Brilliant property with amazing views, caters for all including families. Friendly staff and amazing facilities. Far away from magaluf strip so there’s no noise at night but close enough to walk.

Ok property, no parking for car, WiFi didn’t work in our room on the bottom floor. We definitely payed for breakfast but said we didn’t. Overall would be ok maybe for all inclusive with no car but with a car not so good.

Nice hotel, could be better. Wouldn’t rate it a 4*. The views are the selling point and location is decent if you don’t might the hill walk. Cleaning leads a lot to be desired and beds aren’t particularly comfortable, the sheets being too small for the mattresses doesn’t help. Food is ok, something for everyone, sometimes not particularly hot but standard buffet style dining, which does get repetitive. Not the best we’ve had but not the worst either. Pool is what is it in the pictures, not that appealing, but the beach is nearby. Be warned kids can’t jump in without being told off and it is shaded a lot, so if you like to stay by the pool most of the time it might not be for you. Not sure if we’d stay again, we had a nice room this time but there are alot of room locations that wouldn't appeal to us.

Trovato un costume di altre persone appena arrivati. Mancavano gli asciugamani per una persona e manca il parcheggio. Non sono stata per niente aiutata dalla reception. Potevano dirmi ad esempio che c'erano diversi parcheggi pubblici invece mi hanno fatto girare come una trottola.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Tout y était : vue imprenable sur la mer, bar de la piscine, buffet du restaurant très sympa. La seule chose qui était désagréable c’est que l’on entend tout. Les gens parler dans les couloirs, les enfants … Ceci reste aussi de l’éducation des personnes pour le respect des autres voyageurs. L’hôtel serait excellent si il y aurait de l’animation et si il passerais en adult only.

Dejlig hotel, Fantatisk udsigt og alt er inde for gå afstand. Venlig og hjælpesomme rengøringspersonale. Gode pool område for både små og store børn. Inden larm om natten selvom at der var rigtig mange små børn på hotellet. Masser af spisesteder samt Halal spisesteder rundt omkring. Gå afstand til bus ind til byen ca. 30 min. Det dårlige var at deres wifi var rigtig dårligt, samt at der manglede mere underholdning til børn.

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 giorni in questa struttura e vi possiamo dire che sicuramente è tenuta molto bene,tutte le persone al loro interno sono assolutamente gioiose è sempre pronte ad aiutare! Animazione per bambini davvero molto bella sopratutto alla sera con vari spettacoli…il cibo nella norma dai,molto ripetitivo però si può tranquillamente affrontare per una semplice vacanza! Noi ci siamo trovati bene L☺️

Jättebra läge med nära till strand och massa restauranger. Fantastisk utsikt från de två tak-terasserna. Trevliga barer och personal. Ganska liten pool för ett stort hotel. Blandat med ungdomar, barnfamiljer och vuxna par. Lyhört i den delen vi bodde i. Förvånansvärt bra all-inclusive, extra plus för Snack bar som!

I stayed at the _Leonardo Royal_ in Palma and overall, it was a very good experience. _The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming_, always smiling and ready to help — a real plus that makes all the difference. The hotel itself was _very clean and well equipped_, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easy to feel comfortable there. A small downside regarding the room: it lacked a bit of cleanliness upon arrival, with dust and a few hairs visible, which was unfortunate considering everything else was spotless. Aside from that detail, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for its warm hospitality and overall quality.

The hotel itself was in a great location and was well maintained. It was really lovely other than 2 things. Bedding - was smelly, very damp and stale smell to it. Reception - only 1 lady tbh, utterly rude, unkind, unhelpful and treated us like criminals when we had done absolutely nothing wrong. There was a problem with our booking which was totally out of our control. She made our holiday get off to a very unpleasant start and even locked us out of our rooms. She finally realised on day 2 that we had done nothing wrong and not even offered an apology. Sheshould mot be on reception welcoming guests!!! Otherwise the hotel itself was actually really nice, just shows what a difference a member of staff can make to your overall experience and holiday!

