das Hotel liegt super zur Stadt. Viele ist sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist kompakt, zu kompakt. Etwas mehr Platz wäre wünschenswert. Parken: Schön wäre eine Vereinbarung zwischen der DB(Parkhaus)+motelone, 1. dass Parkplätze überhaupt zur Verfügung stehen und 2. eine Tagespauschale vereinbart ist.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut! Leider gibt es keine hoteleigene Parkplätze. Was sehr Schade war.!!! Man könnte ja wenigstens eine Ermäßigung im Parkhaus neben an anbieten!

Rezeption, Betreuung der Buchung unmöglich. Alle besprochenen Details wurden vor Ort ignoriert. Zimmer sehr klein. Einzig die Bar ist ein Highlight.

Lage direkt am Hbf. Ideal für Zugreisende, Parkgarage extern direkt neben dem Hotel. Bar und Frühstücksraum im 13.Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt. Neues Hotel, alles top. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und offen für kleine Sonderwünsche. Früh buchen lohnt sich, da bei Messeterminen etc. meist ausgebucht.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage beim HB. Schnell zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Eher kleinere Zimmer aber top isoliert! Coole Dachterasse. Effizienter Checkout Prozess. Def zu empfehlen für City Trip!

The property is perfectly located near the train station and the walled old town. The roof top bar provided a beautiful view of old town. Breakfast was expensive but adequate, nothing special. The downside, the rooms are sparse, no closets or other amenities, broken chair, very dirty carpet in the hallways and in the room.

On the plus side, it was very clean, incredibly sound proofed, hosting team was friendly and professional, perfect location for the railway station and city transport links. I am so sorry but your hotel was the first time I had been disappointed during my 12 day trip to Germany. The room was so small. I had been in other city centre hotels on my travels and it was really small compared to all the others and twice the price.

The rooms are TINY. I could not even push my back through the room. Very very claustrophobic. The bed and pillows are comfortable. They pushed back on holding out luggage. I had to talk to the managers supervisor. I would not stay there again.

Great hotel. Super convenient next to the train station and easy walk to the old town. Room is small but functional. Window glazing is amazing and can’t hear a thing, but you can open the window for fresh air. Staff were lovely, highly recommend

Let me preface my review by stating that the staff were perfectly fine and this review is not regarding them. The hotel, however, is plainly just a Motel One. I say this with great confidence as I just stayed in a Motel One days before I stayed at the Cloud One. The room was small, the bathroom was exactly the same as the Motel One, so you get nothing more - no mini fridge, not much space for luggage, nothing. Space isn't the biggest concern for me, but I know some may feel differently. The second thing I want to note is that the room was VERY warm. You can't adjust the temperature, only the fan speed and only at 24⁰ C or hotter (75⁰ F). Way too warm at night. The large window can be cracked open to cool off, which I did, but the room only stays so cool for so long (it was just over 0⁰ when we stayed so it got quite cool quite fast and didn't make a difference when sleeping). If you want to leave it open overnight, the streets are just too noisy since you're right by the central station. On top of this, you can hear the elevators running from the room, and they aren't quiet at all. With phones playing white noise at full volume, you can still hear the rhythmic noises of the elevators constantly, every minute of every hour, even through the night. I asked about changing rooms to be further away from the elevator but was unable to do so. I would pay way less for a Motel One, or even pay more for a better experience. Never staying at this hotel again, very disappointed.

The view at the lounge and breakfast bar is astonishing, the staffs are helpful. Hotel is full of short staying visitors so the reception is quite busy. I had some problem with the hot water in the last night and the staff quickly changed my room to another room which cold water works. Comfort room is a bit tiny for two guests, but not disturbing much. It was cozy to stay. There is no fridge in the room so better keep that in mind. It is worth for the money, I will def come to this hotel again when I have the chance to visit Nuremburg.

The hotel was very clean. The room was small. There were no basic things like tea or coffee in the room. No minibar. Expensive for the offering but convenient location. Breakfast was nice but limited choice.

Super convenient to the train, right next to the station. Short walk to old city and dining and shopping. Lack of A/C was annoying but could be serious - opening a single large door height window for air brings in a lot of noise, and the fall protection from the window is insufficient in my opinion. Great staff, very nice beds and linens.

