Storytellers Palace

A lovely looking hotel overlooking the beach, a great location. Be aware there is only one car parking slot for the hotel, parking is pot luck on the roads outside, which become very busy during the summer months. The room we had was clean with a side view of the sea and fresh fruit provided, it would have been nice to have a bottle of water that wasn't part of the mini bar. The staff were really friendly and helpful, apart from the chef. Breakfast is quite pricey, you are given a tick sheet the night before to let the kitchen know your requirements, which is a great idea to prevent waste. I made a mistake and ticked the box at the wrong end of my chosen dish, easily done with the layout. My fault but the chef refused to help correct it. I expected better of a 4 star hotel. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was helpful.

Room was clean, rather small, hotel is unique in location, history and furniture; light guiding system in the room is unusual; bathroom is OK.

The hotel has a great history The staff treated us like family walked us thru the hotel so we need where everything was. After dinner my husband and I were going to get a drink I went to the room when I got out Abel was there to escort me down. Wow just wow. Thank you to Marianna and Fabio for making our stay feel so relaxed.

Ein Hotel mit der Atmosphäre einer alten Villa und modernem Komfort. Frühstück und Abendessen können mit Blick auf den unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindlichen Strand in einem sehr schönen Restaurant eingenommen werden. Zudem ist der Service sehr freundlich, persönlich und herzlich. Kurzum: wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt.