The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic however we were quite disappointed with the cleaniness of the room, we doscovered alot of very acrive little bugs under the bed which I had to spray and also cupboards doors were in need of repair. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which even then had a huge gap in between and the noise from the water pipes really disrupted our sleep at night. We had to purchase ear plugs from the store next door as the pipes rattled every 3/4 minutes continuous day and night. The room and noisy pipes and room hygiene let the beautiful hotel down. However it did have good points such as the staff, location, activities put on for the and the rest of the hotel was modern and clean

La pulizia era molto scarsa, ma in generale ci hanno ascoltato e aiutato molto e il fatto che sia aperta tutta la notte è molto figo. Il ristorante e la piscina della struttura non li abbiamo provati.

Leider sehr dreckig, viele Haare im gesamten Zimmer - nicht nur am Boden, sondern im Bad auch an den Wänden. Dreckige Laken wurden nicht ausgetauscht.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the bay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and large. Most staff are amazing, apart from one receptionist who is extremely rude. She swore at us and was totally unacceptable in her attitude. Perfect otherwise

All in all the property was amazing! General cleanliness of the hotel was great. The only small concern was the cleanliness of the room could have been better. For example, the kitchen cupboards needed a wipe and the floor needed a mop. There was a bobble left in the shower from previous occupant. The desk and shelves had dust on them too. The shower gel needed topping up. The beds also had debris on them when we checked in. We were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The room had an amazing view and was so peaceful and felt very private, which we like. So close to the beach, excellent location. Plenty of space at the pool with amazing views. All in all a great stay :)

Had a brilliant stay at this Hotel. We stayed in a studio room with partial sea view, very spacious room with a kitchen, ketal, microwave and fridge. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as it was at the back facing the sea. We stayed half board and the food was delicious throughout our stay lots of choice at breakfast and dinner infact so much choice that we didn't get to sample everything. The only small criticism would be no fault of hotel would be it is on a steep hill which was tiring when coming back from excursions etc but would definitely stay again purely for delicious food and lovely staff.

Stayed recently and overall had a decent experience. The room added a cozy atmosphere, and the views were absolutely amazing. Beds were extremely comfy — one of the best parts of the stay. However, the biggest downside was the road noise. The walls are paper-thin, and even with the windows closed, the traffic outside was constant and loud, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a dealbreaker. Room 692 could also use a bit of maintenance. The toilet button was cracked and loose — we were genuinely worried it might fall into the toilet — and the wardrobe doors were stiff, needing a good shove to close fully, which was the only way to turn off the closet lights. Staff seemed pleasant, though we didn’t interact much with them. All in all, it’s a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but the noise issue is a serious flaw that affects the overall comfort of the stay.

Nice big room. There was 3 of us staying in one room and there was plenty space, with a sofa bed already made into a bed. Stunning location with beautiful views over palma nova bay. The hotel was nice and modern and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a 5 minute walk down to nice beach side bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. The hotel is on a fairly steep hill so a bit more exerting walking back, especially if you were to have mobility issues. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The hotel itself was in a great location and was well maintained. It was really lovely other than 2 things. Bedding - was smelly, very damp and stale smell to it. Reception - only 1 lady tbh, utterly rude, unkind, unhelpful and treated us like criminals when we had done absolutely nothing wrong. There was a problem with our booking which was totally out of our control. She made our holiday get off to a very unpleasant start and even locked us out of our rooms. She finally realised on day 2 that we had done nothing wrong and not even offered an apology. Sheshould mot be on reception welcoming guests!!! Otherwise the hotel itself was actually really nice, just shows what a difference a member of staff can make to your overall experience and holiday!

I would like to address my dissatisfaction with the receptionist Andre at this hotel. He was extremely disrespectful towards me and my family, using offensive language, insulted me by the words "f*** you", "i f*** you out of the hotel" and even threatening me with physical violence. When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed to be in charge. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel. On a positive note, the hotel itself is nice and conveniently located near a beautiful beach. I particularly want to commend the exceptional staff at the bars and restaurants, namely Ismael, Ali, Abdellah, Mohamaed, and Said. They were kind and attentive to all the guests. I also want to acknowledge the helpful receptionist, Julia, and the manager who addressed the issue professionally and provided us with an amazing room as a gesture of apology for Andre's behavior. However, due to the importance of handling clients with respect and competence in a four-star hotel, I cannot give a better review. It is essential for a hotel of this caliber to have competent staff who can meet customer expectations, something that Andre clearly failed to do.

