The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest.

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und direkt am Meer (Felsküste) gelegen. Toller großer Pool und auch sonst viel Potential. Zimmer neu renoviert, größtenteils aber mit kleinen Fenstern und keinen Aussenbereichen. Wir hatten eine großzügige Suite mit separatem Wohnzimmer. Diese war sehr schön und komfortabel, leider mit wenig einladendem Aussenbereich. Service absolut chaotisch und auch die Qualität der Restaurants und deren Sauberkeit entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Standard. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit fast alle Restaurants, Bars und auch sonstige Einrichtungen (Kinderpool und Club) geschlossen. Lage sehr abseits, Auto empfehlenswert.

The hotel has lovely clean rooms, BUT: biggest problem is the lack of service - poor service quality, personnel is not trained, long waiting lines for the cocktail bar, equipements and incredients missing, long waiting times (somedays over an hour for a drink and a sandwich), personel forgets commands very often / there is no pool bar - out of 5 restaurants only the buffet restaurant with a small and very expensive à la carte and a pizzeria open - pizza is delicious but the service is awful, long waiting times and lacking of dishes on the menu over two weeks (f.e. Burrata - the traditional italian mozzarella is missing) - poor service at the à la carte restaurants even if we payed 180 euros for 2 people; people are leaving after 1 hour without even having commanded - breakfast is good quality but the service often did not fill the missing plates and there is no changement of dishes - the pool is lovely and clean and large !! - there is NO acces to the sea, because the hotel did not maintain the acces, its only cliffs and concrete, also waste is laying around - the sun deck is closed - music is playing everywhere and everytime non stop! - beside a nice fitness room an d tennis courts there are no other activities such as pingpong or volleyball (closed) or billiard - contrary to what we were told, we did not see any live music at the bar - room service worked but it was complicated to order and they forget to retacke the plates - massage was pretty good

Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great.

Super séjour je recommande vivement cet établissement ! Les plus: le copieux et de très bonne qualité petit déjeuner en buffet, les services de l’hôtel : piscine à perte de vue sur la mer, plages aménagées, paddle, kayak, tennis, wellness center et bien d’autres! Jolie chambre, bien aménagée, même si c’était la standard (petite). Le petit moins : réserver bien à l’avance les restaurants même si sur le moment pas grand monde..

We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families.

Overall a bit disappointing. The lounge chair area on the beach, which was something that was a deciding factor for us, wasn't even open. Also, the natural swimming pool area was very dirty with floating trash and trash around that beach area (with the lounge cushions). There was a concert doing sound checks all afternoon which was very disruptive when we came to relax. Also our tv and hair dryer was broken. The wait staff at the pool were unhelpful and not attentive.

The property is awesome but could use a little attention to detail. Upon greeting it would be nice to learn of the properties amenities (I.e. tennis courts with lessons available). Which restaurants are open when, and some visitor conveniences would be nice - snorkel gear, tennis rackets. The toilets by the beach should be checked regularly for cleanliness.

Unfortunately the staff was very slow and unsafe. The food was way too expensive for the quality. The room was also very dusty and it hadn't been vacuumed once in 7 days. You had to clear the breakfast tables yourself to get a seat. In itself a very nice hotel but the service and cleanliness really need to be improved.

This property has definitely potential, the rooms are nice, space and looks but not clean. There was a left over of room service on the corridor when we arrived and only after we told the receptionist to clean it, it was taken away (3 days later) The food is over priced and low quality The location is very remote, there is a town next to the resort but there is not much. Overall not a real 5 star place.

It is an ok resort, but not with the extra finish line. We got a poor room compared with category (deluxe with sea view), it was no sea view, smaller than promised (not 25sqm), and no balcony or seating outside.

Positief: personeel bij incheckbalie en ontvangst in het algemeen. De kamers zijn echt top, schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook werkelijk over de top. Echter, dan blijkt het diner buffet een grote illusie, in ons geval dan. Veel gerechten waren op en werden niet meer bijgevuld, ondanks dat het buffet nog een uur open was. Ook het personeel in het buffet restaurant is moeilijk te benaderen en wanneer wij met 6 persoen water bestelden, kregen we een reeds aangebroken fles voorgeschoteld. Dit werd gelukkig door een collega snel verholpen. Al met al, zeker geen 5 sterren waardig.

