General:
* Cleaning once a week means:
We change bed linen, towels and refill toilet paper.
We vacuum and dust free surfaces.
Sometimes we also do maintenance work such as changing fan filters etc.
As a guest, you are responsible for keeping the room tidy and taking care of it with respect for private property.
This means that you look after yourself, for example:
- If you spill something, you wipe it up, if you burn a pan, burn something on the stove or something in the oven, you clean it. When you have cooked, you simply tidy up after yourself so that the room is kept fresh.
- You wash your own dishes and pick up your things from the floor (so we can vacuum)
- You take out your rubbish when it is full and throw it in the waste bin.
- You use mats for pots, vessels and other hot things that can damage worktops and tables.
There were a few examples.
* If you are unsure how to clean something so that it is not damaged or scratched, ask the staff.
* If you want extra cleaning, you can ask about cleaning materials or order extra cleaning.
* Quiet after 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 Friday/Saturday.
* No codes may be disclosed to outsiders.
* Smoking indoors will be charged at least SEK 5,000.
* Smoking only takes place where ashtrays are placed outdoors.
* Littering not permitted
* Household waste from the apartment is placed in a sealed bag in the green bins. Choose a garbage can that can be closed so that it does not attract birds.
* Copy of passport or identification must be presented at the latest on arrival or sent over before arrival.
* Respect your neighbors, your room, common areas and the area for everyone's well-being and comfort.
* It is forbidden to handle or touch safety equipment such as fire detectors or fire stations.
* It is not permitted to manipulate electricity, water, appliances or other installations without approval from the hotel.
* The door and window to the apartment must be closed and locked when you are not in the apartment.
* Candles may only be used in the candle holders that are in the room and not placed near curtains or other things that can catch fire. The candles must be blown out before you leave the apartment.
* It is not permitted to hang laundry or bed linen outside the apartment.
* If you discover that something is broken, damaged or about to break or can cause damage, it must be reported to the hotel staff via phone, text message or email. If it is urgent, the emergency number inside the room is used.
* Parking is subject to a fee and you notify the hotel if and when you require parking. Improper parking can result in a fine of SEK 700.
* Only the guests who are specified in the booking or who have been notified and approved by the hotel staff will stay overnight at the hotel.
* Hotel staff have the right to enter the room for cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting and even if necessary for security reasons. Of course, we knock first and take care of this in cooperation with you as a guest.
* If you as a guest break the house rules, you may be rejected from the hotel without getting your money back and also risk paying for damage caused physically or financially.