The hotel receptionist (a black male receptionist and an older male receptionist) when we checked in around 10:00 pm, said to leave our credit card at the front desk and return it to us when we checked out. But when we checked out it said they didn't take our credit card. This really pissed me off! We were in a hurry to go to the airport to return home, so we couldn't say anything! But I don't understand what the real purpose of doing this is! If I was still there, I would definitely call the police immediately!

Everything was perfect apart from the food. We opted for half board and the food was almost the same every day. also, they had only English breakfast: English sausages, beans, and all English things. Did I leave London for Spain to eat English food? Nothing Spanish. The Barman from the Lobby Bar was so friendly and professional; reception overall good. I didn't recommend this hotel for food, only the room.

Nice hotel, could be better. Wouldn’t rate it a 4*. The views are the selling point and location is decent if you don’t might the hill walk. Cleaning leads a lot to be desired and beds aren’t particularly comfortable, the sheets being too small for the mattresses doesn’t help. Food is ok, something for everyone, sometimes not particularly hot but standard buffet style dining, which does get repetitive. Not the best we’ve had but not the worst either. Pool is what is it in the pictures, not that appealing, but the beach is nearby. Be warned kids can’t jump in without being told off and it is shaded a lot, so if you like to stay by the pool most of the time it might not be for you. Not sure if we’d stay again, we had a nice room this time but there are alot of room locations that wouldn't appeal to us.

Hotellet er bra. Ligger fint til midt mellom Magaluf og Palma Nova. Suitene er fine og romslige og godt utstyrt. Det eneste vi savnet var vinglass, men det fikk vi låne i baren. Vi hadde bestilt havsutsikt og utsikten var nydelig. Renholdet var bra. Rommene ble rengjort hver dag og det ble ofte skiftet på sengene.

The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic however we were quite disappointed with the cleaniness of the room, we doscovered alot of very acrive little bugs under the bed which I had to spray and also cupboards doors were in need of repair. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which even then had a huge gap in between and the noise from the water pipes really disrupted our sleep at night. We had to purchase ear plugs from the store next door as the pipes rattled every 3/4 minutes continuous day and night. The room and noisy pipes and room hygiene let the beautiful hotel down. However it did have good points such as the staff, location, activities put on for the and the rest of the hotel was modern and clean

Die Fotos, welche einem während der Buchung angezeigt werden, stimmen nicht mit dem Hotel überein. Es gibt zwei Hotels Leornardo nebeneinander und die Fotos passten zu dem danebenliegenden Hotel. Unsere Suit mit Meerblick bestand aus einem Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und das Wohnzimmer war am Balkon. Man wünscht sich dort natürlich das Bett hin. Es gab keine Seife zum Händewaschen!!! Wir mussten unser mitgebrachtes Duschgel benutzen. Vor unserer Suit standen Bäume, sodass der Blick aufs Meer eher auf die Bäume gerichtet gewesen war. All-Inclusiv ist auch kein All-Inclusiv. Es gab 2 Alkoholfreie Getränke zur Auswahl die hauptsächlich aus Sirup bestanden und ungenießbar waren. Auf die anderen Getränke musste man draufzahlen. Obwohl wir All-Inclusiv gebucht hatten. Rauchen ist im gesamten Hotel verboten. Es war lediglich nur vor der Eingangstür erlaubt. Als raucher natürlich sehr unbequem. Für Nichtraucher ist es super. Auch war das Essen auf der Terasse nicht gestattet. Getränke durfte man nur in Plastikbechern umgefüllt auf die Terasse nehmen. Der Getränkeautomat im Hotel hat mein Geld geschluckt und es gab vom Personal einen unangenehmen unterton, weil ich mein Geld zurück haben wollte. Es ging zwar nur um 2 Euro, aber wieso sollte ich auf zwei Euro verzichten, weil der Automat defekt ist? Ich brauchte etwas zu trinken für die Nacht, weil es im Zimmer, bei All-Inclusive, auch nichts zu trinken gegeben hat. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wie das Hotel an den 4ten Stern gekommenen ist

It exceeded my expectations. Looked high end. We didnt go with children but was very family friendly. Room was big, nice bathroom. I loved that it had a fridge (in the kitchenette) really good for keeping our water cold. Good variety of food - well cooked, all fresh. We were all inc - not all drinks were included at the bar. All branded soft drinks were inc. Local beer, wine, some spirits and taquila sunrie cocktails. Other drink were cheaper for all inc so still good value. No snacks were included outside of the dining/meal times but we never needed any snacks. Really close to the beach and the vue from our room was lovely (side sea view). Ot was a bit obstructed by trees but still lovely. Could hear the waves in the quiet of the evening. The view from the pool areas and outside bars was beach and sea as far as the eye could see. We loved it.