Overall a bit disappointing. The lounge chair area on the beach, which was something that was a deciding factor for us, wasn't even open. Also, the natural swimming pool area was very dirty with floating trash and trash around that beach area (with the lounge cushions). There was a concert doing sound checks all afternoon which was very disruptive when we came to relax. Also our tv and hair dryer was broken. The wait staff at the pool were unhelpful and not attentive.

Tiny rooms. I was charged a much higher price through Expedia than other sites. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. No conditioner. Less sun beds than Unico members. Poor attitude of staff. Dated pool facilities even though renovated. A sub par hotel for the low end all inclusive crowd that doesn’t need service

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und direkt am Meer (Felsküste) gelegen. Toller großer Pool und auch sonst viel Potential. Zimmer neu renoviert, größtenteils aber mit kleinen Fenstern und keinen Aussenbereichen. Wir hatten eine großzügige Suite mit separatem Wohnzimmer. Diese war sehr schön und komfortabel, leider mit wenig einladendem Aussenbereich. Service absolut chaotisch und auch die Qualität der Restaurants und deren Sauberkeit entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Standard. Leider waren zu unserer Zeit fast alle Restaurants, Bars und auch sonstige Einrichtungen (Kinderpool und Club) geschlossen. Lage sehr abseits, Auto empfehlenswert.

We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families.

Serveurs extrêmement lents, nonchalants, voire hautains (on nous a fait comprendre que notre bébé était de trop dans sa poussette) Ménage : pas de gel douche dans la chambre à l’arrivée ni le lendemain. Tasses à café encore sales (noirâtre dans le fond), assiettes collantes en dessous (chewing-gum). De plus les femmes de ménage tapent dans le mini bar et on essaie de vous le facturer sur vous. Hôtel à fuir ! Ce qui est dommage car le cadre est magnifique, mais à part cela, il n’a absolument rien d’un 5 étoiles. De manière générale, le personnel est incompétent et désagréable.

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Arrived earlier than check in - told to use the facilities in the meantime and they’d call us when the room was ready. But they didn’t. Then gave us limited information at check in like eg where breakfast was. Waiters genuinely didn’t have a clue - such slow service. Worst meal of my life at Lime Bar. Staff didn’t tidy up after previous guests. The room smelt of very strong cleaning products but not in the positive sense. Corridors leading to our room reminded me of an old people’s home. Nothing about this was 5 star. Very lovely waiter at the sushi restaurant, however. He was the only positive.

The hotel has lovely clean rooms, BUT: biggest problem is the lack of service - poor service quality, personnel is not trained, long waiting lines for the cocktail bar, equipements and incredients missing, long waiting times (somedays over an hour for a drink and a sandwich), personel forgets commands very often / there is no pool bar - out of 5 restaurants only the buffet restaurant with a small and very expensive à la carte and a pizzeria open - pizza is delicious but the service is awful, long waiting times and lacking of dishes on the menu over two weeks (f.e. Burrata - the traditional italian mozzarella is missing) - poor service at the à la carte restaurants even if we payed 180 euros for 2 people; people are leaving after 1 hour without even having commanded - breakfast is good quality but the service often did not fill the missing plates and there is no changement of dishes - the pool is lovely and clean and large !! - there is NO acces to the sea, because the hotel did not maintain the acces, its only cliffs and concrete, also waste is laying around - the sun deck is closed - music is playing everywhere and everytime non stop! - beside a nice fitness room an d tennis courts there are no other activities such as pingpong or volleyball (closed) or billiard - contrary to what we were told, we did not see any live music at the bar - room service worked but it was complicated to order and they forget to retacke the plates - massage was pretty good

Pools and sun bed area by the ocean are amazing. Breakfast is good and the restaurants are decent. The service is not that great but I would not expect much more from a hotel in Sicily. One thing that was a disappointment was the ”boat service” to Brucoli that didn’t go a single day during our stay due to bad weather. However the weather was fine and instead we had to take a taci for 20€. Overall good stay

We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families.

