This conveniently placed motel is a work in progress. Extensive renovations are happening and the staff was very eager to please. Breakfast involved fresh fruit and a toaster pastry. There was fresh coffee on offer as well. The pool wasn’t open, which was a disappointment, but next time we visit I’m sure it will be open.

The hallways stunk The always we're filthy it looked like they haven't been cleaned when we checked in paint chipping off walls garbage land on the floor in the hallway the restaurant that they had in there was shut down they didn't have complimentary breakfast like it said on their website they did have donuts that were like a day old and all they had was maybe two or three pieces of fruit and in the website it said they had a pool and the pool was no longer working the outside of the building had trash laying all over the grounds and we kept on getting woke up to doors slamming it sounded like gunshots were going off

The pool looked like a murder scene. The pool was half full of water with nothing but dirt and red paint everywhere. Homeless people wondering around at night. A person that said they worked there kept wondering around asking me what room me and my wife were in

The check in took 20 minutes for the person to show up after calling a phone # at the front desk. Clerk could not be heard thru hanging glass shield. Grounds were unkept, with long grass, weeds and a junk car in the lot. Door from parking lot had garbage and broken appliances piled around it and no handle. You had to stick finger in jagerd hole to pull open. Asked for accessible room and was told room was down one step, it was one 6 step stairway down. Chair in room had a screw poking up thru cushion and broken arm rest. No coffee maker, no other chair or table. Floor was covered with paint splatter. Warning signs not to cook in rooms but had a microwave. Lamps were missing bulbs. Ground level patio door was unlockable and had broken safety lock bar. Final thing was having a mouse run from the wall to under the bed. We packed up, drove late night to a different motel.

Wasn’t aware before booking that they were renovating.the pool was the only thing listed to be affected by the renovating but the fitness center was down. There was no breakfast. No coffee till 830 am vending machine too money…on top having to switch three rooms to find one to stay in

Not clean at all! The room was ok. You could tell that they are remodeling but the hallway to our room smelled terrible and the floors were filthy! The bathroom sink had dirt scum around it. The floors in the room were filthy. Went to bed with clean feet woke up and went to the bathroom and my feet were black.

This property was horrible.. rooms are really dirty..we moved rooms 3 times.. the first room had mice droppings. The 2nd one had hair food and just smelled bad..I looked at another room and it smelled like a dog lived in it..the last one we took..we had no choice we went to Toledo for an event, so the room had cigarette ashes, microwave was filthy...it was horrible and we didn't even get a discount..never again...ever.. horrible..they should be closed.....

Understandably, the property was being remodeled. But as soon as we unpacked and started to shower, we found 3 separate occasions of cockroaches, a.k.a. Waterbugs that they said came from the drain but were found nowhere near. We are still deciding if we will ever return. All signs point to probably know.

Disgusting hotel. Checkin was a red flag. They didn’t want my credit card for a deposit. Weird. Walk in the side entrance and trash everywhere. Enter the building floors are so dirty. Get in to room 267 and it’s filthy. Floors dirty, toilet broken, poop in the shower (I think), frozen towels on the balcony, bed looked unclean, hot tub was filthy, microwave the ice bucket was stuck to the top of it and sticky. We immediately left and drove 20 mins away to the holiday inn. We wanted to be close to the casino. But you get what you pay for! Beware, do not stay here and waste your hard earned money on filth!!!!

Over priced for what you’re getting! No bulbs in the lamps, and several of them didn’t even have an outlet. There was a bar of soap open and used left in the shower. Very much in need of further updates. The balcony is fantastic to walk out too. One side is an alright view of the expressway.

Long wait for staff to answer bell in check in. Key didnt work in door. Room stripped of furniture. Bathroom worn out and none to clean. They advertise breakfast, but at 7:00 am, only coffee and powdered creamer was available.

The walls were thin. You could hear every word from any other room and every door open and close. There was garbage on the floor in the hallway and the area outside had litter as well. The room itself was clean and neat, the staff was very polite, quick to respond, and met our every need.

The new flooring helps but need many renovations. Only to sleep is very comfortable the bed and size of the room with microwave and fridge in good conditions. If you want something very cheap and just sleep is a good deal.

stayed here for 2 nights for a bowling tournament. Don\'t even know where to start. While the bedding was clean the sheets were on wrong. Furniture was barely standing. Flat screen TV but only a 24" No closet, lamp shades just hanging all brown and smashed. Microwave was not even cleaned off. While charging my phone the wall adapter got so hot. Toilet shower and sink all in one room no doors or shower curtain. Tiled floor was not clean. Old and rusted fixtures for toilet paper and kleenex. BUT there were no bed bugs.Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights. I would say, no not stay here untill or unless some remodeling is done.