Ot was a bit obstructed by trees but still lovely. Could hear the waves in the quiet of the evening. The view from the pool areas and outside bars was beach and sea as far as the eye could see. We loved it.

Had a brilliant stay at this Hotel. We stayed in a studio room with partial sea view, very spacious room with a kitchen, ketal, microwave and fridge. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as it was at the back facing the sea. We stayed half board and the food was delicious throughout our stay lots of choice at breakfast and dinner infact so much choice that we didn't get to sample everything. The only small criticism would be no fault of hotel would be it is on a steep hill which was tiring when coming back from excursions etc but would definitely stay again purely for delicious food and lovely staff.

Buena situación y vistas muy bonitas. Personal de recepción y comedor muy simpáticos y súper agradables. La comida fue decepcionante, poca variedad y de mala calidad. Por todo lo demás de 10. Hotel solo para dormir y comer fuera.

Everything was perfect apart from the food. We opted for half board and the food was almost the same every day. also, they had only English breakfast: English sausages, beans, and all English things. Did I leave London for Spain to eat English food? Nothing Spanish. The Barman from the Lobby Bar was so friendly and professional; reception overall good. I didn't recommend this hotel for food, only the room.

This is a nice hotel but I wouldn’t call it 4 star. It’s tired in lots of places and if it was done up nicely it would be great. We felt it wasn’t worth what we paid, however we booked fairly last minute so maybe it’s ordinarily better value. The views are fantastic and it could be made so much better. The food was standard hotel food, and although we were on half board we still ate out (we didn’t have the choice of room only or B&B) eating in a hotel is not something we do anyway. The room was clean however all the cupboards squeaked and the fact the make up mirror in the bathroom had broken off and not been replaced was annoying. The shower gel in the shower was empty. Little details like this make it not worthy of 4 star. All in all we had a lovely short break but had it have been a week or more holiday we’d have been disappointed. The position is great, it’s a lovely little walk along the front to the beach which is gorgeous and some nice restaurants.

Hade bokat 2 sviter med havsutsikt . Rum 1 var mer utsikt över hotellet och barnpoolen än havet. Förmodligen låg de över poolrumet så de va väldigt lyhört och brötigt på morgonen när personalen började städa och jobba. Rum 2 var utsikten bra. Men även här väldigt lyhört då sängen va placerad med fönster mot baren och sällskaps ytorna på kvällen. Kändes som man låg i baren och sov med musiken och pratande gäster bredvid sig. Så de va att sova med öronproppar . Tyvärr gick de inte att byta rum Men hotellet i sig va rent och fint Trevlig personal i baren och restaurangen/ frukosten. God frukost med mycket att välja på Bra läge till stranden

Fint läge. Reser man utan barn rekommenderar jag inte boendet. Aldrig bott på ett hotell med sämre städning på rummet. Fick fråga i receptionen varje dag om exempelvis handdukar som saknades eller att de skulle ta med orena handdukar efter städningen. Extremt ofräsch pool. Maten var inget att rekommendera. Skulle inte klassa detta som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Inget speciellt trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Rekommenderar tyvärr inte detta hotell.

We had a lovely 2 and a half weeks at this hotel. It had a fantastic location and lovely modern spacious rooms. This was the perfect place to stay with 2 small kids due to the kids pool and easy access to everything. A couple of things to note that did lower the standard but nothing too major. Parking is atrocious and we would have not rented a car if we knew this in advance. The reception staff were nice but did not go above and beyond to help us with an issue, instead telling us to talk to a different member of staff and that they had nothing to do with this issue. The lifeguards had different rules on different days around the use of blow up toys in the pool. The food was ok but did get a bit tiresome after 2 weeks. The cleaners only changed the sheets after over a week when I pulled the sheets off and put them in a pile on the floor. I really feel the experience could have been heighten at this lovely hotel with better customer service. Although I will mention that that entertainment team were lovely and really tried to make our holiday memorable.
