Beautiful views from the front and the back of this property. Comfy and warm. Upstairs bedroom not really as good as the 2 on the ground floor. Kitchen facilities excellent, with nice dining room, again lovely views both ends. Well equipped. Off road parking for my car. Convenient for a bus stop, with very good services all round island.

Beautiful views from the front and the back of this property. Comfy and warm. Upstairs bedroom not really as good as the 2 on the ground floor. We enjoyed a spring break with 6 of us (2 grand parents, 2 parents and 2 student-aged sons). The venue has stunning views of the sea and we enjoyed sitting out in the front garden enjoying the view. The house is cosy but well equipped. Immediately behind the house is a steep path up to the highest downs on the Isle where you can enjoy wonderful walks. The house has access to buses and you can also walk down to Bonchurch and Ventnor. We enjoyed using the small telescope to study the moon while we were there.
