It’s a beautifully restored inn, nicely furnished and very clean. I wish the bed were in better shape and firmer, and the bedding higher quality sheets. Also new guests need to be aware there is no elevator or staff onsite so guests have to carry their luggage up the stairs. I was charged ~$40 more than the confirmed reservation on hotels.com without explanation, a very rare occurrence.

This property was in a great location, such a lovely and well-maintained historic property. I think it would have been helpful to have an actual person or two on the site to provide assistance, answer questions, give recommendations about local restaurants, etc. I also think coffee makers using good coffee in rooms or lobby would be an improvement as the K-pods are sub-par, at best. The bedding, sheets and towels are of excellent quality though.
