Water doesn’t even get hot, stains around and inside tub, first room they gave us was dirty had drinks and covers messed up and lights were already on CLEARLY someone had been staying there, second room they gave us was a double bed refrigerator was leaking water, brown stains was all on the covers and some towels . I paid extra money the room with the jet tub, but there wasn't no jet tub. That is false advertisement. The elevator was stuck so we had to take the stairs, which we had to inhale the smell of mold going down the stairs.

This place is old, run down, and DIRTY. The room was filthy!!! The carpet is disgusting, the walls are dirty, and there is mold in the gross bathroom. It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. Female solo travellers also please beware of unwanted attention from male hangers on.

Rooms are extremely dirty. Towels are literally yellow from either urine or who knows what. Ceilings in all restrooms are caving in from moisture. Floors are extremely disgusting can’t even walk on the carpet for 30 seconds without socks turning black. Shower gets clogged when showering in all four rooms they changed me to.

Horrible. Filthy hotel !!!!! No blankets, hole in bathroom ceiling with black mold around it. We couldn’t bring ourselves to stay there through the night. We left and had to rent another hotel. Hope we don’t get sick from the mold.

Booked this place for the fourth of July weekend. It was advertised as remodeled. We get there and NOTHING looks like the pictures online. It was filthy from the parking lot to the room. It was super dark and dirty. It looked like something on a horror movie. Even the elevator had trash it. The room had a blood stain on the bed cover dead roaches and cigarette butts were in the room. We immediately turned around and checked out. I asked for a refund since we never unpacked or sat down. Also, I am having to fight for the refund. Apparently the hotel clerk lied and never processed the refund. Do not book this hotel if you want a safe and clean place to stay.

The staff were very nice. However, I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel or one in worse condition! Lock on my door was broken, fixtures in bathroom were broken, there was black mold all over ceiling and walls. Walls were only partially painted. I didn’t even take a shower bc the tub was filthy. Once I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check me in, which I didn’t really mind. However, once I got to the room, the door didn’t work, and I had to go back downstairs to get them to open it. Additionally, once I got in the room, the TV network connection didn’t work, and the room had an unpleasant smell. I also felt like the room wasn’t the same as the pictures. I ended up leaving within 5 minutes of being in the room.

If you are used to upscale hotels this is not it you will be highly disappointed the tube is absolutely disgusting I had to wear shoes in the shower because the bottom of the tube is so nasty looking they don’t put anything in the room there is no phone to call down to the front desk so I had to walk all the way down to get towels cups new sheets and even the remote to the tv which made no sense the covers and sheets had stains on them and it’s super hot in the lobby elevator and hall ways but the rooms are cool

Is completely horrible I had no heat the entire trip in this cold weather right now in Mississippi and also I had no pillows when I got there and it took me up about a day to get them and he gave me one pillow and and I nothing about the heat and then my hot water was not working at all and the whole trip and I don't find about that too and whatever I guess it was horrible and I didn't get the room that I wanted which was the jacuzzi room the whole weekend because they didn't have one and then blah blah blah blah so whatever it sucks

It was horrible. Got there the bathroom in the lobby were locked. The person working the front desk wasnt there. Took 15 mins to get there. Once i tried to check on told me the room i booked wasn't available and i couldn't get my momey back ($233.00) and ddn offer me another room. Women that came in after me had the same issues. I work hard for my money and they just took it. Wish i could get my money back.

There were some old wash cloths left in the shower but there was also clean ones available. There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. The breakfast area was closed off by yellow caution tape.

Lobby smelled vry strongly of smoke and Lysol. Credit card system down, had to pay via PayPal at check-in. Room was very dirty and disheveled. Toilet tank missing lid, desk chair with broken arm, holes in walls covered in spackle and not painted. Every surface was sticky. Walls all scuffed. Went to front desk and asked for a refund. Clerk told me it would have to be done online, but he couldn’t direct me how or where. PayPal directs me back to Oyo, they have a phone number to call, but it just rings busy. Avoid this place at all costs.

It appeared to me that this was a once upscale motel that has been recently purchased and is being renovated. Just my opinion with no actual knowledge. The refrigerator, microwave and TV were all unplugged, the TV cable also unattached, and I had to go to the desk to get a remote. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. The room was a large one, with a desk and 'couch, in addition to the bed. Water pressure was not the best, for a shower, but was enough to get the job done.

The refrigerator, microwave and TV were all unplugged, the TV cable also unattached, and I had to go to the desk to get a remote. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. The room was a large one, with a desk and 'couch, in addition to the bed. Water pressure was not the best, for a shower, but was enough to get the job done.

This place is old, run down, and DIRTY. The room was filthy!!! The carpet is disgusting, the walls are dirty, and there is mold in the gross bathroom. It needs to just be completely torn down or entirely renovated. One of the worst hotels I've ever stepped foot in. Female solo travellers also please beware of unwanted attention from male hangers on.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Save your time and money if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Should’ve known when the guy at front desk ask if we wanted to review room first however we declined as it was 2 am and just ready to get some sleep however we walked in and turned around walked out and left to find something else. This should definitely be a pay by the hour place.

The staff was great. The room seemed like it was part of remodel that hadnt been completed but it was overall clean. There were some old wash cloths left in the shower but there was also clean ones available. There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. The breakfast area was closed off by yellow caution tape.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The condition of the property and the room was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the $70 I paid. There were holes in the walls, cracked windows, and an elevator that barely worked. The room smelled terrible, and there was feces on the bathroom walls and floor. The pillows were so unsanitary that I developed an eye infection after using them. The room also had a hole in the bed frame, no shower curtain, a damaged door latch lock, and no remote for the TV. The buttons on the TV were misplaced as well. The furniture was in extremely poor condition, appearing as though it had been discarded, and the inside of the drawers was heavily stained and filthy. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, unsanitary, and nowhere near the standard I expected. Basic cleanliness, safety, and functionality should be the bare minimum for any accommodation. This experience was a complete waste of $70, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The location is absolutely horrific. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot we knew it was not the same hotel as the pictures. There were men smoking crack at the door, none of the amenities were there at all, not even the elevator worked, my husband and I had to walk 4 flights of stairs just to find out our floor (the top floor) has no power, no ac, no lights, there was someone smoking dope two doors down from us, as soon as we walked in the room, everything was broken, all of the light bulbs were gone, there were cockroaches, dirty rings in the bathtub, then we discovered that although we paid $200 for three nights and didn’t even stay 30 minutes, they wouldn’t give us our money back. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here ever, I truly feared for my safety.

WiFi wasn’t the best. AC wasn’t working properly to keep the room cool. Can’t even bare to tell you the state inside of the room. Doesn’t match the pictures on the site. I see why it’s “non-refundable.”

This was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. No kidding. The absolute worst. Filthy, no towels, bathroom door wouldn't shut, only stained sheets, no blanket or bedspread, for which I'm actually thankful.
