The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no screens on the doors so you wouldn’t want to open the sliding doors unless you don’t care about mosquitoes or bugs coming in. They said a bottle of wine would be included since I am a gold member but I never got it. No one told us how to access pool or any common areas of the complex. Property was hard to find, their sign is very small and over grown greenery covers it. Our shower head fell off the cord on day two, they did not fix it on our entire stay.

Hotellet er slidt og der er pletter på tæpper. Køleskabet er ikke fyld op og der er meget lydt. Men meget fint hvis man skal i arenaen for at høre koncert.

This place calls itself a boutique hotel with personalized service. The reviews shown at hotels.com site are very positive. However, the reality is that the place is managed virtually and the experience is below all promises. No staff is on site and there is no service. The hotel manager Safa does not respond to messages or calls. We had multiple problems during our stay: 1. Cleaner left terrace door to our room open after cleaning (security risk), 2. General reception area doors are not locked for night (security risk),3. cleaner hanged up dirty towels from floor and did not bring clean ones, 4. cleaner forgot restock toilet paper, 5. During one day we had no water in the room for 8 hours ( no shower or use of toilet possible) 5. There was construction work with loud noise for two days without any prior information from staff (happening next to our room). Even if our problems were many, with good hotel management, they could have been resolved. Safa on the other hand has no interest to act professionally she neglected any contact or request. But she did write to me that I complain about everything when I tried to sort out above issues with her. Luckily our reservation was through hotels.com and they supported and compensated us for this terrible experience. For the above mentioned reasons, I would avoid this place. It is furthermore totally overpriced for what you get. And no breathtaking views can compensate for bad attitude of hotel management.

Nice room with a beautiful view, loved the bed, beautiful decor. The breakfast was good, communication was excellent. Some noise from the neighbours was less desirable.
