Room was clean. Breakfast was very bland. Staff was less than helpful with issues. Asked extra towel was denied. There were no pool towels. Lots of boxes sitting in the lobby. An incidentals charge of $50 was charged to my card. This is not quoted in the full price guarantee on booking receipt.

The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had (and this is pretty trivial, I think) was that the windows were dirty enough to interfere with the view of the hills behind the hotel. That's it, that was the only problem.

Front desk clerk checked us in quickly Breakfast was on time and good variety Parking lot was good and there’s a service station next door Hot tub was great but the swimming area lacked towels which was disappointing All in all we are going to be back

We had a great stay here. Both of the staff that we worked with were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only addition I would add would be a fan in the bathroom. Other than that, a great place to stay! And very reasonably priced compared to other places in Duluth.