Upon check in at the facility, discovered the room was partially unfinished with spackle on the wall, although the new floors were nice, the rest of the room looked unfinished and the bathroom door had a broken handle… later, we discovered roaches in the room, which was completely unsanitary

I recently stayed at the Miami Suites Hotel in Toledo, Ohio with some friends and it was really nice. The delicious on-the-go breakfast provided by the hotel was a perfect start to my day, including fresh fruits and pastries. It was a great way to fuel up before heading out. The location of Miami Suites Hotel is perfect for casino enthusiasts like myself. The hotel is right beside the casino, which was a big draw for me. No hot water to take a shower my final day there. Not even warm water it was down right cold. I believe they turned the hot water off to be honest! The breakfast was not available at all! Took 2 hours to check into the place I was tired and oversleep due to the extra check in time costing me 3 days of work. $1,200-1,500

Room 269, so very disappointed with this stay. Went to check in around 830 and the attendant was sleeping. She didnt seem thrilled she had customers the entire encounter from getting our room key to leaving the counter. She mentioned the tv didnt work but also didnt mention the bed was broke, one of the dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed and another had no bottom, the jacuzzi tub didnt have a plug or vent caps and that multiple fire alarms in the hall way would beep all night and the bathroom light did not work properly, it was very dim and spooky like, there was no door latch lock only half the lock. Would not recommend this place until they remodel or take action to fix the things that need fixed.

The check in took 20 minutes for the person to show up after calling a phone # at the front desk. Clerk could not be heard thru hanging glass shield. Grounds were unkept, with long grass, weeds and a junk car in the lot. Door from parking lot had garbage and broken appliances piled around it and no handle. You had to stick finger in jagerd hole to pull open. Asked for accessible room and was told room was down one step, it was one 6 step stairway down. Chair in room had a screw poking up thru cushion and broken arm rest. No coffee maker, no other chair or table. Floor was covered with paint splatter. Warning signs not to cook in rooms but had a microwave. Lamps were missing bulbs. Ground level patio door was unlockable and had broken safety lock bar. Final thing was having a mouse run from the wall to under the bed. We packed up, drove late night to a different motel.

I recently stayed at the Miami Suites Hotel in Toledo, Ohio with some friends and it was really nice. Over priced for what you’re getting! No bulbs in the lamps, and several of them didn’t even have an outlet. There was a bar of soap open and used left in the shower. Very much in need of further updates. The balcony is fantastic to walk out too. One side is an alright view of the expressway.

This was not the least expensive hotel i looked at. But the property is just sad. It needs a good overhaul, the location is good, but the walls were bad, the doorwall was sketchy, bathroom not good, even the soap wrapper was moldy. I went to my event and wnded up driving home.

This conveniently placed motel is a work in progress. Extensive renovations are happening and the staff was very eager to please. Breakfast involved fresh fruit and a toaster pastry. There was fresh coffee on offer as well. The pool wasn’t open, which was a disappointment, but next time we visit I’m sure it will be open.

The hallways stunk The always we're filthy it looked like they haven't been cleaned when we checked in paint chipping off walls garbage land on the floor in the hallway the restaurant that they had in there was shut down they didn't have complimentary breakfast like it said on their website they did have donuts that were like a day old and all they had was maybe two or three pieces of fruit and in the website it said they had a pool and the pool was no longer working the outside of the building had trash laying all over the grounds and we kept on getting woke up to doors slamming it sounded like gunshots were going off

The photo of the property and the reviews made me think I was getting a really good deal on a really nice hotel. Initially, the hotel customer service wasn’t rude. The hospitality was very dry and not that hospitable like most hotels. The couple did greet me. The hotel carpet was outdated as well as the stained chair inside the hotel room. The toilet made a gurgling noise and the faucet was old and tricky to turn off the water. The beds were clean and I slept well. No breakfast as mentioned, but I was offered a pop tart which I don’t eat since we primarily eat organic. Otherwise, I would never stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

No hot water to take a shower my final day there. Not even warm water it was down right cold. I believe they turned the hot water off to be honest! The breakfast was not available at all! Took 2 hours to check into the place I was tired and oversleep due to the extra check in time costing me 3 days of work. $1,200-1,500

Wasn’t aware before booking that they were renovating.the pool was the only thing listed to be affected by the renovating but the fitness center was down. There was no breakfast. No coffee till 830 am vending machine too money…on top having to switch three rooms to find one to stay in

I got weird vibes before checking in but thought it was related to travel fatigue. The halls and entryways to living spaces were in disrepair. The room itself smelled as if there was a previous fire on the premises. I didn’t get to the part of looking for bedbugs because I was afraid to put my bags down. There were people everywhere in the parking lot. We left the key on the console and left immediately. I chose to not ask for a refund because I wanted out of there that bad. I did not feel safe enough to stay there with my granddaughter.