The hotel and room were clean and well kept. (There is a great rooftop bar with a wonderful view of the city.) The room was a tight fit for two people and luggage. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so we can't speak to that. We would stay again, but would get a larger room if available.

역 바로 옆에 있어서 무거운 짐가지고 기차로 이동시 좋습니다. 하지만 직원들의 기계적인 대처로 위치의 이점이 다 사라졌습니다. 짐 다풀고 늦은밤에 씻으려고하는데 샤워기고 세면대고 뜨거운 물만 나오는 바람에 도저히 사용할 수 없어서 컴플레인을 거니 미안한 반응없이 방만 교체하고 풀어진 짐을 옮기는데 전혀 도움을 주지 않아서 늦은밤에 여러번 왔다갔다하며 혼자 다 옮기고 카드키도 직접 갖다주고 직원의 대처가 너무 별로였습니다. 키만 주는 기계같았습니다. 위치는 좋고 시설은 최근에 지어진거라 괜찮습니다. 무인호텔이라고 생각하고 쓰면 다 괜찮아요. 또 간다면 여기는 안올꺼 같아요.

Check out was 12 and they wouldn’t hold our bags until 12:30 thus we were not able to visit the castle. They should not advertise they will hold bags if not willing. The room was great. The bar on the top floor had good drinks but service was very slow.

Unfreundlich Personal an der Rezeption

The hotel is located adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof central station, making it super-convenient to travel to the Nurnberg Messe (6 stops away - takes approx. 12 minutes). It is also easy to take the DB intercity trains from there. The staff were one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. They were always smiling and cheerful and willing to help with anything that I needed during my stay such as printing some documents and accepting a delivery to the hotel for me. My only issue with the hotel is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room and there is no telephone or alarm clock so I had to purchase a travel alarm to make sure I woke up on time. Other than these issues, the hotel is a great place to stay for business or leisure and has a great vibe, including a beautiful roof-top bar and lounge.

Good hotel although the service behind the desk was not so good. I went out for a stroll and returned to the hotel but the lady behind the reception desk asked aggressively first in German and then in English if I stayed at the hotel. I had to show her by room key. There were no apologies from her side.

Alles top außer der nervige Check in bei dem ich mit unserer Gruppe fast 1 Stunde warten musste. Wenn man weiß dass eine Businessgruppe mit fast 100 Leuten kommt macht es vielleicht Sinn von 4 Receptionsstellen nicht nur 2 zu besetzen. Der automatische Check in ging auch nicht. Echt eine nervige Angelegenheit. Nicht zum ersten Mal hier! Sonst war alles top

The property was really nice. The lobby was very comfortable and inviting. The dining was good. The distance to all activities and sightseeing was excellent.

I stayed at The Cloud One Nuremberg recently for the Christmas markets. The hotel is very conveniently located near the HBF and was also a very easy walk to the Altstadt and the Christmas markets. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant/bar on the top floor was super nice with great views of the whole city. I am a mature, solo female traveler and I felt very safe at this hotel. Enjoy and safe travels!

Fantastic location and easy walking to main attractions. Pity the drunk people always hanging around entrance to hotel. Rooms are small but really nice. Just wish they had a small kettle to make tea at night

Best location, right next to the train station. VERY, VERY quiet room facing a very busy street. You couldn’t hear any traffic or sirens. Window is extremely thick and kept out all noise.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und stellt einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der City dar. Die Mikrolage am Hauptbahnhof ist für mich okay, man muss aber sagen, dass man abends schon einigermaßen gute Nerven braucht, wenn man vom Hauptbahnhof durch eine Horde gröllender Betrunkener zum Hotel läuft. Die Aussicht von der Bar bzw. vom Frühstücksbereich ist hervorragend. Die Preise dafür sind angemessen, wobei die Auswahl beim Frühstück nicht riesig, aber meines Erachtens ausreichend ist. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Leider hat fehlt jede Einrichtung. Minimalistisches Design mag gut sein, aber wenigstens ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre doch sehr zu begrüßen. Das Personal war recht freundlich. Alles in allem ein durchschnittliches Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gerade noch so gepasst.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being located right next to the train station. We went to the top floor for cocktails and the service was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. Breakfast was perfect! Again the service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

Sehr schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, schöne Bar mit Aussicht, Frühstück lässt auch wenig Raum für Kritik, sehr viele lokale Spezialitäten/lokale Produkte aller Art. Auch für Veganer.
