식사도 온천장도 환상적이었습니다. 직원분들의 손님응대도 아주 친절해서 만족스러웠습니다.

For this price, the service was inadequte; no one helped with luggage, and the food was very mediocre.

The room is spacious and clean, the view to the nature is fantastic. Staffs are friendly. It pays attention to culture and traditions. Love the dinner as well. One thing can be improved, the amenities can upgrade to a better shower head or hair dryer. With this level of hotel, I would expect a better quality of the amenities. Surprised to see a very basic and old shower head and hairdryer. But other than this little things, I love everything of this hotel. Would definitely recommend if you prefer a quiet place to stay with lots of nature around it.
