the hotel had no beach. It seems the sea level has risen and the beach disappeared. They down graded my room with no private bathroom and said that was what I booked. The food is excellent but the hotel is just so-so

Very nice hotel on the beach. Nice room and shower room. There are only 3 wooden loungers around a very small and cramped pool area. None of the 3 have cushions so you can't lie on them. Other properties along the beach front have larger communal areas and prooer loungers but only for hotel guests. Olas Permanentes lets anyone in off the beach.

The room was nice and the staff very pleasant. The food was good, a little expensive, however the beach and sunsets were awesome. Will return.

Location is perfect right on the beach. Room was average. Beds and a/c were good but water didn't work some times and it was pretty tight on space in the main area. Also room was right on the road so you can here all the cars going by. Resturant attached was good and the free breakfast/water is nice. Overall it had some really great things and some not good things which makes it average.
