no options were offered. I will invest a little more next time for a higher quality facility.

Staff was rude. There were bugs. Room was dirty. Tv didn't work. When my son asked for an extra blanket he was told that we were asking for to much. Then at 10:58 we got a knock on the door and was told it was time to check out. The whole experience was horrible.

We did not stay. First room he gave us was occupied. 2nd had urine all over toilet and bathroom floor. He tried another room but moved us again before we even saw that one. Last room had mold all over the bed and floor, bloodstains on the pillow, and fleas in the bed. I took pictures. Of course I could not get a refund because I used Expedia and not the hotel. We are now at the Baymont down the street. Much better.

Reception was nice. Staff very pleasant. First room had not been vacuumed. pills, fingernail clippings crumbs on ghe floor. 2nd room was not much better. I went and got a vacuum and ran it. Halls were dirty. Rooms need a deep clean. Moldy food in the fridge. No shampoo. Bed was ok. AC worked. No breakfast.

I loved everything about this place. Our daughter had locked herself in the bathroom and they immediately helped her out of there with no issues but other then that they were some of the sweetest staff

Stay for our 10 year anniversary. Wanted to get away with out responsibility for the night . Thats exactly what we did the room was quiet and comfortable. It was clean. Everything worked and front desk was helpful and friendly the price was great. Would definitely stay again

The property is behind some other businesses, so it's hard to find, despite several signs. It is about a block off a busy street and very quiet. The person at the reception desk was very courteous and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Good owner in it's a beautiful lady that works at night the owner in his wife good people will work with bu to solve the issue then agree to give me a free room for the mess up they made on my booking all they need now it to serve food it will rank as a 4 Star if they was serving breakfast lunch in dinner

Reception was nice. Staff very pleasant. First room had not been vacuumed. pills, fingernail clippings crumbs on ghe floor. 2nd room was not much better. I went and got a vacuum and ran it. Halls were dirty. Rooms need a deep clean. Moldy food in the fridge. No shampoo. Bed was ok. AC worked. No breakfast.

This is a no frills cheap place to crash for the night. The owner is very involved and present. I believe he is what keeps sketchy people from coming around. At the price point it will definitely attach those types of individuals. Don’t come here expecting five star service or a great smelling place. It’s an older building and the hotel has been used a lot. However the bed and sheets were clean. You can take a shower and get a good nights rest at a cheap price. If I was trying to save a little money I would stay again.