A really peaceful stay in a very well equipped resort. We stayed in a superior suite which was absolutely excellent and the food on offer was always to a high standard. We had a car so it was easy to visit the neighbouring towns and villages but without a car it would have been impossible. Therefore, if you want to see more than just the hotel you do need a rental. Overall very pleased.

This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Positief: personeel bij incheckbalie en ontvangst in het algemeen. De kamers zijn echt top, schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook werkelijk over de top. Echter, dan blijkt het diner buffet een grote illusie, in ons geval dan. Veel gerechten waren op en werden niet meer bijgevuld, ondanks dat het buffet nog een uur open was. Ook het personeel in het buffet restaurant is moeilijk te benaderen en wanneer wij met 6 persoen water bestelden, kregen we een reeds aangebroken fles voorgeschoteld. Dit werd gelukkig door een collega snel verholpen. Al met al, zeker geen 5 sterren waardig.

Goed en schoon hotel, echt 5 sterren waardig! Helaas geen liften aanwezig en grote afstanden tussen onderlinge locaties (zwembad, restaurant, kamers e.d.) Onze ervaring met het buffettestaurant voor het dinner viel helaas erg tegen. Geen keuze tussen vlees, vis, kip of wat dan ook. Alleen wat onbeduindende schenkels. Als er iets wel lekker was, was dat steeds op en moest dan bijgemaakt worden. Het ontbijtbuffet daar in tegen was dan wel weer rijkelijk gevuld met alles erop en eraan. Het personeel was zeer wisselend, sommige erg aardig en sommige erg afstandelijk.

The hotel has lovely clean rooms, BUT: biggest problem is the lack of service - poor service quality, personnel is not trained, long waiting lines for the cocktail bar, equipements and incredients missing, long waiting times (somedays over an hour for a drink and a sandwich), personel forgets commands very often / there is no pool bar - out of 5 restaurants only the buffet restaurant with a small and very expensive à la carte and a pizzeria open - pizza is delicious but the service is awful, long waiting times and lacking of dishes on the menu over two weeks (f.e. Burrata - the traditional italian mozzarella is missing) - poor service at the à la carte restaurants even if we payed 180 euros for 2 people; people are leaving after 1 hour without even having commanded - breakfast is good quality but the service often did not fill the missing plates and there is no changement of dishes - the pool is lovely and clean and large !! - there is NO acces to the sea, because the hotel did not maintain the acces, its only cliffs and concrete, also waste is laying around - the sun deck is closed - music is playing everywhere and everytime non stop! - beside a nice fitness room an d tennis courts there are no other activities such as pingpong or volleyball (closed) or billiard - contrary to what we were told, we did not see any live music at the bar - room service worked but it was complicated to order and they forget to retacke the plates - massage was pretty good

Pools and sun bed area by the ocean are amazing. Breakfast is good and the restaurants are decent. The service is not that great but I would not expect much more from a hotel in Sicily. One thing that was a disappointment was the ”boat service” to Brucoli that didn’t go a single day during our stay due to bad weather. However the weather was fine and instead we had to take a taci for 20€. Overall good stay

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. I have stayed at several five-star all-inclusive resorts in Sicily, and this is by far the best one. Every member of the staff – from reception to the pool and restaurants – is genuinely dedicated to giving guests the best possible experience. If a small mistake happens, just be kind. They work incredibly hard and will do everything they can to make things right. As someone who hates food waste, I loved their all-inclusive concept. Instead of huge buffets, you order high-quality dishes from a menu. We didn’t waste a single bite because everything was delicious and perfectly portioned. At Riva, don’t miss the Burrata & Avocado Salad with a glass of La Segreta, served with a smile by Zeny. At Kaigan, the uramaki rolls and the spectacular view of Mount Etna are a must. At Scausu Grill, order the beef tenderloin medium rare—Alvie will make sure it arrives perfectly cooked. And don’t leave without trying the Nocciola ice cream and the best Amaretto Sour I’ve ever had at Lime Bar! Check-in and check-out were effortless. We even received a small room upgrade, and William kindly collected us with the golf cart and handled our luggage. Reception also quickly fixed a couple of billing mistakes and gave us a courtesy room before our taxi arrived. We’ve already decided to come back. Please keep your amazing staff and don’t change a thing—they’re what makes this place so special. Thank you for giving us one of our best holidays ever. ❤️
