First night was not good due to a lot cockroaches in the villa! Limited information especially with things like rubbish collection etc. Staff were extremely helpful and moved villas (a much bigger one). Villas are generally basic but swimming pools were great. Staff brilliant and provided access to sister resort with waterpark down the road. A lovely part of world and whilst we had our little issues at first it was a great holiday.

We didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to weather conditions (massive storm) but did see staff trying their best to clean it! They were also helpful with minor inconveniences. The WiFi could have been a bit better though

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but overall, my experience was disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired — the room was not cleaned once during my 3-night stay, and there were numerous insects (including ants and arachnids) throughout. Additionally, the day before my departure, I was abruptly woken up at 8 AM by loud knocking on my door. A woman was going from room to room collecting the tourist tax, showing no regard for guests who were still resting. She returned 30 minutes later and repeated the same disruptive behavior. This lack of respect for guests’ privacy and comfort significantly impacted my stay.
